I have stayed in Camden apartments for about 4 years. Just recently Ive had some questions regarding lease. I have been waiting 4 weeks for a callback. I have made several calls and even a visit. Still today no callback. My ratings for pls has went from a 10 to a 2. Four weeks of no callback is unprofessional and unacceptable.

If I could rate 0 I would. Within 1 month of moving into a unit at Nordic Villa apartments we had a severe leak from the unit above us. This was not the last leak either. From square one we asked for mold testing and remediation. The awful handyman assured us they are professionals and know what they are doing. They told us there was no reason to be concerned about mold. From there we had 3 more leaks over the 8 months that we lived there. This concern of mold and proper mediation was expressed every time. Nothing was done except reassurance that we are professionals and it is under control. We had professional testing done on our own money and it was proven to be black mold. The awful landlords Tamara and Kitra tried to move us into a new unit for more money and treated us with nothing but disrespect and disapproval that there was any mold. They are exploiting a state law to steal money from people and making them sick. My girlfriend is a liver transplant recipient and was extremely ill the whole time we were there. Magically now that we have moved out she is doing way better.

Tao Albritton is simply the best realtor you can hope to work with in Central IL, no bones about it.

Tao Albritton sells homes with damages and covers them up. Shady woman. Do not let Tao sell you a home. She is in it for the money. She will make a sale at your cost and you will end up paying a lot of money for covered up issues. DO NOT LET HER SELL YOU A HOME. Scam!!!

I use to live in Willow Glen Apartment, never dream to get back your deposit . Absolutely worst place Ive lived, apartments are crapy and EVERYTHING falls apart or brakes easily. This place is definitely not worth the money you pay and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! Id give it zero stars if I could, moving out ASAP!

I have been here a year. When I called they were friendly. They didnt always make a call back, which was annoying but on whole they were good. When my daughter explained I had to use my electric chair and couldnt get up and down the hill in back they let me have a front apartment where the ground was flat. So far they have been fair with me.

The apartment is lovely inside. Great layout and very spacious. Management is horrible. There have been numerous maintenance issues that should have been fixed prior to us moving in.We had a leaky sink. It took 5 calls to management and over a week to get the leak fixed. This is unacceptable. Management was dissmisive of the issue and RUDE on the phone.

If youre looking for a staff that ignores your phone calls and concerns, doesnt get back to you, doesnt communicate and isnt aware of an issue after youve called and emailed several times, that is what youll get with PLS. They allow their tenants to go with their ceilings falling in, SEWAGE in their apartments for months and without AC during the hottest months of the year. Youre better off giving your money to a company that actually cares about its tenants.

Awesome experience, very helpful staff. Definitely recommend this team for any and all your real estate needs. Mark has put together an awesome team. You will not be disappointed !!

Mark Waggoner is a super nice guy and an excellent landlord. He’s always been super helpful whenever I have questions about anything and is very understanding when unforeseen circumstances arise. Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful place to live along with a great group of people at the PLS office to have as resources whenever I need them! Highly recommend their company! 🤗

They are purely reactionary at best, not active in fixing things and removing items too big for a dumpster, no sign of any pest control since they have taken of from the last owner(not even regular annual preventative pest control) the last property manager made sure that got done. Honestly Id give them one star but the only thing they have going for them is location.

Would not recommend it. The service sucks so bad. Can not wait to move out of here. They will not fix anything you point them to. Also, paint job is so worse, you can see the white dots. SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY!

I highly suggest you avoid this place when looking for your next living residence. What started out a nice apartment and loft complex turned quickly into a sham after the new owners, Professional Leasing Services, took over. The maintenance service is abominable. After leaving many calls and emails that went unanswered I was forced to live with solid white water coming from my sink for 2 years. When maintenance finally did come they drained my hot water heater 5 times after I explained to them that didnt fix the problem the first time it was drained, which I had to do myself. In fact all the repairs to my apartment were done by myself after countless emails and phone calls were left unanswered. This included fixing the door handle and lock on my door as well as fixing a 3 inch hole left in the wall by the maintenance service.The addition of allowing pets in apartments has made the quality of the place go to the dogs quite literally. I had multiple neighbors that allowed their dog to poop inside their apartment. The sidewalk and yard that the kids played in was covered in dog poop. Simply walking to my apartment was a gross afair. The office and commons area has been unfinished for years with nothing but 2x4 framing for walls. The landscape is composed of trash, mud, and strewn rocks.If this wasnt bad enough the management staff at Professional Leasing Services showed on many occasions their lack of caring for their tenants or for enforcing rules in the contract. For 2 years I delt with neighbors that allowed their large Husky dog to bark and howl for 5 hours a night, every night. This was in conjunction with the parties they threw every other night where screaming, yelling, and loud music continued all through the night. To make matters worse heavy waves of marijuana smoke came drifting through the walls making it literally hard to breath.These unruly neighbors affected multiple residents of Nordic Villa, all of which contacted the Professional Leasing Services management team many many times. Even with a no tolerance drug policy in the rental contract management refused to do anything about it even after the offending neighbors were talked to and the police were called on multiple occasions. Even sitting down at a meeting with the manager the manager stated I called the neighbor and asked if they used weed and they told me no so... This abruptly explains the lack of intelligence of the Professional Leasing Services management.To further express this I was given ¢35 for interest on a $500 security deposit over the course of 5 years. What a joke. Professional Leasing Services continues to show that profit and not tenant care is the most important thing to them, while watching Nordic Villa Apartments go from a place for young professionals to a dump. I highly suggest you avoid this place when choosing your next living situation.

Ive only had one problem with my place and it was fixed almost right away. Everyone you talk to at the office is kind and the maintenance guy who showed up was pretty cool. Not much else to say other than I would definitely rent from them again when I choose to move.

I highly not to recommend for this PLS (PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & LEASING) because of the following reasons i. Loud Music ii. Smoke (When we lease they told me its not smoking apartment now The Mark Wagner told me that everyone can smoke in their room) iii. Loud music any time of the day (Morning 2AM, Afternoon 12PM, Night 10PM etc), iv. Rude people and management v. Management will not resolve any issue at all vi. Stolen packages vii. Knocking your door by the criminals all the time viii. Banging walls and ceilings etc. There are more but this is good enough. Candace Martin has been like an extension of our family. Shes always there when we need her. We cant put into words how easy and painless selling our house has been. As long as she is in the neighborhood we will never go with anyone else.

Have been getting the run around with the management. Will not call back or call the water company to verify a repair. Not happy right now.
