It was very easy to relocate to Peoria because of the great service. They made all the process very smooth and effortless for me. Very flexible. Apartments are great condition. Location is perfect for people who dont need to worry about schools. It was very nice to live there. I want to say special Thanks for great service to Shelby and Adam.

Ive been living in these apartments for the last three years and my experience has been amazing. First of all, it is in a fantastic location being directly across from the Civic Center and only a 10 minute walk to the river and a bunch of wonderful bars and restaurants. Additionally, the management team have been incredibly friendly and helpful when comes to problems and repairs. The current property manager knows residents of the apartments by name, and always makes sure that requested repairs are seen to as soon as possible. Ive certainly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend these apartments for anyone looking to live in a location with easy access to the rest of the city.

The apartments have a great view of the city and very clean. They have a gym which is very convenient with my busy schedule. Another thing that I like about these apartments are that they have a washer and dryer on each floor and the bed rooms and leaving rooms are spacious. I love living here and happy that I chose this place as my first apartment.

When looking for an apartment, I try to find some with great security, walking distance from places I visit often, and has a nice view. So when I found the Civic Center Apartments, I was so glad because it has a nice view of downtown, its walking distance from my bank and from the bus station, which is great considering I take the bus often. Another things is that not only does it have a great view but it also has been big living room area and lots of closet space. The apartments are locked every night which is great for security purpoalso. I enjoy living here. Its a great place with great people.

Lots of space in a high rise with a great location. The views are beautiful from my apartment with impressive laundry rooms on each floor. Im satisfied that the onsite management is available and the maintenance staff is pleasantly professional! They take care of their residents and the building very well. My neighbors are so quiet too. I referred a friend here and when they moved in, I received a rent credit!! Hats off to Civic Center Plaza for making this a great place to call home!!

I am very happy with my renovated apartment, theres ample closet space (which is important to me anyways) and its also very spacious. Theres nice views of the city and riverfront from some of the apartments on higher floors.Shelby is an exceptional property manager, he is very responsive & professional. I very seldom need to call maintenance for anything but when I have Tony was very prompt to get the job done.I like being within walking distance from local restaurants and shops.

I love being able to call this place home! The price is affordable and location is great. Apartments are really nice and being able to use the parking deck is a big plus. :) highly recommend this complex for downtown Peoria living!

Great place to stay, if you are looking to stay in downtown.Staff are responsive, service is great, location is pretty close to a lot of restaurants, bars. The only reasons I am not giving a 5 star are, I have had a lost mail package issue in the past and there is no recyclable waste disposal in the building.

Moved here 5 years ago and loved it so much I started working here a year ago.

Wont recommend this place, elevators dont work. Be prepared to stand for 10-15 minutes everyday just for elevators. Apartments stink and homeless lying outside the building will ask for money.

Civic Center Plaza Apartments is a great place. It is in a convinient and sweet location close to most of the nice places in Peoria. It has a covered parking garage next door that conects directly into the buidling, so no worries about the rain/snow. The apartments are super nice, I love my unit it has a great view. The complex has a nice small gym available 24/7. I have enjoyed my time here !!!

I am very happy with Civic Center Plaza. The Staff are awesome, the facilities are well kept, the residents friendly and respectful, and the neighbor offers excellent restaurants, nightlife and fun activities!

Took a tour to rent an apartment here. Very friendly staff and good maintenance. Right at the city centre with major facilities near by. I loved the environment and cleanliness. Looks like some of parts are recently renovated.The floorplans vary and are pretty good. The rent is justified based on the location. Its great they have a free access fitness center and wifi lounge. The laundry seems to be coin/card operated. There also couple of vending machines for soft drinks and laundry supplies. The views depend on which side of the building youre on. The bathrooms in the units I saw were huge and I liked that!The downside of the plaza is it doesnt include the parking in your rent. You might want to consider the cost to rent a space in the neighboring garage. The elevators definitely made me dizzy with sudden increase in speeds which is not a major issue at all.Overall, cost, location and parking are all the factors on needs to consider.

Nice apartments & a very friendly management. I have lived here for more than 3 years and never faced any issue.

10 reasons why you should not live here.1. high rent for a dilapidated old building.2. repairs go unfinished, roof leaks. elevators are constantly broke.3. housekeeping is a joke i wrote my name in the dust filled hallways lol.4. staff is only friendly until you sign contract.5. no where to park without having to pay the city.6. No convenience stores close.7. Transient people sleeping out on the park benches in front of your apartment building.8. Nobody cleans up after their animals. Dog feces everywhere.9. My apartment was inconvenient for company because of no parking.10. No swimming pools, no balcony. Only some of the apartments have central heat and air.Consider yourself warned!!!

My girlfriend and i tried to rent a apartment at the civic center plaza peoria il. and where denied because are income is social security..We currently rent from the same owners of civic center plaza in peoria il..They take people on social seucrity..This building since living in it has infestation of bed bugs,gang members,weve had 2 floods that buckled the floors,Ive been shot.Are refigerator has went out twice losing all our food..And they replaced our refigerator with the same old refegerator that broke the first time..Are bedroom window fell out and we are 9 stories up..We were unable to cook on our stove because the burners stick up at a 25 degree angle..The enterance door was next to impossible to open,close,or lock..We also did without hot water in the months of jan. feb. & march..We were promised a new door a week after moving in..When i approched the third manager about these problems
