I just moved here recently and Im loving it. The maintenance team is amazing and super quick to fix the couple service request, I had enter. The residents here are so nice and friendly. I have a dog and even him he is loving it specifically the dog park. For me and my dog this is home. Natura villas has made me feel welcome to me thats very important. The girls in the office are amazing. Thank you Natura villas!

I been living here for over 5 years now. This is my home where I watched my children grow and taught them how to swim. Some of the staff here are great and Id like to call them my friends. The grounds are keep clean and surprisingly for apartment living the noise is not to loud at all. The people here look out for each other. I love how the management feeds us and provides wrapping paper around Christmas and school supplies for our children. Pet of the month is cool and I like how they give us a chance to win things. Dog park, green grass, childrens park and gym are so nice to have on hand. The maintenance are quick and accurate when things need repair. Im trying to think of something that needs improvement. I cant really. Maybe Im concerned with some of the criminal activity that has taken place here recently. But lets be honest you can find that anywhere. They do a great job at trying to keep us safe. This really is a nice place to live. We love our home.

I love the energy of the front off staff! Melinda and the rest of the employees always represent themselves in a professional and respectful manner. They are always supper friendly and helpful when I come in with any issues. Another thing I like about the front office is they gave out some delicious donuts to all of the residents and we are very thankful!

Food Truck / Complex Staff PrioritiesI really like living in a complex that is interested in having events for its residents. However, the complex staff’s priorities baffle me. On May 5, 2021, the complex had a food truck event where the complex prepays for a certain number of meals at $10 or less. In this case the complex prepaid for 50 meals.The complex staff ordered their meals as part of the 50 free meals immediately. I do not have anything against complex staff participating in their own events, but to order their meals prior to their resident is downright not right. Especially, when the complex is only offering 50 free meals and 3 complex staff members order at least one meal. That means that the complex staff used up 6% of the available meals provided by the complex to its residents. I am not sure if your momma taught you this but mine sure did… you do not still candy from a baby.To top things off the Food truck could not remember how many meal transactions they used for the 50 free meals (overheard in Spanish), so they started having the residents pay for their meals early. Meaning that at a minimum, the 3 meals the complex staff received was closer to 10% of the meals available for the residents. I am not sure about you, but I think it is really messed up that the complex staff would use between 3 of the 50 meals available for their 1000 plus residents. For instance, I see some staff driving around on go carts, smoking in what is supposed to be a smoke free apartment complex/property. Again, thank you for your response, I am eagerly waiting to hear back from you again.

To any one who cares...I moved in not too long ago and was looking forward to being able to spend some time laying out next to the pool. Unfortunately, there is a major bee/wasp/yellow-jacket problem at the front pool. MANY PEOPLE HAVE COMPLAINED BUT THE FRONT STAFF KEEPS TELLING EVERYONE THAT IT IS JUST NATURE. It is like the office doesnt even care. Additionally, I noticed very little pride in the complex putting there best foot forward for the people staying there. I went to go BBQ and at the front office. While I was grilling I noticed that there was fire coming out from where the grills temperature dial should be. This kind of lack in care for the residents safety is uncalled for. Please see the attached pictures for proof.

My family and I just moved into this complex over the weekend and weve already had such a positive experience; both the the office team and maintenance team have been EXTREMELY efficient and professional, making our transition smooth and stress-free. We have a 10-month-old baby, so safety and security in a family-friendly community was a top priority when choosing where to live - Natura Villas checks all of those boxes and then some.

My response to the comment / Review about the staff using 3 out of the 50 meals. Now I believe that the staff Definitely Deserved to enjoy those 3 meals after all of the hard work they do with creating such a beautiful, safe place for us to be proud to call home. My momma said that you dont fight over food. If someone is hungry you happily let them eat. If there isnt enough to go around then you share. I have always been treated with compassion, and respect from the office and maintenance. I know they put there care & time into our community and they deserve to have what they put out come back to them. // To the response on late fees. I have received late fees. Its not the office whom is at fault. If our Circumstances interfere with our obligation then its unfortunate. Im greatful for there understanding not to immediately evict me for those moments. Let me tell you it seems like vacancies in apartments around Maricopa county are very few. I am reinforcing this bridge and not tearing it down thats for sure. Thank you Natura Villa for a great year.

I have lived at this community for almost 6 years and loved every day of it! Very attentive leasing professionals and excellent maintenance! The grounds and amenities are always well maintained. Very nice apartments.First, if theres any issues like clogged sinks, ac filter needs changing etc, they are very quick to send their people to solve the problem. You will not be left hanging.Second, the employees at the front office, Deserae (not sure if I spelled her name right) and her assistant are very professional and pleasant people.Also, this is not a crime ridden apartment complex like so many others are in the valley. My truck has never been touched. Tools in my truck bed since Ive moved here and theyre literally there right nowThe management and their employees do a good job around here and they deserve credit for the work they do.My family is happy to call this place home and were considering renewing our lease when that time comes.Nothing but positive since weve moved here. I am speaking from my familys own experience here.Hey, and how did I almost forget to mention the gym and the pool?! Nice and clean and so conveniently located a hop, skip and a step away. Do you know how much it costs to maintain a swimming pool in a house? Hundreds of dollars if you like it done properly.Anyway, I am an actual resident here. This is my real name. Straight up. We have lived here for 6 months. The grounds are well-kept and it is pretty peaceful. This is a family-friendly community with lots of give-aways and special treats for the residents. There is a walking path and an open grass area that has been such a blessing during this pandemic. We can be outside with our kids without in close proximity to others. The office staff has been friendly and helpful. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there are quite a few stray cats here and you have to pay a monthly fee to have covered parking. There is plenty of uncovered parking though. After renting a house for 5 years, we were not looking forward to apartment living. However, I can honestly say that moving to this apartment community was a good decision.

I am patiently waiting for my lease to end. This is one of the loudest places I have ever lived. Between my horrible inconsiderate upstairs neighbor to the loud cars and their exhaust pipes. This is ridiculous! I’m not sure how it is at the back of the complex or on the other side but I would tell anyone to stay away from these apartments!

Where do I begin with Natura! My wife and I have lived here for 4 years and loved every day of it! Nothing in the area matches what the office staff and the community has to offer! You have a pet? BOOM! Full pet agility park! You wanna have a picnic outside or play some catch? BOOM! Giant green belt with cornhole and beautiful kept landscaping! You want a responsive, professional and customer OBSESSED management and maintenance team? They have it all! And the resident events that they throw each week or month, make you feel like youre a true part of a community instead of just another apartment complex.

Lived here for two years. The apartments are very nice, quiet, and the grounds are well maintained. The staff are friendly and very helpful when you need them. I highly recommend this place.

2020 review on Natura Villas - They are not the cheapest, after our year of living there we signed one more month and they wanted to charge us $1900 for a one bedroom, our upstairs neighbors were loud and we heard them at all hours of the day/night, the office almost never answers the phones, they had someone try and tow my car at 7AM without warning and for no real reason at all, our motorcycle got stolen probably because their gates are always broken so anyone can just snoop around, there is always trash laying around the back property (glass beers, cigarettes etc) and when we moved in there was still items left in the kitchen from a previous renter. We never complained about anything and kept everything to ourselves while living there and everything else was fine. But now they are charging us more than what our original deposit was when it’s not necessary at all so don’t expect to get anything back once you move out. I would have not left a review for here but when I went to pay my final amount the website asked me to leave one so here it is.

If I had the choice to chose I wouldn’t even put 1 star they are very unprofessional along with theMaintenance they are intrusive & you have no privacy here what so ever....they over charge for ridiculous things & they are very unfair they right away evict you for any reason....another problem I had is being told by fellow neighbors that they saw them come into the apartment....if this is true that is so disrespectful & invasion of privacy... all in all it’s a terrible place to live the staff apartment pools etc is just a mess I would not recommend to anyone what so ever to even consider looking for a place here and I will be letting everyone I know about this place....

Worked with Samantha and her team for almost 4 fours now and they are fantastic! Samantha and her team truly care about their residents and want to make sure that all their residents feel safe and comfortable. Cant say enough about this staff!!

First of all I would like to thank Marissa Ortiz for helping me with my move in process and making me feel very comfortable and in good hands. I was very nervous when I moved in due to this being my first apartment and with how many scams there are now a days, however with the help and guidance of Marissa the process was very simple and easy! Can I just say wow! These apartments are stunning and love the location. Walking in I was greeted by a very friendly staff. Chelsea was the one who I was sitting with and she is so sweet. Absolutely love living here! The staff is so friendly and there is a real sense of community with the people that live here. I also love the little park area and the pool. My son is never bored here and I have met a few other moms that keep me company too!

Ive lived here for about a 2 years now. Overall Ive only had to call for maintenance once and the issue was promptly resolved. The employees are all pretty nice. If you need a place where you are about 15 minutes from everything and cost is not a crazy issue I recommend renting here.

We have lived here going on 5 years and we love it here. Staff has been great. We never had any bug issues and we have sprayed about 3 times in 5 years just being proactive. The grounds are taken care of and we love the pet friendly environment. Its community living, everyone has been respectful. We miss Mary but a great staff to work with.

We came up there today for a 1230 appointment and a office person name Melinda was rude and said I’m on break from 12-1230 and we came to the door at 1232 why schedule appointments if you people take lunch from a certain and take your frustrations on potential renters I wouldn’t recommend on that alone and u people won’t be getting my money and feel free to coach your employees

Ive lived at Natura Villas for two years and its been great. The maintenance team is very responsive and the office is so helpful. Anytime I need assistance they are always willing to help, Deserie and Samantha never hesitate to go out of their way. If ever I bring concerns to their attention they make sure to quickly address them. When talking to other resident, they have mentioned how well maintained the community is and how happy they are with the staff. I plan to sign another lease in the near future because the team really makes you feel important. I really appreciate the quick response from the maintenance team. I have call them couple times regarding dog poop been left around my building some residents love to walk their dogs and they don’t like to pick up after them. I lived at Natura for a year and a half in a 3 bedroom home. I loved it! Such a cute community and the dog park is huge. We lived right by the back pool and enjoyed the bbq grills at the pool ramada. Made the best summer days! The office team is super sweet and have lots of cute little events. Highly recommend.

Current resident at Natura Villas. Quiet community and prices are decent. However, on their updated pictures they are displaying that they have a volleyball court which they no longer have. They also closed down an exit gate for emergencies only. We now have one main gate which I feel not safe if something were to happen. The fire pit by the main pool has been broken and not fixed. Ive addressed the issue and nothing has been done.

We have lived here for 6 months and have loved it. The staff is friendly, the property is well maintained, they communicate on a regular basis by email and are always pleasant to deal with. The pools are always clean and open for swimming along with the hot tubs. The residents are also pleasant and friendly.

My family and I are so happy here at Natura Villas, and the service we receive from all the staff is second-to-NONE. Not very often a situation comes up, but the staff in the office is right on it with a smile, as well as, the maintenance staff. They all make Natura Villas a wonderful place to live.

First off If I could give less than 1 star I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I had to state that twice because this place is the worst an ABSOLUTE nightmare.. Office staff yes staff they are definitely not managers are not at all detail oriented they make paperwork mistakes that cost tenants money. They are not trustworthy and are extremely dim witted. They fabricate reasons to not return your deposit and constantly consistently try to come up with reasons to fine you. They lie about giving notices and create documents to cover up their mistakes. They are extremely inattentive and do not do what they are asked. Apartment complex is dirty (dog poop where kids play, dumpsters are always over run with garbage on the ground around them, dirty diapers on sidewalks) the gates are always broken including the walk in gates the main pool and jacuzzi are always closed due to contamination. They have a tow guy that lives there and is always towing vehicles for any particular reason. Apartments are terrible to live in the walls are paper thin you can hear everyone living around you at all times. If you live in the middle you hear the people down stairs through the floor. You constantly hear the people above walking around at all times of the day and night. If youre in the kitchen you hear the people next door. If you are in your bedroom you hear the people that live behind you. The maintenance staff doesnt repair things as needed and enter your apartment at will with ZERO prior notification. Ill state this again DO NOT MOVE HERE it will be a huge mistake...

Their personnel is often rude and dismissive so as long as you can deal with bad customer service youll be fine to live here. The stars are strictly for the property and area. Smh, Ive had to move around quite often due to my being in the military and they are definitely the rudest office Ive encountered thus far.

Lived in this apartment community for three and a half years and have enjoyed every day. The office staff are helpful and always looking to help. There is a monthly event planned for the community and emails sent with updates to be engaged and proactive.The surrounding sidewalks are kept clean, the grass is always green, and the building lights are always working for safety.My family did not want to leave but we are moving into a house. I was a resident here and only relocated because of my job. The office staff is great, friendly and super helpful. The apartments are very nice and updated! I would recommend Natura Villas to anyone wanting to live towards west Phoenix. Super close to Westgate too!

Poor customer service, we moved from New York with my Cousin and they asked us to pay each $50 non-refundable, they came up with stories that they cannot gives an apartment because we were not working after spending 3hrs in the office and we had money to pay.If your are looking for an apartment, DONT GO THERE LOOK FOR SOMEWHERE, they are not trustworthy.

Wonderful office staff & maintenance. Going into 7th year here. Love it.

Its very loud and your apartment shakes whenever your neighbor closes the front door. The walls are very thin and the staff isnt helpful. The staff is so concerned about cars being backed in but there are cars that have been backed in for three plus weeks and have yet to receive a towing sticker but my roommates car got a towing sticker after being backed in for two days (the office said they couldnt find his license number in the system which was weird because he was a resident there). Also this is the only apartment complex I know that charges you to receive packages, the office said were receiving to many packages. Also if you pay a security deposit expect not to get it back even if you keep the apartment up to standards. When I first moved in I thought the complex was awesome but after three months or so it went downhill. I knew after three months I wasnt going to renew my lease. These apartments are a bit pricey especially since the amenities are mediocre and the location sucks. While I was living there two cars were broken into so I definitely didnt feel safe. I could go on and on about this place but the bottom line is I wouldnt recommend living here spend the extra time looking for better places, itll be worth it.

Stayed here 11 months and couldnt wait to leave from the beginning...-if you live under someone you will hear them at all hours of the day-gates are constantly broken-front office staff are prone to making mistakes that cost you money-pool has completely random hours (one night I went to cook hotdogs on the grill at 8:20pm and it was closed and week later I was in the jacuzzi past 11pm...gate is easy enough to get over either way still annoying)-got overnight security after I moved in (so much for thinking this was a safe area)-my car got towed!!! And the tow truck driver either hangs out there or lives there. My car was not safe from outsiders here!!-didnt get my security deposit back and we left the place nicer than it was when we moved in. We paid to have the carpet professionally cleaned and they still charged us for that.-carpet showed old tenant stains a few weeks after we moved inMoral of the story, it sucks to live here!

My neighbor upstairs constantly stopped regardless of quiet hours, when I brought this issue up to management (many times via email & in person), no action was taken. Everyday (all hours) for a year, I listened to my neighbor stomp around her apartment. I was given a late fee on rent because I tried to pay rent 8 min before closing & the doors were already locked. Bug problems even after sprays were annoying to reschedule. My window leaked during monsoon. They kept and charged extra in addition the security deposit even though I didnt hang anything on the walls & had carpets shampooed. Overall, this place is terrible, they are not luxury apartments as they claim.

Only reason Im giving one star is because they keep upping my rent. Im now paying $1000+ on a single bed with the den. They will up your rent every time

This morning as I was walking to the bus stop for school this lady in the blue shirt had her dog running around with no leash on and didnt pick up her dog poop.I seem like if you get up a early enough no one dogs are on leashs.I told my mom this happen all the time and as a student I cant complain so I took pics and all.

The Place is nice, But the AC unit in our apartment is so horrible in the summer our apartment is always hot we called maintenance and the front office all they do is go and say that is working perfectly fine and the hot air int apartment is because the temperature outside Honestly too me that is such a petty excuse NOT WORTH THE MONEY TO LIVE THEIR

Area is good, no bug problem, a little over priced for a 1 bedroom apt. So far good.

We had an interaction with staff that was handled very poorly and ever since we have felt attacked to a level that is invasive. The staff has created an extreme level of friction between us that makes it and uncomfortable place to live. Not likely we will renew our lease without some change.
