DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Not only are the grounds dirty and unkempt but the management staff is NOT helpful at all. I had been trying to get ahold of the staff for over a month leaving voicemail after voicemail to move out. It took a month to finally get ahold of am actual live person via phone and the offices have been closed due to Covid-19. Only for them to tell me they need a 60 day notice to leave the property. Again tried getting in touch with them but they just ignore their residents. And the excuse given as to why they didnt call back was because they had changed personal. I dont see how them changing staff is a problem for the residents. They should have been better attentive to the people the still have living on the premises rather then ignoring them and giving lame excuses. Do yourself the favor and stay away! Over priced and not worth the headache that youll end up going through living here! If I can give it no stars I Would!

We have been in the complex for about 2 months. So far, it is just fine with one exception- the ceiling/floors are PAPER THIN! We are on the second floor and can hear absolutely everything that whomever lives above us does. It sounds like elephants stomping around 24/7 when in reality they are probably not doing anything but just walking around barefoot. It is so loud we have to sleep when a noise machine on. Really disappointed in the construction as these are marketed as luxury apartments, so this should not be a problem. Will not renew our lease. Would not recommend to anyone as this is too disruptive of a problem.

The property needs to have much higher maintenance standards. Dog walkers leave poo everywhere. The whole trash system is rediculous. Not only does it stink up the halls, your required to fit everything into a tiny black box. The concrete halls are filthy. Forget washing your car because they blow around dirt to clean off streets but cant clean the halls. Wont be extending lease here.

My fiancé just left the office 10 minutes ago, and the young woman that he talked to was very short with him. He inquired about a 3 bedroom apartment, and all she told him was that there were none available and, they require 60 days notice and, come back in a month. She didnt give any floor plans or prices nor did she give him a tour of the property to see if it was worth coming back in a month. She seemed to be more involved in her conversation with a co-worker than in leasing the apartments. From the web site the facilities look amazing. I wish he could have toured the complex to see if it really was worth both of us coming back. Customer service is key in leasing and sales and this was poor service.

We have been in the complex since August of 2013 and its been nothing but problems. First issue we came a crossed was the apartments shower was leaking.from there the trash service which you pay $25 for didnt take our trash even though it was out long before they came around. next issue we had was a guy tried to force his way into our apartment when my wife and daughter were the only ones home. the seurity they told us they had was no where to be found. this was just in the first month. then we got our bill for rent it was supposed to be $804 a month and came back almost $900. we were told that water and sewer were covered with rent that was a lie.They told us that there was no spiders and the plaza every Tuesday had a company come out and spray. My wife was bit by a spider and all the apartment said was it wasnt there fault. she had to have surgry cause of what the spider caused. today when we came home we had an eviction notice on our door that was dated two days prior telling us we had 5 days to.move out. overall this is this WORST place i have ever been at i would strongly recommend stay far far away from here
