Got a manicure and the Ice Dancer pedicure. For the pedicure, I was offered a menu and asked to choose which version I wanted. For the manicure, I was provided no options which seemed a bit odd. I was asked multiple times if I wanted anything to drink, which was nice. I was a walk-in, but the wait was just five minutes even though they looked very busy.The salon is very clean, they definitely enforce masks and hand washing, and they also put up a plexiglass barrier around you at the pedicure chairs and in front of you at the manicure stations. I dont think the pedicure chairs offer a massage, which is unfortunate. I couldnt find any remote control and it was never offered as an option to be turned on for me.I feel awkward naming names, so Ill just say gal one and gal two.Gal one did the manicure and it did not seem like a good value. Nails werent buffed out and there was no final oil coating to help moisturize, so my nails looked dry and a bit ragged by the time I got home. They are also not smooth because there was no final buff.Gal two did the pedicure and also did not buff the nails. However, there were a few different massage sessions on my legs which were good. Both gals had great massage pressure. The callous on my left heel isnt gone, so Im disappointed with that.Its often tough for me to know what to expect when Im getting a manicure or pedicure because it seems like you always receive a lesser experience if youre a guy and a better experience if you are a woman. It could be that they were just swamped and forgot a couple steps along the way, but overall the experience was average at best.The cost without tip was about $75 which seems pretty expensive for a very basic manicure missing a couple of the expected steps and the second cheapest pedicure also missing a step or two. While I was there, several women came in with appointments, so I can only assume most of the clientele think they do a great job.

Love this place! They always do an amazing job. I usually call ahead to make sure they have time for me & Ive never felt like I wasnt a priority to them. Customer service is great.

Theyre the best in the business, they have a ton of colors, designs and are very modernized. Since the pandemic, theyve created a platform to schedule your appointment on an app. Its easy and I Love going there. She finished my fill and design in an hour, yall! I wasnt in a rush at all, yet had the rest of the afternoon to do what I needed to do. This place is clean, up to COVID standards and continues to show hospitality. Even though I have to drive quite a ways, I dont mind it all all. It depends on whom you get for what services, but overall they do a good job and their prices are fair because all other places are the same. Staff can be rushed if you don’t make an appt but they try to get to as many people as they can.But big concern was they have staff that don’t wear masks, and the space is very limited and you have people allowed in without masks, and with the amount of time you spend in there and the new delta variant, and they are not verifying vaccination so you really don’t know if the person sitting 1 foot away is vaccinated or not. For the safety of their staff and Patrons they should ask for masks because every one is so close together and inside. I’ll have to wait until their huge Covid wave settles to return maybe sometimes next year. Hopefully they up their safety protocols for everyone. Also had an employee that would not stop coughing for about half an hour which was very concerning.

If you go maybe go in the morning, I went in the evening couple hrs before close and got a full set. It was definitely rushed and still has debris underneath. Also not very smooth can see the texture Like its OK for a rush Job I guess? I wouldve had them fix it if I had the time

This nail salon does the best nails in Seattle! The way they do nails and the quality reminds me of Los Angeles! Also the staff is very polite and don’t question if you want to change something. Customer Satisfaction is awesome!🦋🦋

I love this nail salon! I’ve only been there once but I had an amazing experience! I was able to show one of the artists a picture of a full acrylic set I wanted and she took her time shaping my nails and perfecting them and was able to replicate the photo I showed perfectly! I’m so happy! It also didn’t take too long which was very nice! I just moved to the area and I’m so happy that they seem like a good salon to keep going back to!

I went in 2 hours before they closed to get them to re-paint my nails from 4 days ago. The current polish is already fading and I’m leaving to go to Las Vegas tomorrow. Yes it’s shellac. I asked if they could just add another coat and they refused. The owner was very short with me when I tried to explain that I just wanted nail color. I was just there on Saturday and felt rushed. That’s why I went in today. Now I have to find another place and hope they have the same nail polish color.

I have gone three times now and I really like this shop. For the first time in my life I went back for an acrylic fill and not one nail was broken, lifting and missing. Ailee works quick but makes sure it’s done well. I’ve loved my experiences there.

Have been coming here for years! It used to be amazing! Now the owners are rude and couldnt care less about their customers. Ive been ignored and left sitting there when I had an appt. Sat for over 30 minutes watching walk ins be seated and started, before I finally got up and left. When I tried to address that and another issue with the owner, I was laughed at. I wont be returning

I got my manicure here.They are neither rude or friendly. I felt rushed when I picked a color for my nails. Plus I asked recommendation color but they never really give me any. That was disappointed.

HIGH QUALITY SERVICE! The manicurist named Me took extra time to carefully prep my nails with all new, highly sanitized tools, and when I was uncertain of my color choice after the first layer was put on, she brought several other similar shades for me to try! She was also so kind and conversational. It was like talking to a friend. I walked away very happy with the results, and Ill never go anywhere else to get a high quality, friendly manicure!

I have been to many nail salons over the years but this salon is the best by far. As an African American female there can be some spaces that do feel welcoming in this industry. I have always felt welcome here and always treated with courtesy and respect. The service is perfect every time. I honestly enjoy coming. Thank you all for all you do.

Very mediocre pedicure and waxing very high prices, no menu of services posted. The nails are uneven. The waxing was brutal quick with no after aloe lotion. The pedicure chairs no massage but the highest price i ever paid. Wont go back

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. They are super clean, professional and prompt. My favorite thing about them is what an amazing, high quality job they do everytime. I appreciate when nail technicians use their expertise and make recommendations based on what is on trend and they do that here. So good!

First visit but not my last. Very clean with solid Covid protocols Checked for fever upon arrival and requested I wash my hands immediately. Chairs are large and very nice. Very attentive making sure I was comfortable and relaxed.

So what isnt awesome about this place? For starters, whenever you spend more than $40 you get a complimentary glass of wine or Moscato. I think everything is reasonably priced and their kid friendly. I had an amazing lady do my hands and my feet Im not telling anybody her name cuz I want her to be available for me LOL. Seriously though, this place is extremely clean, very welcoming with a tranquil ambience.

My daughter and I were looking for a place and she read the reviews and suggested we go. I’m so glad we did. I’ve now been here many times and can give an honest review. It’s definitely positive. As a person licensed in multiple beauty areas, I like how this place uses an actual spa line for their services; instead of a bunch of random low quality products. They also have quality nail color and use SNS for dip nails. I have had consistent quality here. Recommended!

I got a mani/pedi here and loved my nails! The girls were super nice and did an amazing job. The business as a whole seemed very clean and all guidelines were followed. There were even shields in between pedicure chairs. I will definitely come back! Thanks ladies!

Price is exactly as quoted which I appreciate. Some nail places I go to will post a price on their website and then when you go in change it up on you and charge higher. These guys did not do that and I liked their service.

I left the salon with my foot throbbing. They cut and filed my nail half way down the side. This will take months to grow back....

The only place I will go to get my nails done. I am extremely picky when it comes to shape size thickness and design I have no complaints every time that leaving the salon they really know what theyre doing and they really take their time to execute each and every set perfectly.

Liz is so sweet and kind and most importantly does a very good job. She is really attentive and makes sure you have a good experience. She says she believes in giving the customer the best experience because they spend the money. That extra mile she puts in is the entire difference maker. And the establishment is very clean and up to COVID standards.

I recently moved to Seattle and have been to one other salon and it was a bad experience. I came here from my moms recommendation and it was amazing. My pedicure and gel manicure came out beautiful and were very well done. I have found my new nail salon. Amazing

I have NEVER had a better experience getting my nails done, nor have I ever had a better outcome. I havent yet had time to book a mani/pedi and have a drink but those services look fantastic as well.Every time that I come here, I have crazy requests for the designs on my nails and their nail techs always deliver. This last appointment I had (pictured w/ red|black background, matte black & jewels), my nails actually came out better than I had expected! I choose the gel manicures, but they have a wide range of services.Luxury Nail Spa is my NUMBER ONE recommendation for ALL things mani/pedi in Tukwila and surrounding areas. (I would definitely travel just to have my nails done here if I lived outside of Renton.)I DEFINITELY recommend. I always feel welcome, the nail techs are friendly and always make me feel totally welcome, I never feel awkward or out of place. They completely deserve your business, for sure. ♡

I cannot believe how amazing Mia did on my nails! I just got off work so I was a little bossy and demanding but she stuck with it and did AMAZING! I am extremely particular because I grow out my natural nails and like to keep them healthy and that wasnt a problem for her. Love the customer service and the color choices! Not to mention the convenience! Happy I found my new nail spot! Love love love!

I have loved this shop since they opened but became a die-hard fan when Jasmine started doing my nails!!! I bring a picture then we collaborate and I always love our final product. She is the sweetest and is the reason I come back every two weeks like clockwork!!!

Not good. I asked for white toes and there were sparkles everywhere on my feet. They charge $35 for a pedicure which is very expensive for the area.

I absolutely adore Michelle! She is so kind and genuinely cares about her clients. I am a flight attendant and have been to many salons around the country. My schedule is crazy and Michelle and the rest of the staff always makes sure I am taken care of when I am in town. I have to say, I am very pleased with the entire staff and the clean, relaxing environment and amazing customer service. I definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a pamper session.

This place is great. You can tell that they value their clients - even though they were running behind they were apologetic about it. Easy to talk to and I did not feel judged at all like some other places. They actually try to connect with you which is a rare thing if youre not a client that comes in often. Recommend coming during the week or making an appointment. Be flexible if they are running behind, sandal weather is upon us. Worse case - they can give you a glass a wine for the wait. ^.^

I’m not the type to write bad reviews because I’m usually pretty understanding and I understand this place being on high demand due to the salons being closed for a long time .. but I set an appointment for 2:00p to avoid any problems and to hopefully make it easier for not only myself but for them as well. I showed up on time and ready for my appointment just to walk in to a FULL salon and no one acknowledging that I was there at all. I stood there for 5 minutes until I was greeted just for them to not know of my appointment at all. They sat me down with someone then told me to move my things. I moved to where I was told and they just had me wait even longer because no one was available to do my nails. THEN I see 2 more girls come in and say they had an appointment for 2:00p .. I’m sure I heard them tell those girls to reschedule but not too sure, they just left. It honestly just looked like they took as many people in as they can to earn their money .. just looked like a mess in there. I ended up just leaving because I didn’t want them to rush through my nails and do a bad job just to quickly get the next paying customer in- which is what all the nail techs looked like they were doing. I’m also pretty sure they shouldn’t have a completely FULL salon due to covid-19 requirements. Just seemed very very unprofessional.

I really like how easy it is to book an appointment online, how close it is off the freeway, there’s a Starbucks and food options next door. Prices are a little bit higher than other places I’ve gone to, but Luxury Nail always get it right, and does such amazing work! It’s very relaxing, and everyone including the owner’s very kind!

I came into this place because I broke a nail badly and needed to go someplace close. They did such a good job! Love the shape, thickness, color....everything!

Firstly, in the days of Covid - there were way too many people in the salon. I was 2 feet away from the next person getting a 45 minute pedicure that took 2 hours and my nail polish is crinkled like a pruned fingertip.The chairs and bowls are not cleaned between clients. Theres definitely a huge lack of customer service and care of new customers. I was hoping for the best but I wont be back, especially at these prices.Wine probably would have eased things but there was none so - take this how you will. Continuing my search for a nail bar worth my $.

Great relaxing pedicure experience. Lots of COVID precautions in place (masks, handwashing and temp check for all customers upon entrance), plexiglass screens between customer and service professional as well as between chairs. Excellent experience and will be back!

We had a horrible experience here. This place is extremely over priced for the poor quality work that is done. I was cut a lot of times and wouldn’t stop bleeding. An excessive amount of polish was put on my nails which caused the polish to bubble a lot, I asked to fix the bubbles and was told that she couldn’t do anything about it. Was super disappointed.

They do a good job of listening. Mimosas can be had while youre nails are being done. They just intoduced me to the magnificent wonders of colored powder manicure!

By far one of the best gel manicures and pedicures I have gotten! Tu took her time, making sure each and every nail was perfectly smooth and that the color I wanted was perfect. She cut my nails and shaped them perfectly. Definitely a great place to go to get your nails done. Very clean and great atmosphere.

Go here every two weeks and while I enjoy my nails I think there needs to be more honesty and transparency in pricing. My co worker and I went in today she showed her nail tech what she wanted done. Nail tech quoted a price before proceeding, get to check out and the price was substantially more. Had the tech been more honest and transparent she would have chosen a different route as she’s a single mom on a budget. Will still keep going but I hope next tome we get transparency.

They charge us over priced and didnt stay for 2 weeksI did dip and after 6 days feel off.

I was greeted when I walked in which was nice. But, they are super rough and move fast. The person that was doing my nails was telling me to relax while she had a death grip on my finger which actually hurt. They ended up hurting my right hands middle finger by nicking it. News flash: Choose a different profession if you don’t like what you’re doing.

First GREAT manicure I’ve gotten in a long time. I can’t stop looking at my nails. Went on a slow Monday so that might have explained the attention to detail but overall amazing.

Service was fine, good enough for me for a nail salon. I got SNS dip powder with coffin tips, and at first glance my nails looked good but the more I look at my nails the more I notice some are crooked and uneven. I will probably try again and give more comments but wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending them to a friend.

Ive been trying to find a great bang-for-your-buck manicure and this place is my prime candidate. They charge $25 for a regular manicure with shellac polish and $28 to remove the shellac and do it again. I asked how much they charged for that over the phone and the gal I spoke to was very friendly and polite, I enjoyed speaking with her. Ill definitely be coming here in the near future for my manicures!

My friend and I have been to this place at least 10 times. Every time we go the owner is rude to us, not really talking to us but at us. However he is super nice to everyone else. While we were sitting there he walked around and offered drinks to literally everyone in the salon but us. My friend got the dip powder which apparently doesn’t come with a manicure because they didn’t trim her cuticles at all but when asked about it the woman just said she had already did them. I gave 2 stars because the manicure I get there is good every time and only 30 bucks the service towards us just sucks. If we were rude in some way to deserve it we apologize, but we are polite and good tippers so I don’t know what it could be.

Walked in for the first time in the middle of the day and was seated right away. I had the dip manicure and its way better here than the last place I had it done. My nails are smooth, even, shaped properly, and beautiful!! Thank you so much!! I will definitely be back!!

I took my daughter here for her nails to be done full set for homecoming I was told $35 for full set. When they were done and time to pay my daughter tells me its $68 because of ombre polish not even shellac and a design on 2 nails but the lady should have told her that before doing her nails knowing damn well she is a child. I will not be going back nor do I recommend.

I am very particular with my nails and have tried dozens of salons. This one is a keeper! Stacey is phenomenal!! I usually get acrylic nails with gel polish. She is so efficient (a fill with gel polish takes less than an hour) without sacrificing attention to detail. The quality of the work is wonderful and I have recommended this salon to all of my people. Stacey gets nails and creates flawless shapes. The cost is also surprising as I would expect it to be more expensive because of the superb quality of their work. The atmosphere is pleasant and they offer complimentary beverages, which is always a plus after a long day. If you are extra picky, schedule an appointment with Stacey. If you are more easy going, any of the technicians will be a great experience.

In love with this place. Originally decided to go because they offer wine but stayed for the service. I have been to many a nail place and have never been as continually satisfied with my experience. I always love my nails and they have lots of options for colors. The staff is also full of lovely people, I can have a great conversation with anyone there. 10 stars if I could. On your website you advertise that your Full Set Shellac is $30 I call today and ask, “how much for a Full Set Shellac?” lady tells me, “$45”..? Also not to note, one of my previous experiences a nail technician told me a set price of $30 for my nails, but at the end of my service charged me about $43. Let me say I didn’t get no designs or none of the above.. the nails are not worth the price, and I will not be returning.

Stopped here while waiting on traffic to die down. Tan was great. Ive never had my legs massaged with a roller while getting my nails done and Im very happy about it. He was very thorough and particular, making sure everything looked good. He even got the calcium build up (the white stuff on the nail) off which no one has ever even tried doing. I really appreciated it. He was very friendly and welcoming as well. I definitely recommend, and Ill definitely be back.

Such a nice place! I took a chance on a Friday night and walked in without an appointment. Someone greeted me immediately and they were able to squeeze me in for a quick pedicure. The polish selection is good and my nail artist, Julie, was very sweet and did a great job. Ill be back!

On google, Luxury Nail Spa was highly ranked. I called and asked for an appointment. Received confirmation. Upon arrival, I was greeted, asked if I wanted a beverage and received service.After a fill with gel and diamond designs and pedi, I was highly pleased with my overall service and experience! Clean and professional climate. My nails are very neat. I love their designs and high end polish colors.If I could give them more stars, I would! So grateful I found this salon!
