Clean salon great service but a little over priced. I was charged $65 for a simple acrylic overlay no tips super short with ombre white and silver... overall worth the price but was just a little shocked... still super happy with the nails and would definitely recommend as well as go back...

My experience at royal nails was absolutely horrendous. The male that did my acrylic nails was absolutely horrible. He was extremely rude. He would yank my hands, he also cut several of my fingers. I left with multiple nails bleeding. Now I dont know for sure if it had to do with the color of my skin but it sure felt like it. I would not recommend this horrible nail salon to anyone.

Okay so my boyfriend and I went in there 1/11/20. I wanted to get a simple design and acrylics. BUT instead, they told me no, they couldn’t. Well, I settled for a plain polish. me 30 for his pedicure, which basically they just scrubbed his legs, didn’t even do anything else. And then 15 for nine. Which for the price I should’ve paid 5 bucks. Removed my acrylics, and CUT me. Then the polish and cut that he did was taky. The edges were messed up and his brush tapped my finger and messed it up so it dried messed up. Refused to fix unless I paid more.

Clean, polite employees, affordable prices....very professional and always does a great job with my eyebrows and pedicure. I recommend.

Lisa does beautiful nails that you absolutely wont break. Love the gel color too.

Been going here maybe 3 years. Everytime service has been so so. My wife doesnt like it because of the guy thats there but even if hes grouchy hes always been ok to me. But after today Ill be going elsewhere. They made me feel like I was intruding just by coming in the door and wouldnt even look at me after asking what I wanted. The guy just sat there talking and staying on his mobile device. After just standing by the door for 10-15 minutes the only person in the salon was finished with and the woman who had been taking care of her called me over. I stepped up into the chair and the guy didnt like the way I was sitting down and started raising his voice and GDing me. They always turn on the massage chair but not today. And then to add insult to injury when I went to pay, they charged more than the posted price. Customer service? What customer service?

Only place I go to have my nails done. Never had a problem, prompt service and my nails look natural when done, not thick like some places do them. Ive read what others have posted and I cant help but wonder if they are using the same nail salon im going to...

IF I could give this 0 stars I would it’s fricking horrible !!?worst nail place I’ve ever been to! They kept on giving me and my friend dirty looks the whole time ! And they sent me out before my nails even dried fully !! Outrageous !dont go here it’s horrible and I definitely won’t be going back agin ! Also my right thumb nail is infected because they didn’t put it on right I asked for a full set and my friend got a polish change and they gave us both dirty looks the whole time and where outrageously rude to her the whole time we where there !!! DO NOT GO HERE

They’re rude, they have a uncertified worker and on top of that they talk about you to other customers. They can’t polish right and the lady have bad a attitude. They rush and the very unprofessional. I’m telling all my social media don’t go to this place they will be disappointed

I ask the lady for acrylic on my first two toes, but she puts a fake nail on instead and told me it couldnt be done that way, I then told her that I have been getting my toes done like this for years and when I asked if they do acrylics on toes she said, yes, she also left polish old polish on my toes, she try to hurry and get things done, but its not satisfactory work!! I wont be going back!!

I asked for clean utensils she started to cut into my toe.. Because she was mad I got right out of there never going back. She tried to use dirty cuticle cutters on me!
