Im very new to getting my nails professionally done. They very quickly earned a forever customer.Jenny does my nails, but Ive also seen incredible work on my all my friends nails (the whole squad gets theirs done here!) by Lisa and Chris! Everyone is wonderful. Theres always someone ready to greet you, usually Mom, who is so so sweet. Its such a comfortable atmosphere, and the work they do is so beautiful. Love it there.

I had an amazing experience here! I had called last minute asking if they had any openings and they were able to squeeze me in way sooner than expected. Theyre very accommodating and do a great job. The whole staff and even the clientele base were all incredibly welcoming and very sweet. Ive been popping around to a bunch of places in Pensacola trying to find a good nail place that Ive enjoyed, and I think I finally found it! The quality of work is great and the prices are amazing! I 100% highly recommend!

Jayden Nails is the BEST nail shop in Pensacola. I have been to apex 10 shops here in Pensacola, No One comes close to Jayden. Their work is fantastic and from the first time I went there they treated me like family from then on. Give them one chance and youll agree with me 100%.

Employees were very nice, but the quality of my daughters nails were not good. She had 2 nails break within the first 24hrs . They fixed them at no charge and then the next day 3 more broke. Weve never had this issue any where else weve gone before.

These ladies were incredible! I came in town for a short visit with my mom and knew it was a long shot tryin to get in. I sent a message late Thursday evening and received a call back Friday morning, with an appointment later that day (per my requested time frame). I walked in to nothing but smiles, laughter and enthusiasm. Every single professional worked as if they truly wanted to be there! Even when it was so close to the end of the day.I had a pedicure done and a polish change. Both services were on point! They are professional and they are skilled. I will absolutely be back!

I went on a weekend Scotty did my pedicure and did a great job. After he was done he cleaned his tools and did another pedicure I recommend booking an appointment because they were very busy. Will be back again, very friendly family.

Super nice folks and family-owned. Scotty did my pedicure and Mom finished my French manicure. I wasnt rushed at all. They were very interested in my satisfaction and did not treat me like a number.

Got a pedicure done here and definitely will return, she was so polite I brought my baby with me because I could not find a sitter and she was great with him too! Made sure he had his pacifier & kept him smiling. Loved it here!

The whole family is amazing. I feel so comfortable every time I go. Scotty does an amazing pedicure. I mean they all do, but Scotty has one up on them. Lol over all 10/10

Called to ask about walk ins and was told 15 minutes before I walked in that they accept walk-ins and had space. When I did my walk in they were completely rude and acted like they were an appointment only place and I was not allowed to be there.Not to mention there wasnt even a single place to park anywhere close by the nail shop the park in the next plaza and walk across the streetNail & spa 4 you on Creighton was much better.

OMG 😍 this place is really nice and obviously spanking brand new. You can still smell the leather of the chairs. Very Friendly Staff, furniture and chairs very soft and comfortable. I got a Mani/Pedi combo. I like they use real cotton hand towels versus paper towels. I got a complimentary soda while I sit back in the massage chair doing my pedicure with foot massage.

First time coming to this shop and Chris did an absolutely amazing job!! Did exactly what I wanted. Will be returning.

2 days after my manicure, my top coat is peeling and there are bubbles everywhere. Unacceptable :(

Worst pedicure ever, hardly touched my feet and filed nails all different angles then charged me extra for using extra polish(fall colors) that was watered down with acetone! Dont waste your time or money on this shop!!

I’ve been in a few times now. And I’ve had a few different experiences. Both great and horrible. Lisa and Jenny are very friendly and do GREAT work. I suggest you call and schedule with one of them! Got gels done by Lisa and they looked awesome, lasted and I got a ton of compliments. Prices are great too!! Honestly some of the best work I’ve ever had done in a nail salon.BUT....my daughter had her nails done twice by the mom and both times it was a disaster. The 1st time she got gel polish and they were chipping and peeling off within DAYS! In whole pieces. But I chalked that up to a fluke. My mistake. The 2nd time she and I went together and the mom did both of us because they were really busy. My daughter got a basic mani with reg polish this time and she was almost in tears by the end. The polish was layered on, dried splotchy and bubbly and was chipping off in less than 24 hours. She asked her not to file her nails too short and she filed them down anyhow. I got my gels Lisa did taken off and redone by the mom. It’s wednesday and I got them done last Friday. I’ve got massive chips already and nails are breaking and splitting half way down?!? I’m doing nothing differently with my hands/nails than I did before.
