Love this place!! My daughter & I decided to go here because of good reviews plus, our regular salon was closed for renovations. Im glad we did. Its way cheaper & theyre pedi massage lasts a long time. They did an Awesome job on our nails!! They also do amazing nail designs!! Steven was my nail tech & he was super!! You dont need an appt. (water, wine, sodas) 🍷💧🥤 Store is very clean inside! Everyone including customers wore masks during their time inside the building.

Jennifer was so sweet! Came in here after getting my nails butchered at another salon. She fixed them and made them like new again! I loved my new nails so much I had to get matching toes! Great value for services and the place is big and beautiful and clean!

This was the BEST nail salon I’ve ever been too! Everyone was sooo nice and super quick but also very detailed! I got a pedicure and a full set and both Johnny and Vivian did an amazing job. I was there a little past closing and they were all still so welcoming and assuring that they still appreciated my business even while they were cleaning up to close. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had! The next time I come to Pensacola I will definitely be coming back!

I experienced first hand why everyone raves about Elegant. Due to traffic I arrived approximately 30 min. prior to their closing. I was concerned they would try to rush my mani/pedi. However, like the true professionals they are, Dawn took her time with me and made sure I was comfortable and everything was to my liking. I damaged one of my toe nails last week and was a bit skittish that having work done on the nail would be painful. I can’t say enough about Dawn and the care she took with me!! I didn’t have any pain at all. Elegant is definitely worth your time and money!

I had an excellent experience with Cindy here! She was friendly super prompt on services and I absolutely love my nails. She was able to perform eye brows and facial waxing and did excellent job on both. Highly recommend this nail salon, I will be telling others to come.

Out of years of getting my nails done & living in multiple states AND countries, this is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I’ve gotten my nails & feet done by multiple staff members here & have been satisfied by all of them. I have my favorites but they all do a great job. Yes, they can get busy just like any establishment can & they do the best they can. If you decide to go in on a busy day or busy time, prepare to wait & have your nails & feet rushed because they are trying to satisfy EVERYONE, not just one single customer. If they took their sweet time on a busy day to satisfy one customer they are losing out on customers who are waiting & at the end of the day money! So if you don’t want to wait & want them to take time doing your nails or feet go in as soon as they open or on a non-busy day. I go faithfully on Saturdays as soon as they open at 9:30am & never have to wait & have the best service. Don’t wait till 1pm on a Saturday & expect to be seated right away & have them take their time on you. I love this nail salon, i love the employees, & i feel welcomed & valued every visit. They never disappoint!

Came in with a friend to get our nails done. The guy doing mine kept getting up and doing other things, evem saw him messing with the fish tank. My nails came out uneven and splotchy, my friends came out wonderfully and even.

Always a lovely experience. Everyone is so attentive, offering drinks and making sure each part of your service is just what you want. When the massage stones were too hot for me, they were immediately removed from my skin and cooled to a more tolerable temperature. Dont forget your stamp card!

I had a party of 5 on a very busy Sunday. They got me within 5 minutes of my scheduled time and continued to apologize for the delay. Did an EXCELLENT job and made us all feel so comfortable. So happy with my service.

Went to get a dip manicure, but still had the old set on. The lady used the nail drill to get the old set off and was pretty rough with it. I told her that my nail bed started to get hot and hurt. After soaking, there was some residual powder that had gotten on my knuckle, at which point she decided it would be a great idea to take the drill TO MY SKIN to try and get it off. She ended up taking some of my skin with it as it began to bleed. She proceeded to ask if it hurt. Obviously it did since she just took the dang drill straight to my skin and caused it to bleed.Nail clippings all over the floor. They use a nail file to scrape up the residual dip powder and nail shavings from the counter to put in in the trash and then “dust” it off with the towel. Not once did I see them use a cleaning spray or some form of disinfectant to clean the counters after a customer left. Just sat on their phones.If you’re looking for a place to get an infection, this is the place to go. I will definitely not be returning or recommending.

The employees talked about my friend and I and kept trying to upcharge us when we made it clear what we wanted and even repeated it every time they asked.

I am absolutely appalled by the service I received today.. I went in for a pedicure expecting good service only to be quickly disproven, they repeatedly questioned why I got my fingernails done somewhere else and insisted I get the spa pedicure instead of the regular like I planned for. To my shock they did not even do everything that was listed on this spa pedicure not only that but I told them I didn’t want gel polish several times and they still went ahead and charged me for it !!! On top of it I had to have a medial procedure to get my big toe nails removed and they usually put acrylic on only to give me these long chicken toe nails with a color I didn’t even originally want. The total was 60 dollars when it should have been 45 at the most. I’m absolutely disgusted and will not be returning!!!

DO NOT GET WAXED HERE! I went for my first time here to get a Brazilian and had a terrible experience. The room was not private and there was a window with the blinds closed that you could still see through. The woman doing the waxing DID NOT WEAR GLOVES even after I asked her to. It felt very unhygienic. SOMEONE WALKED IN THE ROOM DURING THE WAXING which was humiliating. She left me very patchy and did not use tweezers to get the hairs left behind. I went to the bathroom after and cried. Not because of the pain from waxing, but because I was humiliated and uncomfortable and frustrated. As I was paying, I mentioned my concerns and they still made me pay full price. They said she never wears gloves during waxing which is DISGUSTING. She did a good job on my nails. But I will NEVER get a wax there again and do not recommend it to anyone. I will be reporting this establishment for health concerns.

We came from.different states to come to Pensacola for mothers days and needed a pedicure n manicure and this was the best service we had n I would recommend this place they did an awesome job and will back when we come to Florida.5 stars 🌟

I have been a regular customer for a little while. I was there last week and was surprised with a price increase for a standard manicure. Did not receive anything more or different didnt even massage my hands. Salon is not all that. Very disappointed. There were no signs posted of increase and was not told in advance.

Walked in, was greeted and got my toes and nails done and everything was sanitary. I am super picky about that kind of stuff. Liners in the bowl, clean tools! Did the Marine pedi. Definitely recommend it! Then I got my fill and it is fantastic! I gave him complete artic freedom and he delivered!!! Definitely recommend this shop!

Service was amazing, I got dip French tip nails and a #2 pedicure. Pedicure was awesome, Im 32 weeks pregnant and she was so gentle with my toes and the hotness of the water. Also, it was one of the best pedicures Ive ever had hands down. Paid 75$ for everything but it was totally worth ever penny.

DISSATISFIED FUTURE EX-CUSTOMERI’ve given this place too many chances, they don’t listen to your requests or pay attention! Where do I start. * Keep in mind that I do not wash dishes and have a desk job, so very little impact on my nails daily *So far they are the only people I know in town that does SNS (dip powder nails)... Got my nails done once by the guy in the first chair, nope (refer to the pictures with red/orange polish) this is the look after 1 week for something that is suppose to last for 2-3 weeks... so I went back for their redemption, explained my dissatisfaction and sat down again to get them done “correctly” by the guy right next to him who supposedly taught everyone there how to do SNS. Ha! As my nails are getting done I say “that is too thin, they are not going to last past a week just like the last time” he reassures me no it will and this will look more natural... (refer to the black and gold nails picture) after 1 week they are chipped and worse than before....... 😑 That was the last straw I decided to never go to them again for SNS!Fast forward months later and refer to the (bare nails picture) this lady who was sitting in the area near the side door performed a manicure and was asked to remove the existing gel polish for a clean and actual natural nail.... the picture says it all!They simply DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL IN WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND JUST GO THROUGH THE MOTIONS!!!! And you all must know that nothing was ever discounted for the dissatisfaction.I am beyond frustrated with this establishment and honestly will never return again and will be sure to spread the word!

Went knowing I wanted a manicure & dip but the guy kept trying to convince me to get acrylic. I told him that I no longer get it because it makes my nails frail and he still debated with me. Never ended up getting a proper manicure either. Then, he was rough and kept tugging and pulling on my hands. They came out nice so I didn’t say much, but I definitely wasn’t feeling the service all around..... Fast forward, my mom & I came in the same week for pedicures, they were okay, but we both agreed the nail polish came out looking dull. My big toe has air bubbles in it & my pinky toenail is only partially covered, I ended up coming home and redoing the top coat because it didn’t even look like I had one, they don’t use OPI. They do an okay job but definitely NOT the best. I probably won’t be returning.

Good service fast. They did rush us to pick a color and sit down. But my party of three were seen right away. They were friendly and professional. Prices are a bit steep, their pedicures go from $25 all the way up to $70. Which is a bit much for pretty much the same thing just a few extra things. They do the typical upsell attempts, but luckily werent too aggressive. Overall we will be back to get another $25 pedicure.

Literally the best pedicure Ive ever had. Im writing this as I sit in the pedicure chair, and Ive been here for about an hour and for $35 I got the deluxe. Thats including paraffin, hot stones and hot towels.. also every massage in between. Ms Rupi was so amazing. havent even gotten my nails or toes done yet but when I do Ill be back to update! 😊Update: okay so they did absolutely amazing. Kenny was great with my nails. A bit pricey but it is worth it. I got ombré which was 45 alone, but they turned out beautiful. This is the hidden gem of Pensacola I wish I found them sooner!!

I have never had a bad experience here and have been more times than I can count. They know how to do anything you could possibly want & they have the supplies to do so. I always leave feeling satisfied. I LOVE that you can show them a picture and they will pick the colors for you & give their professional opinions on what would be good! They did an amazing job on my nails. I was very specific with the accent nail design I wanted and he did it perfectly. The shape and length were exactly as I wanted. No issues whatsoever. I was just visiting family in town, but I’ll happily come back here whenever I visit again. I highly recommend this nail spa.

Was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a nail tech here. He wasn’t one of the brothers. He smelled like cigarettes which made me sick. I told him I didn’t like the shape of my nails from the previous place I went but he didn’t fix them. He made me feel like he was in a hurry and didn’t even let them dry through one light cycle. When he was finished he would push my hands out of the way, it was really rude the way he did it. He was bald, wore a baseball hat backwards and had tattoos all on his left arm. Don’t go to him!

There is a sign on the door that said you must wear a mask. I was the first client of the day and I gladly followed the rules. The next set of customer came in about 20 minutes later and the rules didn’t apply to them. Then they wanted to sit the unmasking customer right next to me. I kindly asked for the customer to be moved. Another issue is I asked if they have matching gel polish and dip power. I was told yes and to pick a color. My toes were done first then my nails needless to say the colors did not match. This was a complete waste of $75. The lady who did my pedicure cut me like 3 times. I’ll be looking for somewhere else to go.

I came on a trip from MD where every nail salon is still closed due to covid! It had been 8 weeks since my last fill in.... my nails were horrible. Tyler did such an amazing job on my hand and Johnny did my toes!! Omg my nails came out beautiful and I honestly want to bring this whole salon up to Maryland so I can go to them all the time! Very nice work space, clean and not too crowded with other patrons bumper, bumper..The only negative o have is the staff still talk to their co-workers in their native language. They are now in USA, I wish they would communicate with their clients and not to each other in their language. Be a little personable to your clients!!!!!!

My favorite place to go is Elegant Nail Spa not only is there customer service outstanding but they are very intoto initiative about your needs. The take there time to make sure you get just what you want. IM always happy when I leave. I would highly recommend. Tyler, Michael, and Kenny or my favorite.

This was my first time going to this salon, and it’s officially my new favorite. The price they quoted me at the beginning was the same at the end. The staff was very friendly and polite. I got a dip manicure, it’s even and smooth. Highly recommend and 100% going there again.

The nail tech had a snobby vibe. Paid $100 including tip, I loved the nails but 2 of them broke later on that day. They fixed for free but thats not the point. I work 60 hrs/week, dont have time to run to the salon every time a nail pops off.

We went in late and accidentally had them stay past close- but they were so kind and got us finished so fast. They were happy and talking with us and it was a great experience. Our nails and the colors are fantastic I absolutely recommend to anyone looking

I was in town for work & this place was recommended. I got the #3 pedicure & the dip powder on my nails. The service was extraordinary & I really liked how they make sure you understand the price before they do anything. Completely satisfied!!

I went in for a full face wax. And I dont know man. the wax was the hottest ive ever experienced, and it hurt. She was very rough about it the entire time, and got too close to my under eye which is a delicate area you know? It made me tear up some because it was so close. Then I wake up the next day and I have 3 little burn spots. The lady who took care of me was really friendly though and they fit me in right away. I wont be going back to get this done though. Ive had it done at other places with same results and less pain. I wanted to get it a 2 star but like I said the lady was nice so I did 3.

My first time here and Tyler did a great job! They opened at 9am and I was the first one in. I brought a friend with me and he got a Marine Pedicure which she took her time (1hr) and he loved it. I am military and Tyler understood my length and color needs. Full set with gel polish for $40...Great price! Wine and drinks are offered. This is my new nail shop for times I come to Pensacola.

Beautiful nail art! Just wanted black but was talked into getting black and purple ombré which looked really nice and when they waxed my eyebrows she took her time and made sure they looked good.

I am here on vacation and needed a gel mani. After reviewing all reviews, I went with elegant nail spa. Everyone was very nice and I didn’t have to wait at all. However, compared to other nail salons, there wasn’t a very large selection of gel polish so that was a bummer. My manicure was very rushed and my cuticles weren’t really cleaned up. The polish looks very rushed as well and the ends of my nails are rough. Compared to my home nail tech, I would have given two stars. But at least my nails weren’t lumpy and I didn’t get snipped as I have at other places.

Always great customer service. Hardly ever have to wait. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Excellent job everytime. Complimentary drinks. Relaxing music. All around great place. I’ve been coming here every two weeks for the past 4 months and have never had a bad experience. Would definitely recommend!

Ive been a customer here for the past year and I cannot express how great the staff is at Elegant Nails! There is hardly ever a wait and you are greeted as soon as you walk in. The space is clean, spacious, and well organized- Im really picky about cleanliness- they get an A+. Also, BEST pedicure in Pensacola! Ask for Holly, she does an amazing job!

I came in last Friday evening to get my nail fixed around 5:00. Its a Friday so I understand thats its going to be a little busy.....however 30 minutes went by and nothing. There were people that came in after me that got pedicures and they were taken care of right away...which I understand because there were empty chairs at the pedicure station. But then two women came in to get theyre nails done and they were immediately seated at a nail station while I sat by the door. Another 10 minutes past and I finally get called to a station. But instead of fixing my nail....they started tending to the two women that came after me. I will not spend another dime here. They only thing they care about is whos getting the most money.Edited 2/15/19 Response to owner: Really? Calm down? How unprofessional. You being busy was not the problem because two women came in after me to get their nails done and they were immediately taken care of. Like I said you guys are all about money thats why I was not serviced as quickly. Also if you knew you were too busy to service me....a nice Maam can you come back in the morning? Or Its going to be a while on your nail repair would have done me fine. Your lucky I cant give you zero stars. I would rather drive a few more miles down the road and go to nail talk.
