Best Nail Salon EVER! Ive been getting my nails professionally done for 20 years .... this was one of the best salons Ive ever been to! They are meticulous, professional, courteous and all around AMAZING!

Freaking amazing. We moved here last year and I tried a few different nail salons and all of them were okay. Tried this place and everyone was so so friendly and my nails are nearly perfect. The nail tech I had was a guy named Hi, who was super friendly and informative.

Absolutely highly recommend this place!! Very nice salon, excellent customer service- all the staff is friendly, attentive and speak excellent English. I had Paul as my tech and he was very conscientious and detail oriented- he made sure my nails looked perfect. Took his time and did a great job! I’ll definitely be going back here again.

The service was great, however I wanted the $30 pedicure, and she said the gel nail polish was $3 more. I get to the register, and she says its $20 for gel nail polish. So I spent $50 on a pedicure. I will not be going back, because she lied. Thats ridiculous!

Wonderful experience! I got my nails done by Kristy and she did an excellent job. She took her time and asked me several times throughout the process if I liked the way they looked. Customer service was exceptional from everyone, even got my eyebrows waxed. Definitely recommend.

My fiancé & I was in Pensacola today 5/5/21, just a getaway while the kids were at school. We drove from Mobile, Alabama. The staff at Nail Venue are so professional. Friendly. They care about your well being. We will be coming back!!! Awesome job guys! God bless!

I got a dip powder done on my nails by Ricky today and they came out so lovely!! His attention to detail could not have been better and he was also very friendly and polite. Heather also helped me when I first came in and she was just the happiest and and more cheerful worker you could ever hope to encounter. The environment as a whole was very pleasant and I can’t wait until I need to get my nails done again!Edit: changed from 5 star because the manicure did not last long at all :( the nails are breaking and it’s very painful. They were already scuffed after just half a day packing and then they started breaking just doing things like pressing buttons after another day of doing nothing but flying

I have lived in Pensacola my whole life and never been in such a hospitable, welcoming mail salon.... the owner actually works there and has such a good relationship with the other nail techs and they are actually happy....many salons I go in the nail techs are overworked, exhausted and you can tell they don’t have the best relationship with their boss. This place has fantastic luxurious chairs with awesome massage options. They space the chairs out where you don’t feel on top of other people and they are also spacing people out due to covid. I got the French gel nails and they turned out perfectly. You can tell the nail techs want their customers to be 100 percent comfortable and satisfied. The owner actually did my nails. Very nice people, very nice environment, will be back

Very pleased with my first visit I took today. Came with my 3 year old daughter and my sister and got manicures and pedicures! They worked very well with my daughter and they did a wonderful job with my sisters nails and myself! Very happy with my experience and is my new go to! Everyone was professional and friendly. I had Tech do mine and he was very nice and did wonderful work!

My first time going to The Nail Venue. It was immaculately clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Im new to the area and my nails were over grown and a mess. Ricky did a beautiful job on them. The nail products were nice and so many colors to choose from. Ill be a regular customer at The Nail Venue.

Tekk (His actual name) was great. He was sooo nice and easy to talk to. Hes funny and very hes amazing at attention to detail. When he did my pedicure I was literally falling asleep he was so great. I had to get up and leave because of an emergency before he could put the polish on. He told me to come back in the morning to finish and I cant tell you how much I appreciatd that. Freaking Kids! 🥺 Anyways lol definitely check this shop out! They have wine. 🍾

I have had my doubts about nail salons, but this facility is highly recommended!! Very clean, friendly and great prices. They are creative and open to suggestions. My grandbabies love the designs and learning colors, numbers and shapes!!!!

This place is amazing! They have amazing customer service, extremely clean, polite, very accommodating. They really made you feel like you belong there the second you walk in the door! It was pouring rain when my mom and I left, and one of the workers literally offered to walk us to the car with an umbrella one by one. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. My nails are perfect, not the mention the entire experience there. I’m never going anywhere else!

I have sensitive and very thin nails. I came in with peeling gel polish and wanting to get acrylics, because I know that they last a long time. Heather (co-owner) was incredibly sweet and so gentle when she was taking the gel off. Every couple minutes she would check to make sure she wasnt hurting me. She was also concerned about the health of my nails if I got acrylic and convinced me to get dip instead. Ive never met a nail tech (let alone the owner!) who was as worried about my nails as her!Ngi (Im so sorry if I misspelled this) did my french dip nails, and she was just as gentle and concerned as Heather. She was so meticulous in making sure each nail came out perfectly, and that she wasnt hurting me. Im hoping to get her every time I come back.TLDR; Incredible experience and worth the money. 5 stars!

A friend of mine suggested this place to me. I was skeptical because I live about an hour away. I was in the area though and gave it a try. I will be making the commute from now on! I am that satisfied. Kristys work was stunning!! Well worth the price. Due to a recent injury, Kristy, and other staff continuously made sure I was comfortable through out our session. Very relaxing atmosphere.

This hurts me to write.. I really wanted to love this place!! Its gorgeous inside, the workers are wonderful to speak with!! You can understand them as they speak perfect English. The down side... Nails were not trimmed short enough and wasnt asked if they were short enough, werent filed straight, nail polish left on the edge of my toe, the massage was sadly sub-par, bubbles left in polish, rough spots left on bottom of foot.. 😞

A lady named Heather did my feet. She did a great job on my pedicure but, rushed the massage and kept on looking at the clock. Poor conversationalist too. It wasnt a very enjoyable experience. Although I am glad my feet look pretty and smooth.

Hands down the best nail salon Ive been to in a long time! The owners, their family members and employees are all so welcoming and friendly. The place is beautifully decorated. The prices are on point and the service is amazing! This will be my go to nail salon for now on.

This was the best pedicure that I have ever had! I have mobility issues and she was very kind and told me to take my time. So relaxing! The best foot massage ever! She took her time and was personable but professional.

Absolutely love this place! Today was my first time going with one of my friends and we both had a GREAT experience. Very clean and cute little salon with very nice people ! I got a full set acrylic nails that were done beautifully ! I told him I was a server and he went out of this way to make sure my nails were super strong and durable. Didn’t try to rush me out of the door, just took his time and got my nails just right ! I will definitely be back in 2 weeks for another set.
