The initial experience was pleasant, the technicians worked quickly on me and my daughter.I asked for nail art and at first they told me i had to use stickers which I agreed to. Then when it came time they said they didnt have anything similar to what I wanted. The girl did attempt to design something but it was all in vain as the top coat peeled on 4 nails causing the images to come off the next day. I went back to have them fix them, which they did for free but then 3 more peeled and 2 cracked 2 days later. I did dip powder with matte finish which Ive had before with no issues. While I appreciate them offering and fixing it I dont have time to go back over and over within a few days of getting them done.

I’m not from the area and just took a chance and walked into the salon. Very friendly and professional staff! I was taken right back and was listened to to the last detail. Lucy was awesome!! I will be back and recommend this nail salon to everyone!

This was my first visit here after receiving a referral from a friend. I had my son join me. They were very friendly. The salon was very clean. My nails looked great and my son remarked that it was the best pedicure he had ever had. I would agree. It was very relaxing. I will definitely be returning.

I got a basic pedicure on my toes and not even 4 hours after I got my pedicure my nail polish was already peeling off my toes I wanted regular polish on my fingernails and the lady did gel when I said I didnt want that between me and my mother $115 was spent plus a $23 tip thats ridiculous for something that does doesnt even last more than a day. Im really upset about it.

I got my nails done today and did the powder dip. I appreciated how they took their time and they looked nice. But my nail cracked the day of... literally just doing dishes. So I drove back to the salon because their hours said till 7 I was there at 6:10 and they were closed. I don’t have time to go as I’m leaving town in the morning. I paid $40 for poor quality. She used three coats of dip from nail bed to tip... I’ve gotten dip many times and it’s never done that way because then they are so thick and heavy at the tip also I’ve never had them crack the day I got them done.. maybe after a couple weeks due to wear and tear. I’m just so disappointed....

After going to three other nail salons and setting disappointed I was recommended by a friend to get my nails done here. Not only were Lucy and Tammy (Nail Techs) very friendly with an upbeat demeanor they were also very knowledgeable which is shown through their work. They were very gentle and responsive to anything I asked or questioned if I was comfortable and if I liked the shape or design. Not only do they listen and respond meaningfully they also care about you and your nail health.

I got a wax done, they did great!

Not only did the rush and poorly did my pedicure, at the end of my full set they told me they do not have a card reader although I have gone there multiple times before without this issue. They then proceeded to take pictures of my card, both the front and back. This place has tried to scam me. Do not go here

I love this nail salon. Tammy is great. Beautiful clean salon. She is very professional and I am always pleased with my nails and the spa pedicure. I just make an appointment and she is always on time.

Cindy put a whole new set of nails on for me and gave me a pedicure. She did a very good job. I will be returning to her. I have been going to this nail saloon for a long time so I have known the past 3 owners. The bad reviews on this site were put on before the recent owners took over. The place is spotless clean and Cindy does a great job so dont read the old negative reviews.

I moved to Pensacola last year and decided to try this place out. I love love!! I moved to Pace FL and still go out of my way to go here. Tim is the man!!

About 2 weeks ago, I paid $30 for a full set of acrylic nails done by Ivy, the acrylic she used made my fingers feel like they were on fire. Also, they started lifting about a week after I got them done. Will not be going back to this salon.

Nice shop, would appreciate it if their prices were publicly posted. I didnt see them if they were.
