They always want to be sure you are happy with your hair after they work their magic on your manes! We were instantly comfortable with them, you walk in a new client but leave as a friend 😊

I had an Amazing Experience getting my hair styled at Style Downtown. Cortney took her time to make sure that my hair was perfectly cut and I left the salon feeling fabulous! They even made a fresh pot of coffee just for me when I arrived even though it was 4:30 in the afternoon. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful and I definitely felt appreciated as a customer. I would recommend this salon to anyone who wants the star treatment!

I love Style and I love Corrie! Shes fabulous to work with, down to earth and honest about what my hair needs and doesnt need. Her artistry is consistent and gorgeous every time!I really appreciate the phone calls and reminders about upcoming appointments, too!

I got hair extensions to fullness and a little extra length. The ladies are so sweet. Beautiful salon and they even made a spot for my kids to sit while they waited for me to get my hair done.

I was new in town and needed someone who could give me the haircut that I like to wear. Eugerie at Style was able to replicate exactly what I described to her. The staff was friendly and professional. Not at all stodgy and snobby. They made me feel like Id been coming there for years.

Have driven past Style Downtown a million times, and always meant to make an appointment. My husband surprised me with a gift card from here for Mothers Day, and I had my first appointment today. Eugerie did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair--it is exactly what I had in mind! I highly recommend Eugerie if you are looking for a really talented hair stylist. I have already scheduled my next appointment!

Was in town for a wedding and came here to get my hair done beforehand. Did a blow out and then she put some curls in. Great place and friendly staff!

Using my husbands google account, but I went in today for a haircut and keratin treatment. The place was really nice, the staff was extremely friendly, and I was in and out pretty quickly. I highly recommend Kirsten. She was great. A bit expensive but worth it for sure :)

I absolutely loved the whole environment and the staff at Style! They made me feel so welcome and almost at home. They had coffee, tea, and water and were all just so nice. Not to mention my hair looks amazing!!!! I could not be happier. Ill never go anywhere else in Pensacola! They are voted best salon for a reason!!!!

As an out-of-towner and an eloping bride, I didnt really know which salon to go with. I read the reviews on google and decided to stick with Style Downtown. I cant even begin to explain how WONDERFUL the staff is here. They made me feel welcomed and beautiful.(And always made sure my champagne was full ;) Brittney did my hair and it couldnt have been more perfect. She listened and gave great advice on what I should go with. Kendall, did my makeup. It was just as I wanted it and gorgeous! They were so friendly and helpful to this indecisive bride. My wedding day would not have been the same without this wonderful staff. I wish I lived in Pensacola. I would go there just for them to do my hair all the time! Thank yall so much for making my day so special.

I brought my 15 year old son in for a new style. The cut & style Brittney gave him is amazing. Exactly what he wanted and it is super easy for him to style everyday. He went from a long shaggy style that hed had for a few years, to a modern quiff/pompadour.

I recently moved to Pensacola and of course needed a new stylists which is always a scary thought! But I found her! Her name is Brittany and she is awesome. Best bleach retouch Ive ever had :)!

I was referred to STYLE by a friend and I was not disappointed! My stylist is Sarah and she always carefully listens to my ideas and questions regarding my hair, each time Ive left the salon Ive had a beautiful cut & color and I am in love with my hair! I highly recommend this salon, and especially Sarahs services! All of my experiences with the staff at STYLE has been positive and Ive always been treated promptly and with respect!

This review is on behalf of my client. She recently moved to Florida and just wanted to go somewhere for a quick color refresh since she wont be coming back home for a few more weeks. Shes extremely nervous about new people working on her hair.I sent her instructions or a guide on the colors the new stylist should use; a basic root touch up & a toner formula that should seem simple to any stylist, regardless of if this woman has been in the business long or not, right? Nope. Even with a step by step guide; my client informed me the girl seemed confused and nervous about my process. She ended up leaving with a flat red color instead of the vibrant copper she has been. Shes extremely unhappy with it & is coming home early so I can fix it. Im not one to rip on other stylists, but the fact they charged her $150 for a REFRESH is beyond me. Thats ridiculous. just because someone works at a fancy salon, doesnt mean they should charge that much. Unfortunately, she didnt get what she paid for.

I think everyone should know how amazing this salon really is! They have wonderful customer service, offering you the best as soon as you walk through their door, greeted warmly by a kind, smiling face. Most importantly, the technician works efficiently and effectively and gets the job done. The booking appointment was a smooth process that took little to no time, making it stress free on your end, so you can get your hair to flawlessness faster. Im so satisfied with how my hair turned out and I recommend this shop with both thumbs up! One beauty concierge by the name of Eugérie Vieux did such a wonderful job. Im so grateful to her teaching me each step along the process on how better to take care of my hair. One product I would highly recommend would be Oribe Straight Away Smoothing Blowout Cream. The key to my beautiful Silk press was this product for sure! Thank you so much Style Downtown for giving me my first- salon experience and for making it amazing.

The service, the stylers, and the owner all stink. I have had multiple questionable and awful colors and cuts done. But after the last disastrous service, done by Renee, I had to reported it to the owner, who ignored my several calls and could not care less. The high prices customers have to pay for the awful treatment and service are simply outrageous. Stay away from that place, if you care about your hair

I have heard of such a thing as a blowout or a style bar. This is where you pick from a number of styles on a menu and they shampoo/blowdry and style your hair before you go to a party, event or a date!Style exceeded expectations! First, I was greeted quickly and generously as I was offered coffee, wine or another beverage of choice. Have you hair styled and drink wine? yes, please.I then chose a style called Vegas where I would have voluptuous curls. I was taken to the shampoo bowl, then after I was walked back to the stylist chair I received a neck and shoulder massage. Take my money!!!The atmosphere was so incredible, complete with music, smiling stylists and an open floor plan. The product used was Oribe and it smells incredible. As a marketing and logistics nerd I appreciated that they asked for all of my preferences from how I take my coffee to what time of day they should call me to remind me about an appointment. To finish it off, they took my picture in front of a Style Downtown backdrop and made me feel like a star.I now try to make a Style Bar appointment at least twice a month!!!

STYLE Downtown is awesome!! My blonde hair was over processed, broken and in major need of attention. The embarrassment was making me want to hide. I went to Cortney at STYLE downtown for help. Understanding that healing my unhealthy hair was a process that would take time, she matched me with beautiful extensions to help soften the growing pains. They blended so well with my hair and it looked so real, no one knew! Cortney educated me on how to take proper care of my hair using the best products and the latest styling techniques. Now, I love my hair! Cortney taught me that blonde hair can be healthy and beautiful! I am forever grateful. I also went to Kelly for the the Keratin Express Blow Out Treatment and my hair was frizz free for the summer! It totally cut down on my drying and styling time too! I sent my mom to Colleen and she has never looked better or been more happy with her hair! Cortney is an incredibly talented hairstylist and business owner. With her passion for excellent customer service, education, and fashion, I know that whoever she hires will be a star that you can trust to do the best. I always look forward to my hair appointment. The vibe at Style is so much fun too! Its my favorite day of the month!!

Horrible!!! As a new client you want to feel like the stylist cares about you. When I was there I was moved 5 times to different chairs trying to make room for the other stylist and their clients. I get being busy is a good thing but it doesnt feel as good being a client who is supposed to be with one of the best ones there and your just thrown to the side. They have assistants which is great, but when I leave I want to leave with a great blow out. Not something I could do at home. It was also too pricey for what I was receiving. I wouldnt mind IF I was being treated the way I should have been treated. I would not recommend this salon to any of my friends or co-workers.

So I went to STYLE not too long ago to get a trim, and everyone in there was very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was nice and professional. Unfortunately, I was overall dissatisfied with my haircut. I made it known Im trying to grow my hair out and get a healthy trim of about a 1/2 inch, but my hairdresser ended up texturizing the ends of my hair sooo heavily that the bottom 5 of it became stringy and frizzy and completely unmanageable, especially coupled with Floridas humid climate. She did a nice job with the top half of my hair (I have a lot of thick hair) and it laid nicely, but again, the bottom 5 looked absolutely atrocious. I went to another place the next day and got all of the damaged hair cut off. I was horribly sad because my hair is now touching my collarbone whereas it used to be so much longer! I was specific about using minimal texturizing and now half my hair is gone :(Despite having a bad haircut, I really did like the salon itself. Like I said, great atmosphere, really nice staff, etc. It would be wrong of me to discourage anyone from visiting the salon, just make sure you are very, VERY clear about the texturizing I guess.

I used to go here exclusively, but stopped when my appointments kept being bumped.
