From the time I walked in the door I received A-1 customer service! (Not ignored like A LOT of these other shops) I visited Queen nails for a rush nail polish change and was asked if I wanted a pedicure. Although in a hurry I accepted because everyone was so friendly. Im so happy I did when I say this was THE BEST pedicure Ive ever had! The nail tech took her time and was so attentive to my feet. I loved it! And the building itself was is so well kept. I will definitely be returning!

Very clean very sanitary nice people good prices but nails dont look good had mine dipped looked to wide some square some round did pedicure and she nicked my toes several times and they bleed will not go back there they didnt offer me any th thing to drink ect but thats cool was in to big of hurry and dont want to pai t the colors u want or do desighns

I went to get my feet done today and wanted to take off my old nails. I had told the nail tech that I wanted to soak them off and the nail tech said NO and that would take too long to do. The nail tech decided on their own to pop off my old nails with another nails and damaged my natural nails and making them bleed.

I love this place I just wish the man could do designs other than that no complaints. The people are polite,very respectful and their work is amazing. You have to come here for real.

Ive always had a wonderful experience here. Customer service is wonderful, the owners are kind, and the environment is clean.

Didnt like that the pumice stone was not used on my feet and they are not as smooth. Would lime if techs spoke English that service you

2-5-2019 This afternoon I became a fan of The Nail Queen on my first visit. Im no push over, I want my moneys worth, in a clean facility, prosessional manner, by knowledgeable & skilled workers executing their kraft in a welcoming environment at reasonable prices. They nailed it.

5 star for prices, 5 star for service! This is the place I will be going from now on!

The people who work here are very nice but they dont understand what it is that you are asking for and u end up leaving with something you dont at all want...lopsided, lumpy acrylics!!!
