Really good experience. It was my first time here and the staff is so friendly. They gave me some advice for my teeth and how to properly floss. I really like it here.

More than once I have had an appointment here and I’ve been left sitting in the waiting room for over an hour where no one has checked on me and multiple other patients have been called before me, as well as when I decided to no longer receive a cleaning and just get my adjustments no one knew what was going on with my treatment apparently. I don’t think it’s a bad dentist office I just believe that they should have better time management along with better communication. They also have a cotton plant on the floor in the waiting room, I’m assuming for fall October decorations which is weird and inappropriate because it isn’t a fall plant.

DISHONEST REVIEWS & MONEY HUNGRY: First, I must note that I visited this office on May 10th, 2021 for a dental emergency. As soon as you enter the room there is a sign on the TV asking folks to leave a Google review in exchange for a chance to win a TV. The doctor came in and explained to me the source of my pain and recommended a root canal. She explained the procedure and immediately left the room to call my insurance company. I was informed by the front desk that it would cost me about $1,200 out of pocket. I called back that Wednesday May 12th, 2021 and requested an extraction instead and was told that they could not schedule my extraction and would need to consult the doctor because I was not following her recommended treatment plan. I was told they would discuss with the doctor and call me back. It is now over two weeks later and I have not heard a word. As a result, I’ve had to find a new dental office and wait to have the procedure done with them. I believe that are interested in the high cost procedures and the smaller procedures take a back seat in importance.

My first time at this location in Pembroke pines. It is a large office and everything that you need is here.I just got braces and the orthrodontist is very knowledgeable and had a calming affect on me.Highly recommend this location. The staff here is so nice ☺️

I have to take a second and say thank you so much to Gentle Teeth and Braces in Pembroke Pines! My husband has an immune system issue that makes him super high risk so we have been in quarantine since March because of COVID. I called and told them my concerns and the entire staff from start to finish was so kind and accommodating. They answered all of our questions and trust me we had a lot! They took extra precautions on top of all the precautions they are already taking. To say I’m impressed would be an understatement! We have been going to them for years and honestly if your looking for a good dentist or orthodontist I highly recommend them!!

Soooo this first appointment tells you everything about an organization. I selected this office based on the provider directory blindly. I also read reviews on other sites. They earned my five stars. The GPS led me to the plaza next door. When we arrived the Dentist left. I pleaded with them advising that I dont have PTO to reschedule. Explained I have three other children to pick up and apparently Dr. Reshma heard me and said send them back. They took excellent care of my teen and my toddler. Im very pleased.

Fantastic orthodontist service! Very friendly staff. All the girls working on braces are great, especially Roxy, who was so nice and patient with my little son Nicholas, who just turned 15.The doctor is very competent and explains all the details in a very easy and comprehensive way. Before finding GENTLE BRACES, my son and I visited several orthodontists and called many more, but everyone told us the same story: since my son had his braces put on in France, nobody was willing to work on foreign braces and all of them were asking for thousands of dollars to remove the French braces and start from scratch with domestic braces. Fortunately, the doctor of Gentle Braces saw no problem working with French braces and took my son as a patient. Now Nicholas bite is almost perfect and, in a month they will remove the braces.

After I finally decided to switch dentists and able to afford to get some work done, I walked away disappointed. My Cousin accompanied me on some of those appointments and she was so upset at the results. She had the idea of changing her dentist also but decided against it because Gentle Teeth was not worth it. At first it seemed all good before I paid, but once they received theIr money it’s like you don’t exist, they become unprofessional and did very little to pay attention to details. I was sitting in the waiting room and they passed by without acknowledging. Trying to get to the next steps of dental surgery the first part was ok, the second part was a disaster and then they have the nerve to overcharge me for a procedure that did not take place, called in for a refund, even they though they said they would refund me, they still didn’t. I have just one more procedure to get done and If I hadn’t paid, I would walk away, soon as it’s done goodbye Gentle teeth. I’m glad I didn’t refer friends or families.

This has been such an awesome process and experience with Dr. Chandy Samuel and the entire gentle teeth staff. Every time I come in I honestly feel like I’m visiting family I haven’t seen in quite some time. They are a one stop shop for all possible needs for your teeth, from othro, to general dentistry, perio and so much more. Kayla at the front desk is the best, makes your feel super special, remembers exactly who you are, your voice over the phone, and when you walk in makes you feel welcomed and right at home like she missed you. 😉. Dr. Baddaloo was very professional and friendly through out my difficult root canal operation and made sure that I was not in pain during the process. Pleasant and painless but very expensive. If you havea discount plan or no insurance, then expect a very expensive bill. If you have good dental insurance you may have a reasonable copay. The receptionist at the front desk told me that I had to pay for an examination and x-rays as a separate expense.

I give them a 5 because they are good at what they do and the office is super clean. Though I would change one thing, since this is my opinion I not going to take away the 5 stars they deserve. They have several tv setup around the office. With no audio and all just playing slide shows of the crew in many different events they have done together. Basically showing they are a tight net group. But about 30 minutes of waiting I grew bored. Longer story short. They should have some sort of music playing or something playing on the TVs other than their slide shows. Maybe cartoons for the kids. Or teeth maintenance video. Again just my opinion

I had a great experience. Staff was awesome they were really nice. It was my first time at Gentle Teeth. I went in for a cleaning and for the first time my gums were not tortured. Definitely coming back.

I have taken my son here several times for cleanings and twice for a cavity. Never have I given him laughing gas and never have I had a problem. All of a sudden it’s non negotiable for $150 fee because my son was moving and complaining last time around?! Which is a total lie because I was there and his doctor even said that he was fine without it. Now after Covid they can’t do it without. Highly upset and I do not recommend these money grubbing peopleUpdate! We took our son to a highly recommended dentist in cooper City and he in fact didn’t even have a cavity like gentle teeth claimed. So not only did they try and force my hand on the laughing gas but they lied about him having a cavity altogether

I cannot say enough good things about gentle teeth! From the from office staff, to the dental hygienists to the Dr. every person is so nice. My 4 year old loves going to the dentist, who loves to go to the dentist?! They are so amazing with kids, I cannot recommend them enough!!

The best place for me and my family. This is where I have been taken my kids since I came to Florida (from NY) about 6 yrs ago. Dr Reshma Baddaloo is the best, she is the one that see my kids (which are not very good when it comes to dentist) and they are very happy with her. Because of this I just became a new patient and I am very happy with my choice. She fixed my 2 old crowns (which were done by a very unprofessional and overpriced dentist) and did other minors procedures; I am totally hooked.The staff is very friendly, especially Carmen who assisted Dr Baddaloo in all my procedures and Karla who helped me with all the paperwork; she made it seem very easy and found the best options for someone without insurance.I cannot forget to mention Alberto who is an excellent hygienist. He did a wonderful work; he really knows what he is doing; I am definitely coming back to him in 4 months for my cleaning.

After hearing the dreadful news that I needed a root canal, I was referred to Dr. Reshma after rave reviews. Dr. Reshma Baddaloo and her Assistant Carmen did a wonderful job fixing my front tooth. I had chipped it the night before and called for an appt. the next morning. They squeezed me in and were able to repair it that same day. When I inquired about getting more work done, they were honest and thorough in explaining the processes. They said it just wasn’t necessary. I cannot give them enough praise! They did an excellent job, you can’t even tell it happened. I actually cried tears of joy when they handed me the mirror! My first time there. I went for a general cleaning and x-ray today. The Dentist is not my favorite place to be but I highly recommend this place. This is a great dental office! They are hardworking, determined, and honest. I have had bad experiences going to scam artist 🧛🏾‍♂️ dentists; who charged me for procedures not performed and just tried to price gouge me... But that did not happen here! Gentle teeth are meticulous and driven, everything is explained in detail about what they are performing and the health status of your mouth. The office not only wants you to have a good experience but you leave there with a new understanding and knowledge about dental care. I would totally recommend.

The office staff and dentist are nice people but after thousands of dollars and over 10 visits to for the same issue, I still have a problem with my bite and cannot comfortably chew. Now I have to wait for my benefits to renew to go elsewhere and spend thousands more to fix the bridge work that was not done properly.
