Made an appointment TWO WEEKS AGO. Just for me to come in and they say I dont have an appointment. They emailed me my confirmation email but couldnt email me letting me know they needed to reschedule my appointment. When I come in and they tell me they cant take me they then tell me they can take me in another 2 weeks. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. FIND ANOTHER DENTIST OFFICE . Unprofessional I also called the previous day to confirm the appointment, left a voicemail and they did not get back to me

This place is awesome like everyone else I hate going to the dentist but they made feel comfortable… I love Yolanda and Abby they are complete sweetheart and the doctor love what he does..

I contacted this office as a new potential client. The receptionist Kimberly asked me if I was ensured. I told her yes and gave her my information. She then proceeds to tell me i must get a fee schedule from my employer. After spending the better part of my day trying to locate this information, i finally called my insurance company who informed me that the dental office must contact them for that information. Needless to say Im looking for another provider. Thanks for all the reviews.

Coming here was the best thing I ever did. After battling tooth pain for almost 3 month. My regular dentist in dania beach, not only was he giving me a hard time but also over pricing me. A good friend of mine from work recommended me to Pembroke Square, God does everything for a reason. Dr. Morales and the entire staff were so caring and so efficient and also in expensive. I could not believe how much out of pocket money I saved even having insurance. I strongly recommend them and will continue with all my dental needs. Ive been going to Pembroke Square Dental for 2-3 years. Everybody is really friendly and professional. You dont have to wait long either. Kimberly at the front always has a smile on her face and my hygienist Dimitry is wonderful with the cleanings. I highly recommend this dental office!

Been a customer for years and I love Dimitri as he is very thorough, however Kimberly the receptionist was very rude when I told her I couldnt make an appointment the day before because of a work related emergency. I then call to make an appointment and give her my new insurance information. She then tells me that she will not schedule an appointment for me and I would have to walk in. Totally unprofessional and this is not the way you treat your existing clients who have been with you for years. They certainly will not be getting my business or would I ever recommend them to any of my friends or family.

This is the WORST place to go to. I have wasted an infinite amount of money and time. If i could give this place a -5 stars i could. It used to be ok when other dentist lady was here forever a go and now so bad! The male dentist is horrible, lazy and rude. Please do yourself a favor and find a new dentist.

Dimitri is the best hygienist ever! Also Kim at the front desk is very nice and greeted me by my name. There’s a short wait when you get there but nothing to fuss about (10min tops). Strongly recommend this place, I actually had my husband go after I went for the first time and he agrees with me on the comments above.

Treatment was ok. I was prescribed a bleaching product for which I paid $200.00 (product included 2 tubes with 35% strength) and supposed to last for 2 weeks. However, product lasted for one week. When I informed the dentist office of the discrepancy between product and time, they handed me an extra tube with 10% strength. Sadly, for myself I later found online the same product with 4 TUBES AND 35% strength for a total amount of $28 (7 TIMES LESS from what they charged me at dentist office).

I recently changed my general dentist to Pembroke Square Dental. I have ZERO complaints. From the office staff to the doctors, everything is beyond a five star. Dr. Giorgio is my doctor and is beyond amazing. She is extremely patient and knowledgeable. Every staff member is welcoming and kind. If youre looking for a new dentist office, this is the place!

First expierence was great. A small blonde woman that works there is the kindest of the staff. Second visit was not. I am so upset that this is my first time reviewing anything. The customer service was terrible. Dimitri made my experience very unpleasant. He told me “close your lips” but I was not understanding him, so I asked him to repeat himself. He got loud with me and says “Lips!Lips! Lips!” I didn’t need him to get loud, I can hear just fine, I needed him to enunciate. During the cleaning he did not stop at all for me to rinse my mouth. I was swallowing blood and I had drool coming down my neck. He didn’t care if I was okay or not, he just kept going. At the end he gives me mouthwash and instructs me to rinse. I wanted to wash my mouth out with water after but he yelled at me again because I touched the water switch and says, and I quote his EXACT words: “Now it’s going to drip all day! This is why I told you not to touch!!” I don’t see well enough to read the little white sticker they have but I apologized regardless, however, he never mentioned not to touch anything. WHAT KIND OF DENTIST HAS NO WATER FOR PATIENTS TO RINSE THEIR MOUTHS?! What kind of person talks to their customers that way? Dimitri just seems like a miserable person. I’ve never had someone talk to me in such rough manner.

I have been coming to this group of Dentist for a year now and they are “AMAZING” starting from Kimberly which she’s the person in the front reception, Kimberly has been nothing but incredible, from her smile to how courteous she’s with me and the customers that call and come to the office, I can’t say enough about this wonders lady, she’s the front of the office and her professionalism with customer and with her job functions are well applauded.The beautiful ladies the assistances to the Doctor, Yolanda is just a breath of peace and calmness that surrounds her makes me feel so comfortable and at peace while I sit and she’s doing her job, also Abby she’s amazingly sweet she would hold your hand and just makes you feel that all will be ok with a soft voice comforting you and saying “all will be ok”. Overall This team makes me feel like a family. They are the BEST OF THE BEST!!

Im on my eighth dentist in sofl; Sweetest staff, thorough cleanings, they answer all my questions, and they dont attempt to scam you on all kinds of unnecessary cleanings/products etc. Love this place!!!

I have never met such a kind, comforting staff in a dental office. They took me in right away on emergency and from reception to xray tech to Dr. Azadi, they eased my tears in fears. I would recommend these kind people to anyone here at Davie Modern dentristy.

This dental office has one of the most unprofessional customer service staff. A lady at the front desk name Kim is the most disrespectful lady Ive dealt with in a long time. After taking off work to make my appointment time, I called to make sure I have the right address. That is when Kim answered the phone to tell me that the doctor wasnt there and she had called and leave a msg. I was really aggravated because I knew I didnt have a miss call or a msg. After getting off the phone I check my phone to reassure that I wasnt losing it. I called back and ask what day because I didnt have a missed call she told me instead sitting on the phone arguing I could of gotten my x-Ray and come back another day to finish my appointment. I immediately got upset and told her thats not the way to talk to a future patient and before I could finish she hung the phone up. I was so upset I actually drive to my appointment and tell her exactly how I feel about her customer service and that she was a disease to the busy. I have yet to receive an apology so I most definitely will be taking my business to people that respect their clients.

I may afto expose these people to the public but for now they are not recommendable not even to my worst enemy

The Front Desk Receptionist is unprofessional and lacks good customer service. Shes also discourteous and undiplomatic in her responses to the customer. I will not return to Pembroke Square Dental.
