The first appointment we went to for my daughter was great! There was a different receptionist there and she was great! This recent visit there is another receptionist. I have waited 1 month for a pre estimate to get my daughter fills and no one has called me. The receptionist is clueless and rude and most of the time she does not answer the phone conveniently on days when the manager is not in on Mondays and Tuesdays.I called today Wednesday and asked for the manager and she put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on me. When I called back she would not answer. This is a very unprofessional place and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! GO TO GREENBERG DENTAL IN FORT LAUDERDALE, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND VERY PROFESSIONAL!

I have been a patient of Dr. Celia Figueroa since 1994, she has done extensive dental work on me and up to today everything works perfectly. She is a wonderful dentist, always have time for you, never in a rush and making sure that you feel comfortable and, very important, pain free. I have believed in her and followed her instructions at all times. Besides being the greatest dentist she has a heart of gold, always looking for your best interest. Very honest and compassionate. Best Dental Office in South Florida! Amazing experienced dentist with a great sense of humor-Keeps me laughing. Very comfortable environment- clean office and restrooms (I’m a stickler on this) with a lovely decor. Knowledgeable friendly staff who make customers feel like family. Dr. Figueroa knows her craft really well. She over-extends herself in order to help her patients in any way that she can. I absolutely love going to the dentist now.

Dr. Figueroa has been seeing our family now for about 25 years. She and her staff have been great! They’ve accommodated us through some tooth emergencies, and are very flexible on making and occasionally having to change an appointment… It’s nice to feel like family and have someone you can trust when it comes to dental work. She and the hygienist are very thorough and provide great tips for daily oral care. Courteous, friendly & professional staff. Office Manager and front desk always call me to confirm my appointment and check my insurance benefits. No surprises like in many other places. Highly recommend.

I love this place, I took my 3 year old daughter today and left very happy, more importantly, my daughter was happy. The place is clean, its a family like atmosphere, yet professional. From the front staff to the doctor, they were all amazing, very caring and loving towards my daughter. They made her feel comfortable, answered all her questions and mine, and took the time to explain every single tool and procedure. Thank you, you ladies rock!

Stay away from this office, they are very irresponsible, its hard to get an appointment. Also, Dr. Celia Figueroa is rude and not professional she doesnt like parents to come inside with their minor child who is 12 years old that needs a dental procedures and asks if parent can wait in the waiting room, putting the excuse that your child is big already and that its not necessary for parent to be present. Parents never allow someone to tell you that you cant come in with your minor children and never leave your child unattended. I advise to find a dental office that treats you with respect, love and remember you are paying for the services so never allow someone else to mistreat you or your love ones.

I love this Dental office! They are very organized, no waiting time when you go to an appointment everyone is very friendly and nice. I see Dr. Celia Figueroa and she is wonderful. My son broke his front tooth playing baseball. Dr. Figueroa fixed it and it looks great. My son said it didnt hurt when it was fixed. The staff was nice, treated you like family. I also got a cleaning by the hygienist. I forgot her name but she was great, and really took the time to explain things.

I had a great experience. I have dental anxiety and it real hard for me to go to the dentist but I had a tooth bothering me. Dr. Figueroa was super patient with me, very comforting and made the whole experience pain free. My first experiance with exclusive dental and their staff was more than comfortable and compliantly accomidating. Not only did DR. Figueroa saved an implant crown that i was having problem with her and her staff made sure i was comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend.

Kathy is a horrible administrative assistant! She hung up on us twice and said she would release us as a patient all because I had called her out on her attitude! Staff and representative very rude and unprofessional, first visit for me and my husband and the info that was given to us over the phone before visit was not the same when we arrived. As being in the medical field background, I wouldnt recommend this dental group to anyone at all. I also call a couple of times an can hear echo as i was speaking to a staff which is HIPPA ( I immediately ) contacted my health insurance group and change me provider. I usually dont leave reviews but when you have new patients you have to provide them all their responsibilities before they arrive at the office and all staff need to be on one page as well.

Called back spoke with cathy office manager and she said I was wasting her time and they couldnt answer me . Beyond horrible I asked for a referral after speaking with insurance twice because they never sent the referral and this is an emergency the insurance was able to get it. Would NOT recommend them at all. Also doing a complain with the insurance about them. At first I thought they were great but after them telling me that my insurance doesnt cover the wisdom tooth removal which It was a lie the doctor they referred me doesnt takr the insurance and because I didnt pay them they treated me horrible. BEWARE about this dentist

This dental office does not even deserve a star. I came in as a new patient needed an annual check up/cleaning. I advice the doctors that I did not want a deep cleaning because my teeth are very sensitive and either way they didnt care. They gave me a topical sedative so i couldnt feel anything ( i use to work at a dentist before so I know what a deep cleaning is ) Well the next morning all my teeth and gums were hurting. Oh yeah they did the deep cleaning too harsh that a fill on my tooth came out BUT they didnt do a deep cleaning according to them. Also the reception is clean and nice but when you go in the back.. ewww the ceiling corners look like they had mold and it looked dirty and if you are getting an operation done theres no privacy. Find another office
