Dr. Patel is an incredible dentist who truly cares about his patients and gives them his all. He is honest and professional. His work is outstanding. Dr. Patel’s assistant, Aasha is very sweet, gentle, and she always keeps me and my family members with me informed after the visit. Veronica, the dental hygienist, is very caring and professional. She does a thorough job. Valerie at the front desk has always helped with scheduling and with accommodating my schedule. Everyone at the Dental Care Group has been nothing but amazing and welcoming.

Amy is the best Medical Assistant anyone can ask for. As a patient at Pembroke Pines office, I always request to have her in any session. She is a top notch and very skilled matching perfectly the crown colors, I saw Dentists asking her before any final color decision. She is on top of every need you can have during a dental procedure and she helps patients to address any concerns properly to the Dentist. Veronica and Maria were very nice, Dr. Sergio extremely professional and informative and Dr. Bui was so personable and carefree that he made me feel silly for being concerned about my upcoming dental treatment which as he assured turned out not to be a big deal at all. I love Veronica at the Dental Care Group! She really cares about patients health. Although I was inclined to write this review due to the lack of professionalism at the front desk. I was told that my card was declined 3x . I couldnt understand why. I called my bank in that moment and they informed me it was declined due to entering the wrong information. I told the receptionist this. She said OH... Corrected the numbers and VOILA! My card was accepted. I was BEYOND shocked that she didnt apologize for her mistakes in that moment. I wouldve appreciated it if she double checked behind herself, yet she just assumed I had no money. : /

This is my 2nd time with Solange as my hygienist, and my first time at the Pembroke Pines location. The staff there were nice and professional, making sure that all Covid guidelines were followed. Solange is very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring (I am somewhat anxious at the dentist’s office), asking how I was throughout the cleaning. She explained everything that she was doing, and told me what I am doing well, and how I could improve upon my own daily dental routine. She plays music during cleanings, which I also found quite helpful at putting me at ease. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dental hygienist.

I was sooooo nervous going into the office today to get a tooth extraction/bone/implant but once Fein put the anesthesia in everything was smooth sailing after. His assistants were so comforting and helpful, Abby and I didn’t get the other girls name. 10/10 recommend!

I have been using Dr. Joel Glicksman and his hygienist for many years. It would be true to say I wouldn’t have my teeth if it wasn’t for them. This review is regarding the office staff in Pembroke Pines. Luda Mirzak during Covid went above and beyond to help me resolve a problem at their other office.I had been trying to contact the office and for over a month I got know where with the Adventura office and was put on hold and left many unreturned messages. I truly think DR Glicksman and Bonnie are why I have my teeth. But the Aventura office doesn’t respond to their patients. Finally I went into the Pines office and asked Luda if she could help me. She didn’t know me but Luda made one call and I the manager called me back. Thank you Luda❤️

The staff that helped me during my first visit to the Pembroke Pines office was beyond amazing: Maria, Dr. Solange, Dr. Pagani and Jennifer were all very professional, friendly, patient, and helpful! I came here for a second opinion and Im staying here. I am glad i have found this place. The moment you enter everyone is friendly and welcoming, they even gave me a gift on my first visit. How cute is that?!Valerie, Jennifer and Lana were very helpful and accommodating especially when I had to call them a couple of times in between visits. Dr Fien and Dr Patel were my dentists and I like how they explained the procedures done on my tooth, and even while doing the procedure, they shortly briefed me what to expect in the next few seconds and explained what theyre going to do. (for example: youre going to feel a little pressure on your gums, Im going to do this ect ect. Which is good because i know what to expect. And i havent been to a dentist that was *that detailed in explaining. Its nice to know what theyre going to do with your tooth lol). Annie, Abby and Aasha assisted in the procedure and they were really nice. By nature, Im always nervous prior to every check up or procedure but they seem to lighten up the atmosphere and for some reason i feel better. Highly recommend this dental office. I wish i found them sooner tbh. -joy

Dr. Mars is a very good dentist and I love Claudia, my hygienist! The office offers a ton of extra procedures and the dental work Ive had done here has always been above and beyond.

When I arrived, I was given an immediate and friendly greeting at the door. I was given a series of reasonable questions and covid-19 precautionary tests of my temperature, oxygen levels, and sense of smell. Once I was clear to enter, I was helped within minutes. Dr. Aasha escorted me to the chair where I would be sitting and walked me through the x-ray she would be taking of my teeth. We went through the x-rays in a speedy but thorough process, I appreciated this very much. Dr. Patel greeted me with a nice, friendly tone and checked my teeth and gums. Overall, this has always been a 5/5 dental facility.

This was the best dentist I’ve ever visited!! Solange was my dental hygienist and she took very good care of me. I was then referred to Dr. Mars for Invisalign and the process was a super easy transition. I live my new teeth. I also can’t forget about Dr. Mars’ assistant Gina, who always made sure to provide with excellent instructions for my Invisalign. She took care of me like her own.

This is the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was so friendly but my first appointment consisted of a diagnosis only. Took over 4 hours to tell me they can’t clean my teeth until the next appointment. Also recommended products I really don’t need. I’m super unhappy with the amount of time I wasted there for nothing. I wasted half of day of work that this dentalOffice won’t repay me for and not to mention how backed up I am at work for nothing. I just don’t understand why they couldn’t just clean my teeth and send me home. I’m never coming here again and def not recommending anyone. The amount of “detail” they are so proud of is irrelevant to my necessities.

These folks were so so nice! Dr K was awesome and really nice and helpful. I was dying from the pain of an infected molar, and every dentist on Earth was closed because it was Saturday. I drove 2 hours from Stuart and they were so nice and kind and just the best. Now Im all better and I gotta tell you, they are the sweetest, nicest, most helpful and professional dentists around, and they even stayed a little late and did a procedure when they could have easily just given me a diagnosis/checkup. Nope! They fixed me all up and took out that evil infected molar. I trust them with my life, and as far as Im concerned, they saved it. I love these guys. The techs/nurses/cleaners were all really sweet and professional too. They get my highest recommendation.

I went in for a dental cleaning with Solange who was extremely helpful on how I should take care of my dental hygiene. So happy with how clean my teeth/mouth is and how my gums aren’t inflamed anymore from the cleaning!I also went in for cavity fillings with Dr. Kellesarian and Aasha who assisted him during the procedure. Not going to lie, I was freaking out when my gums became numb but they were both extremely patient with me and understood. They asked if I wanted to rinse my mouth and let me sit up until I was ready to lay down again! Everyone was professional, patient, and treated me like family!

I was nervous about going during Covid but they assured me of the safety over the phone. They also send emails to keep customers updated on exactly what they do to keep the place clean.
