She has a fantastic group of women who are friendly and caring. The place is spotless and has a nice decor and ambiance. It feels like a spa for your teeth. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is not trying to advertise unnecessary dental services. Dr. Rios goes above and beyond for her patients. Highly recommend this practice to anyone with a low threshold for pain or who has a phobia. Moreover, you have a professional and honest dentist.

My experience with Dr. Rios and her staff was terrific. I walked in on Saturday morning due to a tooth pain. No appointment. X-rays were quickly performed. Dr. Rios advised me a root canal had become infected and spread to the jawbone. As it was extracted my pain level was closely monitored. It was all done within 2 1/2 hours; A to Z. I am writing this the night of the same day. I am very very satisfied. Thank you Dr. Ríos !

I’m 32 weeks pregnant and have been absolutely terrified of the dentist for as long as I can remember. They have been great with both by making me feel comfortable with the fact at having to get a tooth fixed while being pregnant and keeping me calm through the process. Absolutely would recommend them.

I had a good experience. Dr. Rios seems really genuine and knowledgeable. The office is very clean and the staff are super nice. The front desk rep was really nice and helpful. The dental assistant was also nice and made sure I was comfortable. Overall, I’m glad I found this spot. It’s much better than Aspen Dental in Pembroke. Aspen seems to be all about the money smh. I will make this my permanent Dentist. I see why they have such a good rating.

Dr. Rios, Irene, and Janice are amazing. I went to Pembroke Beautiful Smiles today and was very pleased with the service. They send reminders via email and text message for your appointment and go through proper procedures to make sure everyone is staying safe. Dr. Rios and Irene make sure you understand exactly what is going on with your dental health and what is recommended for you. Dr. Rios also make sure whenever doing any procedure you are comfortable. Janice goes over the treatment plans and financial options and make sure the plan works with your budget. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Rios. The office is extremely clean and the staff is not only friendly but very helpful. Dr. Rios is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything I had questions about. The services were also affordable and quick.

The dentist Dr Rios shows no compassion for the patient. She just evaluate how much dollars she can get. I was with a severe dental infection, asked her for an extraction because I didnt have money as I am not working for Health reasons. My insurance covered just the X-rays and she not even care about my pain and my situation, she sent me her secretary to show to me an expensive plan of treatment to sign. Additional to the insurance coverage, were $370 dollars more for the procedure. Just the mouth wash was $25 dollars. I imagine she will send me the bill as the insurance coverage was only $120 dollars that was for the X-rays.4 months ago I had exactly the same procedure in the other side for $120 dollars with no insurance. Unfortunately the previous dentist is not in the country.Dr. Reyes just goes for the money. She shows no mercy, no bed manners for the patient.Her office and the rest of the employees, very nice, to the point that I could notice they felt bad for me.I am myself a unemployed physician with no money for medical reasons at this moment and during my profession I have seen thousands of patients free because I can see their pain and their situation. I dont expect any free, just the extraction of the tooth that was killing me, for a reasonable price. Not a plan of care.You need to have a big heart for these professions or you are in the wrong path, and that makes people bitter.

Went here today with some pretty good pain.. was expecting a Root Canal but ended up not needing one. The Dr. and staff were very nice, took time to talk me off the ledge..( I have pretty high dental anxiety). Honestly one of the best dental experiences I’ve had in years. I loved this place, it’s a perk because it’s literally 3 minutes away from my home and even better that they were clean and very professional.
