I had a great experience. They make sure they take the best care of you. I went in for a mani and pedi. I loved the service. I picked the colors and they nailed it. Lol Thanks !!

Service used to be decent but I definitely would not recommend. The staff isnt warm and the service is mediocre. I come in on a regular basis but this last time the gel came off after only a few days. I was out of town and wasn t able to come right in to let them know. I spoke with who Im assuming is the manager and he was rude and unconcerned. I was thinking that I would be offered a free service or a discount.....at the very least an apology. Instead he blamed me and offered me nothing. I wont take that treatment from anyone, but especially a salon with piss poor service. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Stopped for a lip wax and it was so unsanitary. The guy was blowing on the wax so it would cool. Made me bleed. Never again.

I am disappointed on today visit. Im a regular customer and requested for the female to take care of one service for me and she refuse to assist because she said she was too busy.This type of service would have taken her only 1-2 minutes out of her time. She is the only one that know how to provide the service I requested. She had only 1 customer in her seat, I would have even waited till she completed with her customer, but she had no compassion for her regular customer.I just visited the shop last week and received a pedicure, shellac, manicure, eyebrows and lip wax. My shellac colors started peeling in 2 days, but because the shop was closed during the hurricane and I was on lock down at work I had to wait to come back and request for a nail repair.I realized there were multiple nails that were peeling with the shellac color from last week. Therefore, the nail technician would not be able to repair all nails that were peeling free of service so I just requested for a new service after just paying last week for the same service.When are these shops going to stop nickel and diming dedicated customers. It is what it is, now I have to move on to another establishment.

Brought my mother in for a refill and pedicure. She is in a wheelchair and was given kind, attentive, gentle care.

Ive never been to a very top hygienic, neat and welcoming nail shop. I totally recommend this place. Nicole and Tina are amazing!

I used to rave about this place, but when I went in for a pedicure today, I found that they now have new owners and all new staff (majority are men it seems). The guy giving my pedicure was extremely rough, even after several attempts to tell him to be more gentle. Then in the middle of massaging my legs, he got up and left to wax someones eyebrows. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and will not be coming back again. My toenails ache!

I went on a sat, thy were really busy but got to me really quick. I got a deluxe pedicure and a full set with solar and shellac on top. Jennifer did my nails and she was great. I will most definitely go back.

I am horrified. this place has gone down hill with the new owners. im bleeding from multiple fingers. they dont listen to clients at all. the colors dont match up with what they actually have. i made an appointment for two. they completely ignored my mother and took 4 other clients before they realized that she was supposed to get her nails done. not only that no one new how to shape nails and had two people try to shape them. i asked for a marble look on one nail and it was so bad. the owner just put black on white and smeared it. i told him i didnt like it and to take it off, he argued with me saying his other customers loved it and showed two pictures and i told him thats not marble at all. he then proceeded to tell me that he didnt know how to do marble at al so i told him just to do the white. after that he told me to wash my nails off so he could put a finale coat on top knowing the nails didnt look right. i told him no im done and that i wasnt paying. he had the audacity to grab my hand and pull me down so he could fix it. i told him don not touch me and pulled away. he then grabbed me again. thats when i yelled at him to not touch me. i proceeded to tell him that i shouldnt pay because he made me bleed multiple times and tried to argue with me. all i can say is that thy lost a faithful client that went there for 3 years..... btw no tech license on show like they are supposed to.

A cockroach was crawling near my foot and they showed me a video of a dead baby in a ditch on Facebook. She also took a personal phone call as if the service isn’t already long enough.
