Was greeted poorly and got looked up and down and was told they were too busy when they only had four people. First time going there too, worst service ever, don’t not recommend

I actually liked my SNS dip. I didnt even catch my manicurists name only one person there was able to speak English was Jennifer. I didnt mind it too much since my fiance was there with me so I had his company.I didnt know how much the SNS was my fault, but I was surprised to find out it starts out at $55 WITHOUT a manicure at location 3 according to Jennifer!!!! 💸😵 I find this too expensive for a mediocre looking salon nothing like the original. I didnt find out until after we left since my fiance payed.So to be sure of the price I called ALL THREE locations:I called location 1 8 times no one ever answered (since I figured its the original they have to know the prices).Then, I called location 2 the woman who answered said it was $50 for SNS with a full manicure which is understandable.Finally, I called location 3 and Jennifer said it was $55 WITHOUT a manicure (what I got).🚨WHAT A RIP OFF! NEVER AGAIN!!🚨They didnt even honor the 10-20% off for the Instagram post.We we initially only offered water, or Coke 🤦🏻‍♀️🙄, and then I showed them the Instagram post. The drinks are beautiful, for the most part good, but the wine glasses are made of a cloudy plastic.I now know why the place looked deserted, and two women walked in, asked where location 2 was, and then left.I typically go to and LOVE ❤️ Cozy Nails in Pearland its $35 for SNS with Lori, and Twin its just a drive. They also have a reward system as well.

Had an appointment for 11. Still waiting at 11:45. I have watched a Pedicure tech use a old used file on a gentleman. She has not washed her hands once and has touched everything from the chairs, tubs, and carts. They have allowed 3 people without appointments to walk in and get helped and we are still waiting. Very poor service.

Gigi made my appointment and did my Manicure and she was excellent. Another lady did my pedicure and did not do a good job. I explain to Gigi what I told the lady 3xs since I dont do color and Gigi fixed the problem by giving me the best and cleanest Pedicure that I have EVER, EVER, EVER received. I will get my manicures and pedicures more regularly now with Gigi instead of every once in a while. GIGI IS THE BEST!!!!💝 😊😀 Gigi is GREAT!!!!

Walked in and asked for an eye brow arch and the lady that greeted me looked at my nails and then stated all of them were busy and I should try at the HEB across the street. Thats why try not to support their businesses because they are super rude. Will never ever return and will advise anyone I know love in Pearland to NEVER go there

Ok I wasn’t gone post anything and just go somewhere else next time but I feel I wasted my money. Now they charge me $60 for my nails. Now the price is not the problem. The problem is the quality I got for the price. I’ve only had my nails on for 1 week and already have 4 nails lifting. I’ve gotten my nails done before for a cheaper price and it lasted for a month with no nails lifting and just needing a regular refill. Now the customer service was excellent and they offer complimentary drinks. All that is nice and all but that $60 was a complete waste for a full set to me. Go there if you may..this is just my experience with them.

I went to this nail shop today and had a great experience but as soon as I walked out the door I received a text from my bank about a transaction from a advanced auto part in Austin. I told them that it wasn’t me. Then I was told that it happened 30 seconds after I left the nail shop. Not one but 2 transactions! When i ask do you think it was the nail shop I was told “I can’t tell you yes or no but what I can tell you is these translations happened as so as you left the nail shop”. SO BEWARE OF BOTH OF THE NAIL SHOPS WITH THIS NAME IN PEARLAND. THERE OWENED BY A HUSBAND AND WIFE AND I PERSONALLY BELIEVE THAT THE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE FRAUDULRNT CHARGES. I don’t know these people at all and I don’t have any reason to lie on them. I just believe in doing the right thing and I know that they are not right. They keep refilling my glass with wine and I was loving my experience but now as I look back I believe it was all part of the plan.

I have gone here twice. The first time I did SNS and then went on vacation about a week later, by the end of my vacation all of my nails had come loose or fallen off ( I’m very hard on nails so I wasn’t too upset). The most recent time I got my nails done, i spoke with the lady about strength and how that was so important to me and she again recommended SNS. Once she realized I liked longer nails she went back on her original statement and said SNS was better for short nails. I thought wow awesome she’s super helpful. So I said okay then let’s do acrylic. So the manager/ owner comes by and she’s talking to me and I told her my concern and she says they will still use my SNS color, they will just brush it on and that will make it much stronger. I was like okay awesome. Not even 5 minutes later this nail lady is dipping my nails in the powder (not using the technique we discussed) and the manager comes over and goes oh you wanted her to dip. I said no I wanted what we discussed. They then had a lengthy conversation in another language and the lady dipped all of my fingers. I guess we will see if they hold up. Thankfully they have a 2 week guarantee if any nails break.On a better note, the atmosphere is nice, the staff is polite and friendly, and it appears to be clean. It’s just definitely on the pricey side and I’m not sure it’s any better than the other salons that charge much less.

Rate this business 0 stars.... bad customer services and bad nail techs then had the nerve to quote me 50.00 for a refill with color powder. This is Pearland Not Beverly Hills
