The great news is, they did an excellent job on cleaning up my car. 🚗 The bad news is, someone had to mess up my car.

Very expensive and don’t do a thorough job. The inside of my car was actually dirtier and my steering wheel was sticky. Better off going to the car wash across the street.

You cant view your car being working on because there is one window in the waiting area and they covered it up with notifications so you cant see what they are doing during an oil change. They have plenty of wall space they could have used rather than the only tiny window. The staff looks and acts shady. Im not going back. Did they even change my oil???

They do a really good job. Just make sure you bring small bills if your want to leave a tip; they dont make change.

I do not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stopped by June 27th to get my truck washed, asked and paid for a hand wash that way none of the employees there would drive my truck because I just got brand new wheels put on that morning. After they finished cleaning it, instead of giving me the keys, one of the employees drove the truck around the building and hit a curb, causing damage to the passenger wheel. Mind you these wheels are $3500, in which I just bought and paid for 30 minutes prior to coming in. Its going on 3 weeks now and the manger will not respond to my calls to fix the issue they caused.

This establishment is equipped to do small maintenance and detail on vehicles. The staff was quick and did a excellent job cleaning my vehicle. I will definitely go back!!

Paid for the $20 package + $5 tip and got a mediocre job.Guess you got to get the $40 package to get a decent cleaning.An automated drive through carwash would be about as good and probably cheaper.

You have to go in behind the work they do if I am paying you 40 I expect my car to be nice not me having to come and say the inside of my car has not been clean or my rims are dirty. Now the cashier is very sweet.

The detail package that costs 129.99 was well worth the price. My truck was like new! I recommend it!

I like the place just HATE the lady in the front deck. Always rude and mean! I asked her for change to give to the guys and she didn’t even look at me or anything and said I don’t have anything when I was looking at change in front of the Register. I only come here because the place I started to go because she’s rude was closed.

I have a white car paid for the works package today and my car is still dirty...bugs are all over the front of my car...I wont be back...rush job and I left a tip because I didnt inspect the car until I got home.

I have been taking my cars here for the annual state inspections for years, and have actually always had a positive experience. Most recently I got there at 9 AM and was out at 9:15 AM. I dont know many other places that work this quickly and efficiently. Yes, somebody did offer me a windshield fix, but I politely declined the offer, and that was it.

I paid 40 for the works car wash and a hand wax. My car was not completely vacuumed, they forgot my air freshener and there was wax inside my car. My rims and parts of the car were still dirty.....I had to go home and redo the car. Horrible job....

I used to come here a lot when I lived in the area. They were always VERY slow and when I got upgrades to my wash they would,95 percent of the time, forget the air freshener I had paid for.Today I was in the area visiting a friend and decided to try them out again. I paid 13.00 more dollars for the works wash. What I paid for was them not to work at all. The car was maybe run over with a vacuum and wiped with a semi damp cloth. They didnt put armoral on the dash, there was still hair in the back of the hatch back and water marks all over the outside of the car. But what they didnt forget was to put the air freshener in the car.You just never know what youre going to get here and you always have to double check their work. It was 150.00 for all I had done today...I will never come here again.Save your money and go down the road.

Sad to admit that their quality of work as gone extremely down! Paid for the ultimate pricing wash category and didnt even get our front windshield wiped down. Interior was left dirty and muddy.

They do a pretty good job. The final steps could do with more attention to details, for example I had a seat folded down, a week later i realized they had not changed the positions and vacuumed under it. a little overpriced as well.

Why do you keep throwing away my pumice rock I keep in my vehicle for my pets hair??????? The second time this has happened. The first time i realized it was missing, i assumed i misplaced it and i bought another. Shortly after leaving the car wish, i realized my replacement was missing too. Its in my cup holder for a reason. GRR!

They always do a great job on both my vehicles. They are very efficient considering how busy they get. I rarely have to point out missed spots but they always correct it anytime I am not a 100% satisfied. I trust them with any vehicle I own or will own in the future. I have always recommended them to all of my friends and family. I just wanted to add that I have tried mister car washes and they still can’t compete with the crew here. Still they are doing a great job on my trucks! Thanks again splashes

Message for manager and owner. Really preferred for any business about the basics of talking to customer on the phone. When asked for pricing details, I was given just a range and not the details on what ever the pricing includes. She was rude on the phone and basically said I wont tell you what pricing includes so come and talk to the sales people here. I know things are busy in your shop but a little etiquette will help you a lot with your business when employees are the first face of your business. You lost my patronage and I wont recommend anyone to your car wash. Hence you will loose more potential businesses as well in the future.

The wait time here is terrible. The service here is even worse. Instead of taking my car out from the car wash and spending some time cleaning it up and drying the car in the line like they did with the rest of the cars, they drove it off to the side and forgot about it. I kept waiting, noticing people whose cars who came out of the car wash after mine getting called up to leave. Mind you, I had been waiting outside in the sun the entire time listening for my name. After waiting over an hour since my car came out of the car wash, I went to ask about my car. First off, no one seemed to know who even worked on my car. Several of the people tried to get my card again to charge me for a second oil change/car wash since they had moved my car to the waiting area. Finally, one guy told me would take care of it, disappeared for a while, and finally gave me my keys without taking the proper paperwork. Unfortunately, all of the places in Pearland that offer these services are terrible, so just brace yourself for something like this to happen.

DO NOT GO HERE, I REPEAT. DO NOT GO HERE. My girlfriend just dropped her car off here for an oil change. As soon as she pulled up, the guy says she will need to repair a very small chip in her windshield and has to charge her insurance for a $120 job. She said 5 different technicians came up and harassed her about different fixes and repairs she has to have. She immediately asked for her keys back and said she was going somewhere else, they said they already started working on her car and cannot give the keys back. We ended up with a $300 bill. All this for an OIL CHANGE. Im reporting them to BBB, yahoo review and yelp review. What a bunch of sleaze bags and I hope they get shut down. This is highway robbery at its finest.

I paid $65.00 today, I was told it was to get my car waxed, windows cleaned, vacuumed and wiped down inside. I walked around checking both sides and the back then gave the man a 10.00 tip. Once i got home i was walking around the front of the car and it looked like it was not touched. The center consul was not done well. On my road trip, you can tell the interior front and back Windows were barely touched, if even cleaned at all. Its such a shame to spend that much money and have a sloppy job done. Not happy with Splashes carwash at all.

I was in and out in 15 minutes for a car inspection and they were very busy. That is efficiency! I will be back for an oil change and car wash soon.

They did a good job cleaning but the customer service was lacking. Cashier was on her phone and the people that greeted me I dont think they speak English..they were nice but there was a communication barrier.

Danny Gutierrez is the Car Wash Manager of this business and I have been a regular customer for 6 years. This business broke the lock on my extended cab door. Mr. Gutierrez told me that the staff will alert management when a door will not open and in which case I was not approached about this matter. While talking with this individual, I also pointed out the unbelievable job done on my interior, in which he looked bothered upon showing, but didnt offer to rectify the situation. I returned some time later to determine why the matter was never followed up on. AGAIN, I was not approached about the inability to open the door.Without approaching or speaking to this individual, I was approached TWICE as I stood by the front door by this character and was told VERY sarcastically and disrespectfully I tried to call you! in front of approximately 8 other patrons. HE FAILED TO CONTACT ME. He said 2 Ford dealers were contacted and he was told it was flimsy. That should not have mattered. I opened the door across the street at a UPS location JUST PRIOR to going into this business and there was no problem. This business should have claimed my loss on their insurance or whatever and made their 6 year period regular customer happy. He said to me No, it doesnt work that way! They are VERY slow, and their customer service has precipitously disintegrated, as well. NEVER AGAIN...dont let the amount of cars fool you...

These guys cant do anything right. They messed up my car seat the last time I went but I figured hey everyone has bad days Ill give them another shot. So I go back with a different car to get it buffed and detailed. It cost me 230 dollars. Once I got home I find out the didnt clean the trunk and there was wax still sing in parts of the car. I took it back for them to redo it and they did just as bad of a job as the first time. And whats better they tell me they cant fix it that day and to come back for a free car wash later. DONT LET THESE PEOPLE NEAR YOUR VEHICLE.

Why lie? When i asked how long cleaning the upholstery would take i wanted an honest answer. Being told an hour and a half when it took 4 hours was outright dishonesty!

I took my Toyota to Splashes to get it cleaned. Horrible service! From the cashier, to the manager Danny. Also they broke a part on my vehicle and was not willing to fix it. The response I receive... not sure where it came from, maybe it was already like that! They wont see me again!

Only decided to go because it was on the side the street we were on and traffic was really bad. 95$ for a car wash and oil change for a civic. Terrible. The carwash, terrible, look like a baseball team washed my car for a fundraiser. They seem to be more interested in selling air filters than cleaning cars.

They threw away $15 worth of razors and stole my Prada sunglasses. Then the manage red told me it was my fault and that I am remembering wrong. He lied to me and called me a liar. Then hung up on me. Do not go here! They are a bunch of scam artists.

OK, I turned in the wrong driveway to get there. A large man came running out of the building waving his arms in a rage-like manner, running me off! I rolled my window down and told him ok, Ill go somewhere else! Thats when I drove down the street to Texas Splish Splash (on FM 1128, just off 518). Wow! They were very professional and courteous! AVOID SPLASHES! Bunch of rude people! (Second time to be treated rudely there, this time they actually ran me off!)

I paid for a specialty wash because there was a lot of mud on the drivers side floor. They literally left most of the mud there the first wash. I called and brought it back same thing. Windows were dirty and smeared in areas windshield wipers won’t touch. Complete waste of time and money. Manager Jerry literally watched me clean the window and floor myself after the second time they “cleaned” it the second time. Very poor service. Go anywhere but here.

Splish splash i was taking a bath, then they changed my oil. I say ooooooooh splish splash, i tell them ooooooooooooooh. Windshiled man can i please get my keys back so i can take my baby out for a steak dinner. She called and said she was so hungry, her stomach was touching her back. You can keep the coins in the console, just please give me back my keys so I can feed my sweat pea.

They do steal. They stole my brand new pack of cigarette lighters!! And noone bothered to tell me when my vehicle was ready. Waited for half an hour until I realized and that was only after I went to ask about it.
