Do not go here! Potential lawsuit pending and your vehicle may be damaged too!On Saturday April 10, 2021 my fiancée and I visited iShine to get our car washed. During our wash the left dock’s machine malfunctioned and almost crushed us to death. After honking for some time as the brush almost killed us (I would guess about a minute) iShine finally stopped the wash. After we exited the vehicle I was cut up from the broken glass and my fiancé and I were very shaken. What made things worse is iShine continued to run my car through the wash WITH THE WATER ON!!! This caused approximately $10,000 in damages to my vehicle. Then the iShine Manager, Jerry, began accusing us of wrong immediately and had his employees start to cover up the damages. We told him to check the tapes and we had nothing to hide because we did nothing wrong. We asked to view the video with Jerry and he declined (as iShine did again when asked by the news). Jerry later called us and admitted it was their fault after reviewing the video.iShine continued to send cars through the dock with the damaged glass still in the brush. If you frequent this car wash please review your vehicle for damage from this car wash and I would recommend seeking legal representation if you find any.Jerry and iShine tried to simply repair the windshield even though there was severe water damage to the electronics of my vehicle. I asked they not touch my vehicle and allow me to bring it to an independent auto shop to review the vehicle for damages. They went against my wishes and touched my vehicle with out my consent (I have recordings if iShine attempts to refute). They were unable to cover up all the damage and Keating Toyota estimated the total damage at around $10,000.Fox 26 did a story on the malfunction where iShine lied throughout and refused to show the video of the incident. iShine contradicted their prior statements and their insurance company’s admission it was 100% iShine’s fault. Jerry and iShine never cared for my fiancée and I’s wellbeing. I am including images of the accident and a screenshot of Fox’s story. I recommend you do not patron this business as it is owned and operated by nefarious individuals. They do not care about you, your car, or their actions. They just want you to pay $20 for a wash (which they had the audacity to not even refund me for the wash) and will try to cover up any wrong doings they make. If you frequent or support this business I hope what happened to me does not happen to you or your family.

Im new to the state and area, and was referred by a friend to check out iShine for my car cleaning needs. I decided to go ahead and pay a visit and enroll in the Unlimited Wash Club; Id had a similar membership back in the Midwest. I opted for the Express #2 plan, excited and hopeful for a great outcome. Unfortunately, I was left somewhat underwhelmed. The actual car wash machinery was not as thorough or sophisticated as what Ive been accustomed to... my vehicle didnt look well cleaned (there was visible dirt remaining on the left side) and was still considerably wet despite the air blowers near the end of the wash experience. Plan #2 didnt meet the standard of a basic wash back in the Midwest, for less monthly charge. A positive is that theres free vacuuming available! Im not sure if I will continue my plan with iShine for long, the verdict is still out particularly after now seeing a recent review where someone experienced damage to their vehicle.

That was my first time at this car wash I was looking for a car wash in my area so I google it and went over there. The guys that work there was glad to wipe down my car. This car wash is self service. I was very happy

I like this place you get a free vacuum which you have to do on your own but its free after you wash your car The only gripe I have about it is my rims which are 20 in always have a spot where they dont get clean and I know its because the wheel cleaner is in a fixed position so it doesnt catch all the rear but thats the only thing

Paid 120$ to get detailed interior cleaning with carpet shampoo and when I checked, there were many area left dirty and told them to repeat it and the manager was fine with that and repeat it the cleaning, but when went home I found other areas in the car still very dirty and stains in the carpet. Very disappointed and just waste of money.Updated post:Brought it again after 1 week, nicely accepted to repeat the detail cleaning for the 3rd time and this time got it right. It is still inconvenient for me, but appreciate their cooperation and hope they improve their service next time and would recommend a supervisor to double check to make sure things done properly.Good luck

Great experience! My car came back looking amazing and they found my umbrella! Must have been under the seat. Hadnt seen it in months.

I did 2 of the detail packages after explaining to the lady what I wanted/expected. We discussed cleaning inside the center console. I have a bed cover on my truck so I explained I wanted the bed cleaned inside and the bed cover wiped off. She told me to leave the cover open so they would hose it out. They didn’t touch inside my console, bed still dirty, bed cover still folded up and not cleaned. There is still bird poop on it. They couldn’t reach the middle of my windshield so there is overspray not wiped down. Not worth $90 or even $40

The convenience of iShine is awesome. I never have to go to far when I dont feel like washing the car myself. The free vacuum is an added bonus.

I tried the #1 Express drive through wash today. For $14 Im disappointed. The attendant gave the front and bumper a quick scrub with the brush then it was through the wash. I stopped at the vacuums. They are free to use which is nice but not that high powered so mediocre vacuum. Opening the door to vacuum I found soap still all around my doors. The bumper still completely wet. I might return if I bring a towel but probably not.

The vacuuming has great suction and plenty of stations. The car wash is nice and gentle but had a difficult time with the rear window on my SUV due a small lip. This should been picked up by the prewash people. The shame is no folks drying after exiting the wash which would made this a 4 star visit.

I pulled up when the Detail Center was scheduled to be open per the website and was told it was closed. Apparently it’s closed twice a week even though the website doesn’t reflect this.

Its ok!! It never cleans my vehicle the way it should I always have to go over all the dirty spots it leaves when I get home. If you want your vehicle really clean and your not in a hurry get it detailed.

This use to be my place to get a car wash. Not anymore. This is the second time there was a failure of the wash. Equipment stopped working 3/4 the way through the wash. Dead brushes just dragged against the car. I paid 17 for the ultimate wash. I didnt get what I paid for. Did get a ton of soap I needed to wipe off the back instead of wax and tire shine. Do you not do maintenance? I guess not.There are plenty of other places to get a wash. Heck the gas station does a better job for less. Goodbye ishine. You dont shine anymore.

I got a truck wash about 40 minutes ago and when I got home I noticed a lot of my truck was still very diez hard water left on the windows. I canceled my original membership with them a few years back because of the quality and decided to give it another try and same result.

It was my first time trying out this car wash . I took my 17 F350 to try out . I stopped to get a car wash but was very disappointed with the results. The car wash left webscatches all over the paint finish. The employees that scrub and pre treat use the same bucket on all the cars with dirt inside buckets . The water inside buckets were dark and dirty . The employees were not very nice. I will not be coming back . I will have to get my paint professionally detailed to get web scratches out .

Superb customer service! I went through and got full treatment. I was asked several times if I was happy with everything. They really wanted make certain that I was happy with the car.

The basic car washes range from 12-14 bucks which includes you going through a machine to wash the car and then you hand vacuum the inside. There is no time limit that I no of to the vacuum and they usually have plenty of spots. Overall the actual wash is pretty good I have no complaints. For the price and amount of time I spend doing it I think its a fair deal.

I went to this particular one because I was not happy with the one in MO City. I transferred my account here because the MO City one was over charging the customer for a Super Clean which is the interior of your vehicle. MO City wanted you to pay 2 separate fees for your interior:1. Vacuum and blowout the inside and wipe down the vehicle on the outside with tire dressing 2. Wipe the seats although you are not shampooing or conditioning the seats for additional price of $44.99 a piece. That is ridiculous because if you are not having extra service such as shampooing and/or condition for leather seats it should be included in the interior cleaning of the vehicle and not just the dash and door panels.Thank you Pearland I-Shine for agreeing with me and the great customer service given at a much lower price. I will be back.

This place does a great car wash and normally no line. If there is a line it moves rather quickly. Just watch the vacuum availability when going in because high traffic times will not allow you to vacuum your vehicle after the wash.

Do not recommend a new car here. these people told me that my car came with not only the first scratch I noticed after the wash but a second one that appeared again after the Second wash on a brand new Mercedes. They gave me the run around and threaten me at the end. Very unprofessional and did not help to find a resolution. Do not bring your new cars here and always check ur car for scratches before u enter with them because you will find some after the wash.

Good prices and good service. My sedan was in real need of detailing and they had options available to fit my budget. Got the wax the interior cloth and carpet shampoo and still smell great after a few weeks.

I had came here and had to bad experiences and left a bad review. But today I came back to talk to a manager about it like the owner asked to find out the manager was off today. But Bobby was here and explained somethings to me about how they system works and what I should do the next time. He even took the time to dry the car off himself. I guess its better when someone cares about they job and not just brush customers off. Thanks Bobby. I will be back now and will remember the things you told me.

BUYER BEWARE!My husband and I walked in the reception area to reopen our account with them. We were happy with the service before however we did not get pass being lied to .....The sale associate showed us the sign with the Unlimited Wash Club level with prices. Also listed was a Family plan with an additional price for another vehicle. $20 is what is stated on the pamphlet and the sign. We discussed and decided that we would put our two cars under the Ultimate iShine. We also discussed this with the sales associate, pointing and saying $20 for the 2nd car. We were NOT corrected about the price nor were we told of any correction to prices. So, we thought $55.00 and additional $20.00 for the second car was worth it. But when the second car was rung up; the price was $27.00. The sales associate said that it was what the register rung up.(Like it is the register fault - if you really think about it is not just $7.00 but in a years time it will be $84 that they scam out of us.)My husband point out that all the pamphlets and signs on the counter read $20. The sales associate was not going to do anything about. We asked for a refund and pointed out that this was false advertisement and illegal. As we were leaving out the door, the sales associate was laughing with customer.I really do not like giving bad review but when they were laughing... I thought it was not nice and then they still have the wrong price out for new customers to see.Check the other Pearland locations they show correct pricing.Why not this location? Why show your customers the wrong price and then go.... Oh the register rung it up that way

I can to get my car washed on Monday April 5,2021 . I got there right before closing got my car wash when I pulled up to the vacuum got out started vacuuming and the cut off I go to press the button and it didn’t come back on . I go to look for someone to find out the were all gone while people were still there . I paid for a service I didn’t receive !!!

This place is great to keep your vehicle gleaming on those bright summer days. I typically go after work and the line is never too long. The staff uses brushes to clean off the front and back of your vehicle before you drive through, resulting in a good wash. The spot free rinse and subsequent drying are good enough that I never feel the need to pull into a stall to do additional drying. Worth it for the price of the membership.

Usually does a good job of cleaning cars. Have ended up with a few scratches after washing here. I understand that the wash uses the soft touch foam, however, they appear to hold some grit from cars ahead of me. It is not a flawless system. Will continue to wash cars here as theyre still pretty good.

I got the most expensive service to only have dirt and bird do do still on my car.

I like it they just need to show the gentlemans to wipe down the back of trucks and the campers I went through there a couple of weeks ago when I got home the back of my camper look like my 5-yr old grandson had washed it made me so mad because I asked them to please make sure an scrub the camper 😤

On Tuesday 11/12/2019, I visited iShine car wash to use their drive through car wash machine, as I have done many times with my truck since they have opened this location. Before going through the machine, the employee signaled me to see my preference on leaving my mirrors folded in or left out. I signaled back to leave them out, again as I have done many times in the past. The employee then gave me a thumbs up and waived me to proceed. While going through the machine, I then heard a loud crack on the passenger side of my truck. After going through the machine, I pulled my truck in to the self-vacuum area to inspect my truck to see where the crack came from, and it was my passenger mirror that broke when the brushes pushed too hard against my truck. I also noticed that the machine did not do a very good job cleaning my truck either. I immediately asked for a manager, who then came out to inspect my vehicle. He asked me to fill out an incident report to send to corporate, while he also explained to me that it was my fault that it happened since it was my preference to leave my mirrors out. He also said that they have a sign posted that reads fold in mirrors as well, so they would not be at fault. I took a picture of this sign after he told me this because the sign was crooked and leaned over so it was not able to be read from your vehicle. Before I left he said corporate would reach out to me in 3-5 days. Also, after leaving, I noticed that my passenger side windshield wiper was disconnected as well from the brushes pushing too hard on them. At this point it was obvious that there was something wrong with the machine. After waiting 5 days with no communication from the business, I visited the location on the following Monday 11/18/2019 to speak with the manager, who was not present at this time, so I asked the clerk to leave him a message to call me. The next day, I called the location again to ask for the manager and they informed me that he would not be in until Friday 11/22/19. At this point I was already upset because I still had not heard anything from corporate. I then waited three more days and called again on Friday 11/22/19 and finally got to speak to the manager again. I explained to him that I was not happy with the lack of customer service from the business since I had to follow up with them multiple times before getting a response. He then explained to me that corporate declined my request for repair/replacement of my mirror and there wasnt anything that he or I could do about it. He then offered me free services to make it right with me and I declined the services since I do not trust the facility/company any more to care for my vehicle.

Just your average car wash. Been a few time and doesn’t do a great wash. Nice vacuum station though and it’s free. Pricing is high for the quality car wash you receive.

Can’t beat the monthly plan of $20 - unlimited wash. However the brushing at the beginning of the wash made few lines on my car.Other than, it’s a great place!

I have been knowing the NEW MANAGER Mr. Jerry for years and he has always taken care of my and my wife cars, him and his crew has always done a awesome job. And since he moved to I Shine car wash Ive been coming to his store and it is always clean the crew is always polite and courteous and the cashier Ms.Christina is always greeting and smiling and very helpful just like the rest of the cashier s there, Mr.Jerry and his crew just detailed my wife 2008 Acura and it looks like new. I would recommend any and every one to come and see my man Jerry he will take care of you hands down.

I was excited to see when this one popped up on the west side of town. I love the other location. This one has never cleaned my car well and always pops my mirrors on my minivan (even when I put them in). They also always tape the back wiper down.It seems like its too high powered. They should lower the pressure and just have the people manually do a better job in cracks and crevices before you go in.

Life saver!! My car almost flooded in my school parking lot. Water got in the carpet. I called an got a quote over the phone that the manager honored. Being a student Im definitely on a budget. They were able to unclip and pull the carpet up and get out gallons of water and neutralize my carpet. I had no idea what was under the carpet which was a bunch of foam. My carpet wouldnt never dried if the carpet wasnt lifted and wouldve got molded and stunk. Not to mention they did an awesome job cleaning the exterior. Thanks!!

I went there a few times to wash my car and it was fine. The free vacuum is a big plus. I also saw they did deep cleaning and waxing so I considered that also.One day I decided my car was very dirty and I decided to do the deep clean and waxing at this place.I left my car there and got it cleaned and waxed. When I got it, it looked very clean. However, when I drove it home, all of the money in my ashtray was gone. It wasn’t some coins, it was many bills. I checked around my car to see if the worker placed it somewhere else, but the money was nowhere to be found.I could honestly care less about $50 but this experience was absolutely unacceptable and I won’t be coming here again.

My vehicle was damaged & it has taken over a month to get a response wether or not my vehicle is getting fixed. Jerry is completely useless never responds, is never at work and never returns phone calls. My vehicle has not been fixed yet. You better be sure you take pictures of your vehicle before you go to this car wash. It takes an act of Congress to get anything done...In reply to the owner......Your on-site manager Jerry is completely worthless never is at work, never returns phone calls and never has an answer when I actually talk to him!!!!! Your manager reflects your company!!!! Your corporate number is a joke as well. I have left numerous voicemails and I am yet to receive a call back. Your company is the worst. I hope nobody ever gets their vehicles damaged because they will see what I am talking about.

Did an ok job for a drive thru wash. Had pulled mirrors and and first run of the brushes pulled it back out. It didnt damage it but worried me for a future return.

TWO MAJOR CONCERNS:1. Damaging equipment!!! If you have a car with low profile tires, you DO NOT wave to use this place. It will damage your wheels and tires (will be happy to share pictures)2. Oversold on $20/month membership with only 2 lanes of car wash. That means most if the time you will be waiting a while in line to get your car washed. In just six weeks I have driven off 6 times at minimum due to massive lines.Hope this helps.

Recently had my car headlights restored and thought they did an exceptional job. I may have not been the easiest customer to deal with, but the staff was very patient and cooperative with me. Im a regular here since i live near-bye and will continue going here for the friendly staff and quality work. Highly recommend their services if youre in the market to better your vehicle in a welcoming environment.

Terrible detail job I paid for a clay and high speed buff, there was wax on all my plastic trim and vinyl. I have to take my car to a professional detailer to perform a two step paint correction and polish to fix all the scratches and swirl marks ($650 job) the employees of ishine created on my paint.

Absolutely love this place! It’s the best one around and they are honest hardworking employees that never settle for anything other than the best for their customers! When I’m to get one of their specials and man my 2011 truck is looking brand new!

Spent not too much over $100 for a hand wash, interior clean and for the seats to be shampooed.. they did a great job! Excellent customer service! Will return!

Keep on driving by this one....There are many other car washes in Pearland with better customer service.The first and only time I used iShine car wash, the bug deflector on my truck was ripped off half way through the wash cycle. The metal clips on the deflector were broken and in the process damaged the paint on my hood. I have been through many mechanical car washes and this has never happened at any others. The attendants at the entrance to the car wash didnt give any warnings about it prior to going through the wash. After the wash was over I parked my truck and went inside to talk to the manager. Im not not even mad about anything I just described....heres why iShine should be avoided:I completed the damage report with the manager and he said corporate had to review it and would get back to me on whether they would cover the damage or not. Well, two months have gone by and I have received not one phone call from anyone at iShine. In fact, I have called the manager three times and every time he said he would call me back very soon with an answer. Im still waiting...At this point Ive given up and will opt instead for this review and hopefully anyone reading this can avoid a similar situation.

PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR CARPET SHAMPOO AND DETAILING HERE!!!!!My husband took his car for carpet shampoo today. I took several dry towel to try dry it out and believe it or not, all 3 towels were super wet and I could squeeze water out of the towels!! We took it back and this Josie guy who shampooed the car said that that’s how it should be because we wanted the carpet shampooed!! This is not our first time to have our car shampooed and it was never this wet!!! This Josie guy worked on the car again and the carpet came out to be more soaked!!!!!! PLEASE do yourself a favor and don’t take your car for shampoo or detail on this shop!! Waste of $40 bucks!!!

I have went to this location several times with no issue. However, back on June 14, 2021 employees were doing the pre-prep before going thru the wash. A new employee bent my Mercedes symbol all the way to the hood & attempted to tape it down. I rolled my window down & asked did he break it as I never saw it lay flat like that ever. He stated no its magnetic and took it off and handed to me through the window. I wasnt sure if it was magnetic as Ive never removed it. After going thru the wash we (friend also with me) tried putting it on just to find out it was NOT magnetic. I approached that employee & said the symbol is not magnetic you broke it. He said okay let me get you some help. I went into the office and told the receptionist who said the employee was new & she only took my name & number then advised she would tell manager Jerry Delgado. An onsite supervisor came out to help name Gui, who said the employee broke the spring when pulling it down. He asked did I complete an incident report to which I advised the receptionist never mentioned that. I went back to receptionist and completed the incident report & she gave me a copy. I asked her why she didnt mention the incident report process at first and she stated she forgot. The next day I filed a complaint with corporate because I never heard back from manager Jerry still to this day 7/26/21. I called corporate 3 times before calling the Headquarters at the Missouri City location. The manager there reached out to the manager Jerry at the Pearland Town Center location & stated he will call me. NO ONE including corporate has called. I have began looking into the small claims court process in Brazoria county. I even sent corporate and Jerry an email of my incident report & estimate from the Mercedes office. This location is very unprofessional along with the none existent corporate response.UPDATE 8.7.21New manager Jay reached out and finally assisted me with this issue. He immediately sent someone out to pay for my damages while I was at the Mercedes dealership. THEREFORE the issue has now been resolved even though it took a long time. Im grateful someone finally reached out and did the right thing. THANK you so much Jay filling in for manager Jerry.

Took my husbands car yesterday to this location for the first time and was so simple! You stay in your vehicle the whole time its washed which is nice. The vacuum comes free with wash which really helped. Will be coming again to wash my own vehicle!
