The people at Major Family Funeral Home were wonderful in assisting us with the arrangements for my granddaughter’s memorial. I just can’t say enough to express my gratitude. Generous, compassionate, dedicated, trustworthy and professional are just some of the words that come to mind when I think of how helpful they were. At such times of loss, it’s good to know you can entrust the details of the memorial service into capable hands. It was such a blessing the way Joy and Todd brought it all together. The staff of Major Family Funeral Home were the most compassionate, and extremely helpful in dealing with the loss of my Dad. His passing was unexpected, so I was far from being prepared for this. My family & I could not be more thankful for Todd & his staff. Through what is obviously a difficult time, Major Family Funeral home was with us every step of the way & helped take care of everything for us. They made 2 trips to Portland for us, 1 for the service & 1 for the burial at Willamette National Cemetary (which they set up for us). I couldn’t recommend anyone higher then these guys.

Our family is so grateful for the support and quality of service that we received from Major Family Funeral Home during a very difficult time. We had to do much of our planning long distance and they offered excellent advice and support via email and phone, as well as in person. On the day of the memorial, they worked very hard to make sure that everything worked properly and they were responsive to requests coming from multiple directions. The facility is very nice, and the details--sound, food, flowers--turned out perfectly. I just cant say enough how much we appreciate the work they did for us and I would highly recommend their services if you find yourself unfortunately in need of them.
