I will never, ever give this place my business ever again! I paid this establishment $200 for a full detail and wax. I dropped my car off on Thursday at 9AM. 5:45 PM I haven’t heard from anyone about my car, so I went up there expecting to see a clean, shiny car….NOPE. Was told to bring the car back the next day because he was short staffed. I couldn’t go on Friday, but he told me to come back on Saturday at 9AM and he would personally detail and wax my car to make sure that it’s done correctly. I told him before I left that I had to be somewhere at 2 and he assured me that my car would be ready. Well, I showed up at 2:30, just to give him extra time. Guess what…my car still wasn’t ready. I had to stand around for another 20 minutes for them to give me my car. I was so disappointed. He asked me if I was happy with the service, I told him yes so he would get out of my face. If you are short staffed, you shouldn’t be trying to wash everyone’s vehicles and half do your job. If he would’ve told me that upfront, I would’ve been more than happy to schedule for another day. But I guess he was trying to be Superman. I wasted 2 days and $200. Now I have to find someone that can give me the service that I ask and pay for, and make sure that it’s done correctly.

The owner was nice and very talkative staff was nice but just no clue on how to detail a truck 90 bucks spent 2 1/2 hours later trucks didn’t look much better. Owner did offer to redo the truck if I brought it back at a later date and time but I just cut my losses

Even at the base price, the word “cleaning” doesn’t do justice in describing the extensive, multi-part process that takes place. My car looks even better than I knew it could look thanks to Racer’s Edge. Thanks again to this remarkable crew for going far beyond my expectations; worth every dime.

I appreciate the attention to detail and the owners kind attitude. They were flexible with me and worked quickly since Id mentioned I didnt have too much time to spare. I was also allowed to check their work before I paid which demonstrated a dedication to customer satisfaction. I requested a wash and seat shampooing and the quality of those services was very good.

It took 4.5 hours. Dedicate the time out of your day though, because its worth every minute. Insanely good work.

The asphalt on my road was being replaced, and I drove across wet oil/tar. My entire silver car was suddenly black. I then drove through a gas station carwash which did absolutely nothing. I went over to Racers Edge and asked if they thought they could do it. I was fully prepared for them to say no. It took them a few days, but when they were finished I couldnt believe it. To say they exceeded my expectations is an understatement. They did an absolutely AMAZING job!!! And they were super nice and easy to work with. I cant say enough good things about the Racers Edge team!

The staff is very friendly. Ive been going here for years. But a few of my last visits under the new management has been disappointing. When I first started going I drove a 2 door Jeep Wrangler, now I drive a 4 door Jeep Wrangler JLU. I really want to give them business...but Im not willing to continue to pay for a smile and not properly cleaned Jeep. This last visit was very upsetting. I didnt notice the half done job until I got in the light (it was dark once they finished washing it), and it was too late to take it back and have them complete the job. It looked good in the dim light.I guess if I want a clean Jeep I have to come in the mornings. Im not sure I want to give them a fourth try....Granted the first disappointment was when the new management took over and he had limited workers and it took for ever to get my Jeep washed. I usually wash my own Jeep, but when shes really dirty after several rains and the inside is a mess I like to take her for a good cleaning...

All of the above!!. I dont normally leave a review but I know that you customers the ones that love your vehicle need to know this!!!.So We partnered up with Racers Edge 2 months ago. When they had 1 employee doing the week days. We came in to Help teach the other guys how to to properly detail each vehicle in and out because we had been pretty much begged by the owner, so we did... Now we knew it was going to be a task and some challenges to be honest the only challenge was and is the management. Checks started not to be able to cashed and the carelessness of the maintenance on the place. The space for the employees had was wore down and molded up. The space to detail was caked up with oil spills and cigarette butts, and no enforcement proper training .

My experience at Racer’s Edge Carwash was phenomenal today. They took good care of my truck, they’re accommodating, personable, and will have your car looking like new. I can tell by my truck’s results that they’re pretty detail-oriented when it comes to cleaning your car. Avoid the automatic car wash and the damage that it can do to your vehicle and give Racer’s Edge a try.

Absolutely love this place not only are the price is reasonable the customer service is out of this world. I went to two other places after getting paint splattered on my car that told me they could not remove it completely Racers Edge got the paint out for a fraction of what the other places was trying to charge.

I left my car at 8am and I did not get back until 8pm. I had to wait there for them to finish it under flood light. They made you pay a week earlier to make an appointment and then when the time comes to provide the service, they push you to the last and work on other walkins. Never again.

Edited: Don’t try to just show up and get a car wash, even if you have their membership. Because the washes take so long you MUST make an appt. Dropping a star because of this and because I’ve never had them finish in the time promised.Great experience today getting a full detail on my car. Made an early appt so I could leave it all day and picked up around 3pm. Outside and inside looked spectacular. We scheduled an appt on the spot for our other vehicle to get done next weekend.

Racers Edge did an AWESOME job on detailing my car. I did the leather conditioning along with a deluxe car wash. It made a huge difference. I had an ink stain on my back seat. It was there for months. I mentioned it to Jeremy, the owner, and he personally conditioned the leather seats until the stain came out. My leather seats looked brand new like when I first bought my car!! Talk about SUPERB customer service!! Try them out.

I have a 2018 GLC300 brilliant blue. And my truck hasn’t looked this brand new since I bought back in 2017. They shampoo my carpet, wax it and I always say a hand wash is always the best. Which they make sure it’s like you pulled off the showroom floor..

I’ve finally took my truck to get it cleaned . Man when I said it was clean it was clean!!! Then two days later it rained but the awesome part about it was that the rain came straight off didn’t leave any spots behind . It still looked clean. I would definitely come back!

We’ve been going to Racer’s Edge for about 10 years! This is the only detail service we use now...we’ve tried other places and they do not actually clean my car. Last time we tried another place they wouldn’t even pick up my back seat without charging me an extra $50 even though I unhooked it for them and left it up asking them specifically to vacuum it because there was food crumbles from the kids! Well Racer’s Edge takes care of all of that for me without even giving an extra headache about it! I love them! They’re super nice and the car detail is super clean!

Before purchasing the Groupon I called to get more details on the Deluxe wash. I was told to make a reservation and that it wouldn’t take any longer than 45 minutes to an hour. I arrived at my reservation time, knowing I only had an hour at max due to a tight schedule. 45 minutes past and they had barely started on my car. They told me it would take another hour b/c of other reservations. Don’t go here! Find a more professional establishment.

Supposed to be a carpet shampoo. Came with a wash, which was done, but carpets are dry. I’ve never had a shampoo where the carpets came out dry. Only took 4 hours to not get what I paid for. Very disappointed.

I will never go to this place ever again. I had an appointment for 1:00 didnt get from there till after 3. The owner went to get 🍕 pizza for the workers, which allowed my car to set there till they finish eating pizza.

Racers Edge is great! It deals like you are family when you go to get your hand car wash. It does take about an hour but the results are fantastic. They take attention to detail like no other car wash can. I got there deluxe wash, with the exterior dressing, and my carpet shampooed. This place is amazing, my car almost looked like new.

Waited 3.5 hours for deluxe detail because they had an issue locating keys for a vehicle in the bay. Was promised many things like my next wash would be free and a free hand wax because of the wait. Manager said I would recieve a text so I had proof of the free services I was promised, unfortunately I never recieved that text. Only half of my dash was wiped down that half looked great other half not so much. They did a great job on exterior.

I almost didnt go here based on the negative reviews, but since it was close to home I decided to give it a try. The day before my boys had taken my SUV on a fishing trip. Needless to say I had sand, fish smell, and random dirt/crumbs all over the place. I got the deluxe package, which for an SUV was $32 I believe (its even cheaper for cars). I was VERY impressed with the job they did! They got all the sand, dirt, crumbs, AND fish smell out! They also shined and polished most of the car, including my wheels and rims. The inside wasnt 100% completely polished, and there was still some stubborn dirt left in some of my car mats (which I expected, I couldnt get it out either) but all in all for the price an EXCELLENT job! The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because they told me a half hour wait; 2 hours later I called them and they said it was ready. The lady had written down my phone number wrong, so had I not called Im not sure how they would have found me! Bottom line, if you expect absolute perfection, pay the extra money for a complete detail. If you need something quick and cost effective, definitely give here a try!

I got the full detailing package for interior and exterior and they made my 2007 Toyota Solara look as if I just purchased it from the dealership! Definitely considering their monthly package once I have a chance to put another bill in my budget
