I take my truck here for an interior detail every few months and they do an awesome job each time. Been going for 3-4 years now and am always happy.

Paid $80 plus tip for two detail services and they completely ruined my steering wheel emblem. No apology. Offered to replace it I’ll give them that but at this point I’m not working with a business that specializes in cars yet can manage to do this. No paint chips before this. Unfortunate because I liked their services but now I am forced to think which part of my car will they damage the next time. They also failed to bring it to my attention.

My windows look dirtier than when I started, the little scrub they do before entering the car wash was with a filthy brush. Pointless and a waste of $20+ & for nothing but a basic drive through wash and vacuum I have to do myself. I could have got better service at the H‑E‑B car wash and saved $10.

I love washing my car here. They have vacuums and a detail area, and the wash itself is thorough. Before you go in they brush your car with wet brushes, which I think helps get the parts that the machines cant get. Everyone is always very nice and professional there. I do the unlimited wash sub and its well worth every penny.

This place is great! I have been coming here for years. Todays experience was a whole new level of wonderful. You never know when someone needs some kindness and what they are going through and its that extra level of care and consideration that goes a long way! They did not have to help in thr way they did and it was so so greatly appreciated. Thank you to the wondeful staff here!!!!

Nice place. They scrub the front and back of your car before entering the wash. For $20 a month you can get the basic car wash and use the vacuum. Use both all you want. Have other packages also.

First and last time customer. $14 for what, a shoddy attempt at a truck wash with more streaks and dirt spots than I have seen from any other car wash. I saw tons of soapy water coming out of the automation cycle but it has to be the dirtiest reused water in the process to leave the kind of film I have. Im going to have to go home and rinse down the truck again. SAD

What’s the number one job of a car wash? Yep...you guessed it...to clean the car. Or in my case the truck. I’ve brought my truck here twice. The first time was awful but I thought I’d give them a second chance. It went from bad to worse. Literally nothing on the truck is clean, and this is with their “Ultimate Wash”. The entire back half looks untouched. The hood is half clean. The bed is full of soapy water. I swear the wheels are actually dirtier than when I brought the truck in. Literally, my dog could piss on the wheels and they would be cleaner. I rubbed my finger on one so you could see how bad it is in the photos. And yes, these photos were taken AFTER the wash. $17 for this. Wow. Avoid this place unless you just want to throw your money away.

I was visiting my mom in Houston my car was really dirty and I needed it to be clean. We were shopping in Pearland and I noticed iShine was nearby. So I stopped. I was very impressed with the results. My car on the outside was cleaned so well and the shine just gleaned in the sun light. Thank you iShine!

The front part of my car still had bug remains on it.. the seats didn’t seem to be vacuumed at all... the stereo was on a station I don’t listen to & rather loud.. which wasn’t professional... I don’t have to time otherwise I would’ve run inside & asked them to redo it... the exterior mirrors still looked bad... so idk I was debating a 1 Star but they’ve been decent in the past

As far as drive-thru car washes go, this place is definitely one of the best Ive been to. My car always looks good after a quick run through, and I REALLY like the free towel service for VIP members.

Great place for a quick wash. The crew does a great job. My only concern is that they need to have both stalls open during the rush hours. Ive seen the car lines out the property and cars drive off which is business lost.

Been there two times. Ive only gotten the $14 wash. Sometimes theres people at the booth, other times you will have to pay yourself, I have no problem with that. Both times I went, they had two employees giving a little scrub to the front and back of the vehicles, not to the whole car, before going into the wash. They have FREE to use vacuums so that is always nice.As for the quality of the wash, it wasnt bad. Obviously, its not a hand wash place, so there will always going to be spots left where the bristles cant get into, which is expected in these kind of car wash.They offer extra services which you pay extra for. I havent tried them so I cant say how good they are.

My normal place was down for maintenance so I decided to try iShine. I wont make this mistake again. I went through the wash, went to vacume and the vacuums had no suction. I tried 3 vacuums before settling on the 4th that still didnt work very well. While I hit the bottom to turn it back on 7-8 times just to vacume my crew can truck, I noticed that the outside of my truck was still covered in dirt and road dust. I called, went back through again, and STILL I have dirt all over my truck. Ill be waiting for my normal place to finish maintenance next time. This was a total waste of money.

Theyre alright for quick drive through wash. The free vacuums are what keep me coming back. They have definitely gone downhill since opening in my personal opinion.

This is a great place to go to get part of your car washed and some shiny tire shine for $150.My wife came in today and spent $150 on a detail. She had to take it back because they barely cleaned the interior, lucky for them she didnt notice the bottom of her car was not washed, because they obviously didnt notice it either.When I got home I noticed the car looked like the top 3/4 had been washed and the bottom 1/4 maybe squirted with some water. Now I get that for a $10 wash but not for a detail.Would never recommend to anyone

Machines are hit-or-miss on if theyre all running correctly. Sometimes the right side of my car doesnt get as clean as the left. Sometimes the wheel shine sprayers dont spray. Its alright for an emergency wash, but dont expect consistency or quality.

If I could give this car wash zero stars I would. My first time going to this car wash and was excited because it would be the first time getting my Audi A7 washed since purchasing it from the dealer, so my dealer tags are still on the car. I was going to purchase the unlimited membership. The guy says if I purchase the monthly unlimited membership theyd cover todays wash. So Im like sure lets do it. After it was washed I got out of my car to use their vacuum to vacuum out my car and to my surprise my new Audi A7 with dealer tags still on the car was scratched up on the hood were the big brush goes over the hood and down the back of the trunk. I was livid. So I go inside and I explain to the I guess the manager I dont want the unlimited membership Ill just pay for this and Im never coming back. So he asks why and I tell him that I your brushes are too rough because they scratched up my car. He explains to me well we get all kinds of cars that come through here. I felt that was very distasteful to say when my car paint is damaged. Not to mention again it is an Audi A7 with dealer tags still on it and a paint job wont be cheap. He didnt even apologize or anything. This is unacceptable and this place needs to be held accountable. I did the moral thing and paid even though I should not have but the least he could have done was offered to try and get it buffed. I guess that wouldve been too much like right. If you have a high end car or any car with expensive paint, dont go here. The brushes will screw your paint up.

Im a member here since their first week in the business. Ive met the family that owns and operates this place. Theyre awesome and theyre here every day it isnt raining. Most of my cars have always been black which is really stupid in this part of SE Texas because it rains so much. (But black cars look soooo good when theyre clean...) Anyway, they probably lose money on me because I come in here like every day but everyone still waves at me so I guess they dont mind!

Been coming here since they opened, have a membership that covers all 3 cars in the household. Best value for the money, cars always look great and now they even give you a rag to detail the inside as part of your membership that you can swap for a clean one each time you go. Completely Satisfied would highly recommend!! 😀😁

Seems as though every time i come my car is less clean when I’m finished than previous washes. I have no excessive dirt or mud, just pollen and normal dirtiness from driving. My front windshield still has bugs and other spots that didn’t come off. If you don’t use a towel to dry the exterior when you come out of the wash it will leave water spots. The guys with the brushes seem kind of pointless since the areas they attempt to clean are also still dirty. Glad the vacuums are free but for bigger vehicles you have to stop to turn them on again about 10 times. Think this was my last visit.

Last time I washed my vehicle for the $17 wash, I came home to wash it again. The mirrors, the front, side and back of my car were filthy. Basicslly the doors and roof rack are clean. I went back today and explained to the attendant at the credit card machine how bad it was the 1st time. He told me that unless I paid for a membership I wasnt guaranteed that it would be clean. Im rewashing my car again today. Its not worth $17. In my opinion, its not worth $5.

Went to check this place out to see how much would it be to wash and clay bar and wax my truck so I ended up getting a good deal. And since my truck has never been clay bared, so the paint was old dull look, til about a 1 and a half later clean, smooth, clean shine. This people know what they doing. Will be going visiting this place again.

Seems to have gone downhill. The people that wash the front and back of your car, their brushes are dirty, wore out and lack of soap. This causes scratches on your car. The car wash itself, the brushes appear to need maintenance and sometimes there is a lack of soap. Had to go through three vacuums before I could find a good one. There was absolutely no suction on the other three. Trash cans overflowing and this is all earlier in the day. Asked to see the manager and they said he was on the phone. They didnt seem to care what my concerns were. Nice place thats falling apart. Pearland Texas location.

Good clean fast wash! Great little location vacuum cleaner pods on site. I drive a black car, it was a good wash paid foe the basic, they also offer a unlimited monthly plan I saw at vacuum, good for the price, gets packed so have patience, we all ryden dirty!

Complete waste of money. My truck NEVER gets clean and I agree with another reviewer that they have reduced the soap or something. When I first started going here my car would be about 85% cleaner than it was before, but now only about 50% cleaner. They rest on the fact that they are one of the few drive thru carwashes on this side of Pearland so they feel like they dont have to do more. But theyll eventually hurt in the end....

Many times the automatic wash cycle doesnt wash your vehicle, then you have to go back through again. Not my best experience.

Ive been knowing the NEW MANAGER for years his name is Mr.Jerry and he and his crew has been taking care of all mine and my wife vehicles, when he told me were he was going I followed and I have to say this place nice and clean and convenient and the staff is friendly . I dont know what it was like before my man got there but trust and believe he will take care of your vehicles and you, the cashier Ms. Christina is great. They do a heck of of a job and I will recommend any and every one I know to go see Mr. Jerry at I Shine car wash in Pearland.

I go here often and never had a bad experience. I took my car today and bought the $14 car wash. When I got through the wash there were still dirt on my car, almost like I hadnt just gone through the car wash. I talked with an employee and he sent me back through, free of charge. He, along with another employee scrubbed my car prior to going through and met me at the end to check on my car. Great customer service and nice employees. I will continue getting my car washed here!

The worst car wash ever! I didn’t like my initial visit here because my car wasn’t clean afterwards. So I decided to give it a second try. Same care wash (basic) and same results. There are other car washes that provide a better clean for the same price. I expected a basic car was but not a half washed car. With as much work that I had to put into my car after going through it, I could’ve just washed my car at home.

Car was accidentally rolled through the machine wash without washing. They got me back thru quick. Wash and wax was good for 17 bucks. Place at beamer and the beltway is always out of service so I came here

For the price, this place isnt worth it. I had to go through twice and my car still wasnt as clean as Id like.. one run through Texas pride down the street comes out better.. and then they wipe it down for you and vacuum for you.. for the 20 dollar package at texas pride youll get a better bang for your buck

When it comes down to getting a car detailed here Id spend your money elsewhere. I came here because it was the closest to my house and for 20$ more could have went to a better place. Had a appointment at 9 and didnt get someone to take my keys till 920. When I went to pick it up they lost my keys. I know my truck had some sand in it, which is the hardest to get out. I understand that but when I spending 160$ I expect a decent job. They charged me for a large truck for a Toyota Tacoma. Go somewhere else.

The hours on Google and on their own front door are a lie. Google said 6 and their door says 7. I show up at 5:25 And get turned away from getting my interior detailed. The so called employee working the front desk was rude and told me they closed at 5. Im never coming back here again. Youre better off going elsewhere.

At first, I thought this place was great or a 4 with $6.00 wash and use of vacuum cleaners, prep service was hit and miss but ok. Then they went up to $7.00 and last time I was vacuuming near or at closing they appear to have shut the power off and the vacuums stopped midway, the prep services is still hit and miss.

Great price and service. Staff is always friendly and have never had an issue here. I have recommended to friends and family and theyve been just as satisfied as me.

Nice modern car wash does the job decently (at least the $6 wash). I like that you can vacuum your car at your leisure. If you like/need washing your car lots, the I suggest the monthly wash plan.

Ive had a membership here for a year. They have always done a great job. They hit your tires and rims before the drive through. The vacuums are free and work well. They repaired my windshield chips ans even found one I didnt see and fixed it for me without charging me extra. One time I left my floor mat and they still had it when I realized it and came back for it. They just really seem to care.

Ive been using them since they first opened up and they offer great services and their employees are very polite and always have a smile on their face when I pull up.Love that they are opened 7 days and have convenient hours. 9-28 took my SUV in. They had me run threw the carwash a few times to just come out looking the same. I got the Ultimate IShine Pl.

Cant beat their unlimited monthly prices. I have a ram 2500 4x4 that I run through there at least 3 times a week. No issues. Friendly staff. My man Robert is great!

I took my 2015 new Lexus to be cleaned and detailed. When I got it back, there was a puncture on my glove compartment door. I took a picture as soon as I saw the new puncture. I was at work, so my daughter took the car back as requested the next day. Jorge Acosta said he looked at the video and said there was no way his men could have done it. No video would have shown how they punctured the soft compartment door. It just needed a sharp edge pushed into it too hard. I bought this car new off the lot and it had no internal damage to the glove compartment. Needless to say, they refused to accept any responsibility for the damage! Horrible customer service!

Ok job, but pricey for what you get. You have to vacuum your own car.

Good deal for $20/month unlimited basic washes. Free vacuums is a nice convenience as well. If you are concerned about swirl marks or fine scratches on you car be sure and tell them NOT to pre-scrub. Those brushes are nasty and rough.

Just went by there for the third time in the last week and there is multiple cars waiting in one line. Today on Saturday at 4:30 in the afternoon they only have one of the two lines open. 12 cars waiting to go through the pay booth not even into the car wash area yet. Very poorly managed and operated. I will be stopping by this week and canceling my membership.

I like the fact that you dont have to stay in line forever. If you go to another car wash I can take you 45 minutes. I recommend getting the unlimited washes its worth it.

Been going here for almost a year now. Staff is friendly and my car always looks nice by the time I leave. The vending machine is out of commission but all that was in it, is inside to buy ;)

How convenient! I love the ability to custom choose what fits in my busy schedule. Sometimes I stop vacuum and, wash and, sometimes I just wash. The vacuums are free to use with the wash and, THEY ALWAYS WORK. I have been so frustrated with many other places that seem to never have a proper working vacuum. The employees are very friendly and, helpful when pulling up to the wash station. The wash takes minutes and, I have never had any issue with any damages to my SUV. I ended up purchasing the unlimited wash program which I strongly advise. Heck this is Texas rain one day sun the next. No worries, I just pull through and get her all washed again. I have also been to several other pull in washes in the area and, not a single one of them work as well as IShine. Also, we have the issue again of others that do not work 50% of the time. This place is an awesome addition to Pearland.

I love this place its brand-new the service is great its easy to do yourself, you can zip in get your car wash real quick and take off, or you can pull on into the slot and do a self vacuum I have not done the full service yet

Came to the car wash on Sunday at 5:56 pm and purchased the $17 car wash which included tire cleaner and wax. By the time I drove out of the car wash, they had already turned off the vacuums. When I got back home, I noticed my tires were filthy dirty and there was still dirt around the hatch. I called and spoke to a manager and he refused to give me another re-wash because it was a day later. I will never patronize this place again.

I have only gone through the automatic car wash which does a good job getting most of the dirt off your car. The add on services are kind of pricey. Free vacuums as well.

Busy but its to be expected when you have good service.

I frequently use the car wash there and its fine, I just stay with the $6 wash because the more expensive $15 (I think thats the cost) does not seem to get it cleaner than the cheapest. However I have taken in twice for detail. The first time they did great with the exception of putting Armour All EVERYWHERE. It was like sitting in cooking oil. They even put it on the gas and break pedals and my foot would slip due to the slickness. I had to go through and clean all of it out. I took the car back in for a detail last week and I expressed at least 5 times to 2 different people to only put the armour all on the dash board. The people I talked with spoke and understood full english perfectly but they still did not get the concept to only putting it on the dash board. So I finally said none at all, dont use it.When I went to pick it up it was dark and they were about to close and I was in a hurry but the guy drying off the outside of the car got sidetracked with a women in the parking lot while I was waiting he came over and gave me my key and didnt come back to finish drying the car so half of the car had water spots. When I get in the car there is Armour All everywhere again and over spray of it all over the windows, the plastic over the speedometer, the LCD screen, the climate control gages, door handles and everything else. I did not have time to go back in and complain or have them fix it. They shouldnt of applied it in the first place. I paid for the interior deep clean and the leather seat clean and they missed cleaning around the gear shift and cup holders. So I ended up cleaning it out again myself the next day. I paid $80.00 and could of gone to Texas pride and paid $30 and got the exact same type of clean without the armor all from hell experience.

Pissed off. So close to house but I will not bring any of my 3 cars here anymore. Blue Ocean in League City does a much better job
