4/3/2021 Im terrible at names, but Im pretty sure the technicians name is Luis. He did an excellent job replacing my pipes underneath the sink, and also fixing the drain line to my dishwasher. He answered all the questions I had for him. He went above and beyond making sure my pipes were clear and my sink was draining properly before he left. Joshua came out to check our old water heater and, as expected, the old water heater was irreparable. Joshua gave us all of the options and was very knowledgeable on all of his facts and information. Since we had Airbnb guests staying at our house this weekend, they “jumped through hoops“ to make sure the new tankless, exterior water heater could be delivered, installed, and up and running by the next day in time for our guests. Chad installed the unit and stayed late that evening AND also returned later that evening to answer a few questions and make some last minute checks. They had the electricians come out to make their final adjustments and were finished all in time and prior to our guests showing up.I highly recommend them and will use them again for our future Plumbing needs.

Jeff was nice and helpful. Besides replacing the water heater he also replace the plastic valves the builder put in. He also reinforced my attic stairs with a metal ladder. My only complaint was they were more expensive than than some of my quotes but I felt I could trust Jeff to install it right and not add things to my cost.

Install freestanding whirlpool air & water jetted bathtub & a floor mounted faucet. I purchased the tub and faucet myself and had them do the rough-in & installation.Mason came and gave me an estimate including different options on how they could go about it. I have a concrete foundation which is not ideal for the tub and faucet I wanted. I had five estimates in all. Mason’s was the most reasonable and informative on what all to expect.Once I was ready I called to book the rough-in portion of the installation. I was shocked they booked it for Mason the next morning. He brought Josh with him. They were very professional and even made friends with all four of my dogs.I week later I was done with all my tile work and called to schedule the final installation. Again they booked Mason and Josh for the next morning.Everything is in and working great now. They really did an exceptional job. And the estimate was accurate. No BS extra charges for anything. From now on if I need a plumber for anything I will be calling them again.

The kitchen sink, both sides, was hopelessly clogged and would not drain. In an actual matter of minutes the representative had the water drained, and then went even further and completely cleaned the whole pipe system. Boy was I wrong in choosing this place based off the reviews.... I was charged over $300 to install and setup a dishwasher in my newly renovated kitchen.The installers main conversation was a repeat record of the fact that my home was his last stop for the day, then hes done. Well Im assuming he rushed because the hose installed underneath the kitchen sink leaked slowly for awhile without our knowledge. By the time we realized the problem, it was too late 😢😭😢

We had gotten a ridiculous quote by another company just to unclog two drains. So I decided to call 1-800-Plumber. They came out the same day, we’re super knowledgeable and friendly and cost us 1/4 of the price the first company quoted us!
