Just met with Jake he was super knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable in leaving My belongings there. He showed me multiple units to make sure I had the best one available. Will highly recommend.

Inconsistent service/employees and they had the nerve to put a lock on my storage unit because It was due the next day. If it comes our automatically every month why you doing wierd things like that.

After storing items at this facility and being there for almost 4 years paying the fees way in advance i did not receive any type of why are u leaving us, lets see what we could do to keep you here with you change your mind to stay with us, nothing just let us know when your unit is clear so we can take your the list and put your unit back on avail. list. I am glad I left there I never knew this is what they felt about customers that they didnt have to chase down for payment. Peace out Cube smart, maybe you can fix your elevators doors with the increase of locker and garage sized units as mine to have them close and not get stuck half way up or down.

I inquired about a storage unit today and let me start by saying how helpful jake in the front office is. He showed me multiple units, broke down the lease and payment options as well as the protection plan. I will be back to rent and will recommend to everyone I know. What I really liked about cube smart is that its very clean, and the unit was well lid. The unit I had was the perfect size. Also its was in A convenient area, close to my home.

The manager Danny was such a nice man. He helped me a lot and had a very pleasant disposition.

Bought moving and packing and supplies for my move coming up soon. Glen assisted me with my purchase and helped me bring everything to my car. This facility has pretty much everything a person can need for moving.

I was at the facility a little less than a week ago to lease a 5x5 room based on furniture measurements I was given. When the furniture was being delivered to Cubesmart location, we quickly discovered that the furniture was larger than the measurements given...by a few inches. But those few inches meant we couldnt shut the door to the room. Dan helped me book the next size up while Glen lead the movers to the larger room. Team work makes the dream work folks! Dan and Glen were great. Dan was super patient with me because initially I was unsure which room to book, then I booked and it had to be changed anyway. The customer service at this location is outstanding. Im a happy customer.

I was very pleased with Cube Smart Storage. The units (on the first floor, didnt go upstairs) were pretty cool even on the 80+ weather days. I think they said they had dehumidifiers and all of the entrances have seals to keep the heat out. Prices were similar to other places, but were cheaper than those that said they were on air conditioning. Service was excellent, the two women who were there were very nice and informative, and provided bottled water both on the booking day and the move in day. Would recommend it and use it again.

Rented a unit earlier today, Glen was very helpful told me everything I needed to know. No BS like public storage on sunrise service road. Place is very clean and will be staying with them for a while.

I couldnt have been happier. First went to cubesmart on River Ave.in Patchogue. They recommended the one on Waverly and I saved upwards of $70/mo. Glen and Mark were extremely helpful. Very easily accessible with elevator and plenty of moving carts and the place was spotless. Veteran friendly also.

Sounds strange to say that about storage unit business...but its totally true...husband passed suddenly in the middle of our move to the area...they were there to help with a place to put my stuff until I was emotionally ready to deal with it. They worked their magic to get me the lowest rate for the largest unit they had available.They are the best in the area.

He explained everything about what was available and the details of the lease were allall explai to me.We were taken to our space and he explained which doors would be best for me to use and he also gave me and my dad a bottle of water because it was so hot outside.I strongly recommend this location.

What a great experience in dealing with both Glenn & Dan! Reserved my unit online and the following morning got a call from the location. My family went down and Dan was glad to show us the unit and went over the details of the facility, security, etc. As he was walking us through he was picking up dust in the facility (who does that….they do!). When we got back to the office Glenn assisted in going over all the details of the rental (locks, insurance, monthly fee) and there was no sense of surprise….you paid exactly what was discussed. Glenn was even kind enough to help entertain my 3yo and engage in a game of peek-a-boo and gave her a coloring book (she was over the moon)! Another side note….the bathroom is CLEAN! I cringed a little when my 3yo announced she had to use the bathroom while we were unloading items into our unit so I took her down to assess if this was possible. I was amazed at how clean the bathroom was! A storage place that always has carts, picks up dust, cleans bathrooms....not much more I could ask for.
