On 4/22 I visited this property and as soon as I walked in I knew it was a great pick. A gentleman named Steffan was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. I was able to walk through the property to see if it was a fit. Steffan was was patient and throughly explained details about the storage units. After 11yrs at this facility, though the logic of raise prices for reliable customers is a terrible moral booster, the staff is friendly and accommodating!Wish there was 24x7 access and climate controlled like competitors.

I was a customer here for many years until recently. I still have a unit in Florida. I could pay for that unit online but I dont. Each month I continue to go to the Patchogue location to pay my bill. I do this because of Angela. All my years that I had a unit at Patchogue, Angela made me feel cared about and important. She always made sure all my needs were met and all my concerns were addressed. I always knew he I had any problem, I could go to her and she would take care of it. She really cares about her clients. She is one of the nicest, most caring and helpful people Ive ever met. She even knows my car and is ready for me when I pull in! All people who work with the public should be like her and could take lessons from her! You are lucky to have such a wonderful employee!

This is my first time using Public Storage. Angela was such a help, showing Me the Unit I wanted. Being a Senior Citizen having an elevator was an added plus. Everything is well lighted and the office staff is extremely helpful. High recommendations for this Patchogue location.

I had a good experience signing up at this location. Angela was on the day I opened up my unit & she was very helpful with the process and as sweet as sugar. The only issue I had is we found it very difficult to find the moving carts. They should put cameras everywhere so they could find them, or buy more so there isnt a shortage.

Angela was very helpful. She explained everything and showed us how to open and close the unit. Paperwork was seamless. I like the autopay feature, too.

I have been a customer of this location for many years and find Angela and Chris to be outstanding in customer service and knowledge. They are both always happy and eager to help and its a pleasure to see them. The location is well-situated from major highways and is well-maintained since Angela took over the Property Manager role. Both she and Chris are very responsive to their customers requests and do it with a smile. I could easily move to a location closer to my home but it is because of Angela that I remain a loyal customer of this facility. I can only hope that the executive team of Public Storage finally recognizes what great employees they have in Angela and Chris.

Angela is just amazing, she is very organized and professional and super helpful as well.Her support encouraged me to rent another space in the same location.The location is nice and clean but it does not have climate control, in case your stuff need to be kept in a climate controlled location.

To whom this may help have the most wonderful experience finding a storage unit. I went in to this location because it has easy access off the main highway. I was going in to inquire information on units because I need to pack stuff away before moving of course and I was met by Angela who was very polite and very upbeat. We talked for a few minutes about what size unit I would need and then she took me to look at a few different sizes. Angela was so kind to me and she has very excellent costumer service skills. I would highly recommend to family and friends to go see her if and when they needed a unit. She was truly great, you could just tell that she loved her job and took great pride with what she does. She answered all my questions and I left with a positive experience at public storage for my very first time. Im pleased to say shes one of a kind and the company shod be proud to have her on board because I know I would be.Thank you Angela for all your help.

Public Storage needs to Commend-Angela..She is bright, knowledgeable, knows her Companies offerings..above all a great Employee.The upstairs units are COLD..not heated..Some water on floor from roof leaking..Need more hand trucks/carts for customer usage.Could use some better lighting.These are simple things to address..Im sure PS will.Satisfied..would use again..but bigger unit..Thanks, Angela.Youre the best..!!
