This is my gym! It’s a great, full-body, streamlined circuit workout with resistance and cardio options. You can follow the circuit through 2-3 times for a nice 30-45 min workout covering all the major muscle groups several times each. The machines are hydronic resistance she the harder you work the more resistance you get. Gina has additional equipment for extra challenges including kettle bells, TRX straps and a vibration plate machine!
