The best place you can buy a Rolex watch. I was looking to buy a Rolex Submariner for two years and could not get it anywhere. I started working with Leslie Lopez at this location and she was able to get me on a wait list and secure an allocation for me sooner than expected! I will absolutely work with her again to purchase another watch and would highly recommend anyone to go and ask for Leslie at this location.

My journey with this Tourneau(now Bucherer 3 Bryant Park) location started in 2018 when I got my very first luxury watch and one of the sales representatives helped me in picking up a perfect model as I was a bit confused between two potential watches. She later introduced me to Klaus Olivet who is probably one of the best in business when it comes to any watches be it specification, details, movements and so on. He is extremely knowledgeable, organized, courteous and detail oriented. He is very serious when it comes to watches that he maintains his own notes/logs (which speaks a lot about him). I highly regard him and thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He is usually very busy as he has lot of clients, however, he makes it a point to check with you whenever you are there in person for any kind of service or reach out to him offline via email/text. Whenever I had a question for Klaus, he was always friendly, enthusiastic, and genuine - I had a phenomenal customer experience each time we spoke. He did help me to get servicing for couple of my watches - I scratched the bezel by wearing a bracelet, and the other needed full service as it was not keeping well with time (it needed overhaul/full service). Whenever I need any clarification related to watches, I consult with him. He has given me sound advice as a friend every time, not even once as a salesman. He also helped me to get one of my dream watch in 2020 that I wear only on special occasions.Recently, I wanted to get a special watch for my dad, who retired last year due to COVID-19. I haven’t seen him in person for more than 1.5 years now and wanted to get a special watch for him on his 70th birthday in August. I did speak about this to Klaus (5-6 months ago), who was upfront and assured me, he will do his best to get it, however he did mention, it will be difficult to put an exact date on it. I came in a few months ago, looking for a Rolex Sub that I knew was in really high demand, so I didnt have high hopes of being able to get it. I requested to speak to Klaus, since I had read all the other great reviews about him on here. Needless to say, a few months later, Klaus delivered. He got the exact watch I wanted and called me in to pick it up. Through the whole process, Klaus was very professional, helpful, detail-oriented, listened to my specific watch request and gave me tons of advice (he really knows his watches). He gave me a realistic timeline of when I can expect to receive the watch, which I appreciated, and he was actually able to source the watch earlier than expected, which I found really impressive. I am really glad to have met Klaus and I look forward to my next watch purchase with him!

I’ve been to several ADs in Manhattan and Arianna and Klaus are hands down the best.It’s no secret that Rolex watches have been difficult to get and some ADs can be very condescending, but not the case here.They are very professional, polite and lovely. It hasnt been a long time since I have found interest in Rolex watches and had soon found out the demand on the Rolex watches are super high.It is my 5th year in America, worked hard, and my birthday was coming up soon so I walked in to this store wishing I could buy a nice watch for myself.It didnt take me a long time to find out the models I was looking for would require me a long wait to purchase.Even though I could not get the models I wished for, Rosa was the one who helped me out a lot, we spoke for a while, she was very friendly and warm hearted. Even for a person like me that is new to the whole Rolex scene.I ended up leaving a deposit on one of the preowned models, not sure if I would keep the model, but still! I am very frustrated with the shop. I am trying to buy a watch worth $30k and trying to find out if its available in that shop.I have tried to call the shop 4 times yesterday and another 4 times this morning and nobody is picking up. I left a voice message with no return.As nobody was picking up I passed by the shop yesterday before the shop closes. As they only allow two people inside the shop (which i dont understand because the shop is huge so saying its because Covid its a bad excuse - i guess they dont want to pay more than two sales people at the time) they couldnt help me. I waited for 10 minutes and when finally someone came out it was 6pm and they told me that the shop is closed. When i asked them if I can just speak one minute to one of their sales guys in order to ask for the availability of the watch they refused.Looks like the shop must be doing great as they clearly dont seem to care about selling a $ 30k watch.

I go to this location to get my Tourneau watch serviced with the free batteries they offer with any purchase of a watch. They offered me great customer service but it seemed that the customers was a bit startled when I went to stand in the line behind some one. So I am standing in line with a mask on but the customer turns around and looks me up and down as if I wanted to rob him or something. I was a little annoyed but the employees offered me great customer service and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes.

I come to this store often for a wide range of watch issues. I was helped by Layonnia and she was patient and perfect to deal with. I highly recommend asking for her next time you visit the store.

Ive been to over a dozen Tourneaus and many Luxury watch retailers, however I have yet to have the experience I did with Mr. Klaus here at Bryant Park. I live 1 1/2 hours away and have a handful or Tourneau stores by me, yet I still will only go here. When I met Klaus, he was the only associate to give me the treatment I was looking for, a genuine relationship. I requested a specific time piece which unfortunately was unavailable at the moment. However, he reassured me that he would get the exact watch if I were patient. It took some time to finally get it, but in the meantime he was nothing but friendly, professional and charismatic. He even offered me other pieces that were actually better than what I wanted. He is a man of his word and you cant say that often about people. I came into this store as a customer, and left as a friend of Klaus. Highly recommended 10/10.

The staff here were very helpful and friendly. Didn’t make me feel pressured into buying anything however the piece I wanted was red available in the store so I had to order it online. There was supposed to be free two day shipping but my item wasn’t ready for over week. I think this was probably more of an issue with the online processing than the store itself but was still upsetting to have to wait significantly longer than I was expecting for a piece that is pretty much readily available in any other watch store.

After loosing faith in my local dealer, I started to look for a new store to build a relationship with. This store was recommended to me by a friend. Anthony was very helpful and even though the watch I was looking for wasnt in stock, he took the time to show my wife watches (now I know what to get her and where when the time comes) and was very patient and helpful. Not a good place to buy a Rolex since they are always sold out. never have anything good in stock. If you want a certain watch you pretty much have to come in everyday. Maybe they might have something one day, but usually not. They have other watches of course but if your into luxury timeless pieces like a Rolex you will most likely not get one here. But if your lucky enough to walk by every single day you might stumble upon one... maybe. They also don’t take deposits which is not good for a Jewelry store. They also don’t take names or put them on a wait list another bad business move. I’m sure they do well enough not to care. But I will keep trying and passing by daily till they have the Rolex’s I’m looking for.

Anthony Fahme did a great job. I had many questions about the watch and he was a big help. Even after I returned to Los Angeles. He worked closely with me to complete the transaction. I love my new watch. Next time I return to New York i look forward to working with him to buy another watch.

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!05/21/2020 My timepiece is covered under the TPP program and need of repair. My local LAS VEGAS Tourneau store is still closed for any watch service but OPEN for curbside pick up. Not able to use my TPP that i have paid for going on 3 mths. Contacted all the toll free numbers available to NO avail, even MACIELA that answered the call @ Customer service dont have a clue on the TPP claims procedures. No one @ TOURNEAU knows how to process TPP claims under this climate.Since my timepiece can not be repaired for the last 3 months and counting, under this COVID-19 climate. Tourneau should extend TPP programs that already have been paid for by its customers. That is a fair and honest business practice to do if TOURNEAU really cares about your clients. #TOURNEAU #IRAMELNITSKY #BUCHERERAG

I brought my modest Seiko watch in for a new strap. The service manager showed me a large selection of straps. I must confess to being very picky and I told her she had nothing I liked. She patiently brought me a catalogue and I found the perfect replacement strap at a reasonable price which she ordered for me. At all times I was treated with gracious courtesy and respect. The service at this Tourneau store is splendid. I highly recommend it.

Came in on Saturday evening 30 minutes to close. There were 4 sales people at the store of which 2 were preoccupied with clients. I had intentions of purchasing a watch I had been looking at. I do look a little young (mid 20s) and was not exactly dressed to impress. I was just wearing a parka and jeans. I just walked around the store, waiting to be helped. The 2 that were not busy just stood in the middle of the store, looking at me and talking to each other. After waiting for like 20 minutes, I looked at them to signal my intentions but they just looked away. Then one of the salesman who just finished with his client comes over asking if I need help. I told him what I came there for. He just points to the display case saying there it is then walked away, assuming I will not be making a purchase... I am not going to chase up the salesmen to purchase a watch for thousands of dollars. I can just buy it at any other luxury watch store in NYC. I felt insulted so I left. Will not be setting a foot in such a stuck up place ever again.

Tourneau is the place I go when I like to pretend I can afford a Rolex. I cannot, but the staff is very friendly and goes along with the charade. If I ever have the money I will go to tourneau. My wife also has a semi fancy watch and takes it to the other tourneau store for an occasional servicing. The service is always great.

I have been here 3 times this week. Had to beg to get service on day 1. No help available, at all, the next 2 visits. Waited 25 min the 2nd time and asked for service (we are coming and never came). 1 staff today & we just walked out as they were busy. I think they have some nice watches but who cares if you cant look at them. Only came back today as was trying to buy a specific gift.

Came in to purchase a Rolex with an appointment made online. The staff were unaware that I had an appointment and said they sold the watch I wanted the night before. I asked if another one was nearby for purchase and was told the closest watch was in San Fransisco Torneau according to their system. The staff seemed uninterested in helping me or speaking with me about my purchase. I walked down a few blocks to the 53rd St. Torneau and purchased the exact watch I was told was only as close as San Fransisco. How embarrassing for this location.

Just got a ridiculous offer of $3500 - or $4200 for trade - for a 2016 Rolex Submariner no date (ceramic bezel) in perfect condition including all documents, certificate and box... when they are selling a 2005 pre owned model for $6500 the same day on their website. Whoever evaluated the price needs to get another job asap. I will NEVER sell,trade or buy anything here.
