I love this place because the staff is very, very friendly, they have all kinds of machinery to carry out your exercise routines, a very spacious place, very clean, but like everything in life nothing is perfect, the only problem I have noticed and I already made my comment twice to the gym staff, is that at the moment by orders of the governor you must use a mask for COVID-19, And although I have my vaccine, I must still respect the laws of this country The point is that I am surrounded many times by people who are not using their masks, which I do not know if they are vaccinated or not, they are exhaling air with their mouths open many times because they are running, or lifting weight etc. and honestly that makes me uncomfortable being surrounded by people who do not respect company policies or state laws, my question is, why then do they demand to wear a mask in the GYM, if there are many people who are inside without putting them on properly or without using it ? that is exposing oneself to catching COVID, I think that the GYM can be more vigilant supervising and asking these people to use the masks

Question. Why continue charging FULL membership fees when you are operating with restricted hours and amenities? A BIG part of the appeal is being able to go at my convenience.

It’s a nice facility but they were charging my 63 year old mom for a gym membership while they were closed during phase 1 of lockdown. When she asked for her money back their employee Christian told her that she will not be refunded. I wouldn’t recommend getting a membership here because they do not care about their patrons. They are more concerned about making money and taking advantage of elders. She is on the phone with me crying her eyes out because they were extremely rude to her. Please think twice before signing up at this gym. They also said they were reaching out to her by email while she thought her membership was expired. She doesn’t have a email and doesn’t know how to use email.

We just just joined and have been a few times. Place clean, lots of equipment. My only complaint is the mask policy. They put them on when they go in and put them down to their chin when they start exercising. I realize that you don’t want to alienate customers but I’m a customer too. I don’t have the authority but you have lots of employees in pasco. If they tapped them on the shoulder a few times it would become 2nd nature. It’s almost always young people. There was a girl in the 360 area with no mask. That’s just rude to me and every other customerThanksDennis Kent

They have done a great job to make it so that we can continue to go to the gym during the quarantine. Hopefully they can start opening earlier (4am?) Or get back to a true 24hour schedule

I have joined this gym since it was the closest one, and it has all the equipment that I need and it is clean. While working out yesterday, my AirPod case fell out of my pocket. When I finished I noticed that I lost it and went back to look for it, which was probably 20 min after, and it was gone. I don’t see why anyone would want to be a member of a gym where you can’t drop anything without it being stolen the next second.

I had the best experience here. The front desk woman, I believe her name was Hope, was extremely friendly. I felt a little out of my comfort zone a little because I hadn’t been to the gym in awhile, I was nervous but decided to ask her for more info on the machines and equipment. She went over the top after I asked for her help to show me all she could and give me more information! So happy I joined this gym and that they have such nice staff! I also love how they are able to express their individuality with their personal appearance! I am so pleased with my first visit and I’m so excited to continue my journey of becoming healthy!!! And a big shoutout to Hope!!

After not being billed during COVID, I found in September once billing was resumed, I was being charged for 3 gym memberships even though I only authorized 2 (one for myself and one for my daughter). On September 17th I was charged the monthly fee and on October 2nd I was charged $42.35 for the annual dues for 3 memberships. I called the Pasco club and was directed to call their billing company. After going through all the questions to confirm my identity, the billing company informed me that they cannot cancel the unauthorized account and I would have to call back the club. After calling the Pasco club back, I asked to speak to the manager (Nico) and was told she had already left for the day. She apparently walked back in when I was still on the phone and they were able to confirm with her that the 3rd membership should not have been billed to my account. This was additional 3rd membership was removed, and I was told I should expect a refund within 10-14 days. It is now November 10th and I have not received my refund. I tried calling the Pasco Club to speak to the manager (I confirmed was still Nico) and was told she was unavailable. I left a message with Marcus to have her call me back. Im hoping this gets resolved soon and plan to cancel my membership after this is all said and done. I have never had this poor of an experience with a gym in the past. If you have a membership with them, I would suggest checking your bank account for any unauthorized charges as I am sure I am not the only person this has happened to.

The staff is always friendly ! Unfortunately no matter how many machines they have they are never fixed they sit for weeks, though members pay a maintenance fee every year.with so many people going to this gym (because of the low monthly rate ) I’d hope they would be able to keep up on maintaining the machines, it’s gotten so bad people are now asking when someone will be done with a machine there are multiples of because only one or very few are actually working, making working out very frustrating. I have asked about this but management are the only one with answers and are never around.

We have been members of the Pasco Planet Fitness since they opened. Their facility is always spotlessly clean and if any problem arises, they quickly fix it. The employees are friendly and willing to help in my goal to get more exercise in my life. I highly recommend joining a Planet Fitness near you. Big shout out to Efren for helping me the other night. It was nice to see such a friendly face at 3:00 in the morning!

I love coming to this particular location for the service since Kennewick is hit or miss. Front desk people here are always the best! The woman with the shorter, bluish hair is always the most helpful and always goes above and beyond. Stellar front desk crew! Five stars for their service, four for the fairly distant location.

I signed up for the gym to make myself better. I set up my account online and had the email in hand to show them which was fine. They didnt offer a tour of the facility. Now they never welcome or acknowledge me when I come in even when I scan my membership card. It is posted all over the place about a judgement free zone and that is definitely not how I feel. The people here are so busy with themselves or their co-workers to actually help the customer. When you want to set up an appointment for the massage chairs they ignore you to turn the machine on which they have to turn it on for you to be able to use it but when you get ignored at the front counter its difficult to get your needs met. None of the trainers actually offer assistance to anyone else that maybe struggling on a machine they only focus on who happened to schedule them. Kind of frustrating when all you want to do is make yourself better and healthier.

Gym is very good. Staff is very good. Well cleaned. But not have some machines. Also not have iron rods for bench press for dead lift all it have with machines

Dont why a simple request to change one of the channels on one be tside can be same on the other side. Guy behind the desk said absolutely no way to do that. Either to lazy to check and see if it can be done or just simply doesnt want to do it. I pay just like everyone else, should be a easy fix or explanation.

Great atmosphere and No egos allowed, which is great for us old fat guys. Very comfy and the Hydro massage beds are heavenly. Ohh yeah, Monday eve is pizza night....lol. go figure, my kind of gym.

I really like working out here in general BUT...The staff is a joke.Every morning there is a guy sitting behind the counter with his headphones in and a handwritten sign that says please scan in yourself.On numerous occasions the trash has been overflowing and while being there for well over an hour, everyone is still standing up at the front talking and joking around. The only time I see the employees walking out from behind the counter is when they make rounds to talk to their friends.The cleanliness is also something that will put this place into the ground. They dont clean at all. Theres shaving cream on the wall in the shower for over a week. Theres never any toilet paper. Its just common sense as an employee/manager to have a checklist of what needs to be checked or changed before a new shift starts. Its not that hard to get a good routine in place.I really want this gym to succeed but management (whoever they are) needs to realize that the kids need to be trained and MANAGED better before this place is a dump.

Well ill try to keep this as short as i can i love the environment but let me tell you the customer service is dukie & there so call deals arent deals i have to pay two times in a month for a a ten cent start up deal when its already 1 dollar to sign up. STOP MAKING THE PAYMENT PROCESS SO DIFFICULT i cant stress this enough the payment method and process is so incredibly DUMB

Worst idea we had was joining this gym through Richland WA in the grand opening special last week. First day at gym, they knew that as we didn’t understand how to check in. We expected a locked door, it’s wide open to anyone who does not belong to the gym, and you can clearly jump over the tiny walls, or walk in when the person is busy in the back. Ok, getting past the lack of safety, and getting back to them knowing we were new, no help was offered. We went to the rows of treadmills and did those. Spent the next 25 minutes looking at other equipment and looking lost, having the other people working out notice we are lost, tell us how to use them. I did approach the front desk and ask about the trainers they tell you about when you join. She introduced the only one on. Oh, I had seen her, she was working out by herself while I was on the treadmill and waking around wondering what to do. That’s why she didn’t see the customers floundering about. Disappointed. She never did ask what we needed help with or find us in the gym to ask us if we needed help. I get that gyms are for our use and self guided. They should actually sell the membership that way instead of saying there is plenty of help around. Hope is the one at the desk helping us. Or we say not helping us. Yep, she was nice and politically correct with her purple hair and all, but not willing to help, this disappoints me. I guess we only get to use the treadmill as that’s the only piece we know how to use.

Best gym in Pasco for basic exercising. They do a good job of keeping things clean and it doesn’t have that “body funk” smell most gyms get.

I especially appreciate the cleanliness of this gym, the staff are pretty on top of making sure you walk into a clean environment, which makes the whole experience a lot more refreshing. I also appreciate Tali and Hailey as they are always so warm and welcoming everytime I walk in there. Thank you, you two for making my experience much more memorable.

The staff here is just awful! They never know what they’re doing and quite honestly, they never even do anything. Seems to me that they are more interested in their personal lives and what they’re having for lunch, than actually helping their customers. New management is definitely needed. They’re getting paid to do absolutely nothing. I will be returning back to the Kennewick gym until they can get it together!

I walked into the gym and instantly I was greeted by the sweetest staff Ive ever met. The manager Cristian was very attentive and kind. The only thing this place is missing is a large dance floor so I can Zumba like a beast.

I read through the other comments and everyone is complaining about the customer service and how it’s dirty. I personally don’t see what customer service has to do with working out. I go to the gym to get my workout in, not to talk to the staff. And every time I go in, it’s always clean, the sprays and towels are routinely changed, so are the trash cans. Can’t ask much for a $10 membership. It does the job. There are two machines that I personally think are cheaply made. But that’s ok, there’s so many different types of machines to workout every body part. Overall solid gym. Also there’s a really cute boy that works there.

Staff members are friendly, the machines are all brand new and there are a lot of them, with plenty of variance in type. My wife and I enjoy the stair climbing machines, and my wife particularly likes the squatting racks that are on a rail (not Olympic bar) as they are stable and easier to use.The massage chairs, hydromassage chairs/beds are all nice, as are the tanning booths and beds. I highly recommend NOT using the tanning beds/booths if you are under ~25 years old as it is a particularly dangerous age to do it at, and can significantly raise your risk for developing skin cancer compared to being 25 and older. Okay, onto the rest of the review.The lockers for storing small things are nice with combination locks. You can store your keys/phone/etc in them, and they even have a USB port for charging (you need your own cable). The actual locker rooms are quite nice as well, with plenty of lockers and bathrooms/showers.There are free pizza days every month as usual for Planet Fitness.You have to give your member card to the staff for them to scan you in for sign-in, you cant do it yourself (kind of annoying, especially if theyre busy).

Enjoy the equipment and the amenities and most of the staff really nice. Would be 5 stars if the majority of the clientele were not ratchet and rude.

Very good gym for the money. Only down side is not much in the way of free weights besides dumbells.

I started to go to this location because it is closer to my house. The staff in kennewick is SO much better. I’m not sure who hired this staff but my god. As somebody who works in the customer service field, this is unacceptable. Not only do they all stand behind the counter all day and gossip while ignoring their customers, but they have no idea what they’re doing. I could be more help back there than they are. It’s a complete mess. I haven’t been able to tan in a week because nobody can figure out how to work it on their end. Instead of calling or asking somebody for help, they just say oh sorry! And walk off as I’m still standing there like ummm ok? They’ve been awful since I started here at this location. I’d recommend hiring a new team if you want satisfied customers.

Great cardio equip, very clean, spacious, friendly staff. Not a hardcore muscle gym but it gets the job done.

Today I stopped my workout to help a veteran in a wheel chair enter in the 2 sets of double doors to your faculties. Aparently the manager could care less when I brought it to his attention at the front desk. I think this is absolutely ridiculous that the gym owner would not accommodate handicapped people let alone veterans. 2 sets of double doors that are manual. How do you expect people to access your building?! Isnt there a city code or violation here?!

This company is unprofessional likes to overcharge and then refuses to refund money. No one seems to have the answers to the questions you ask and they are unwilling to admit fault when they have messed up.

I have trouble finding time to go to the gym. Recently I decided that I could work out while catching up with some items related to my business, WHILE I work out - because Planet Fitness has internet right?Nope. I mean, they SAY they have internet, but when I tried to use it I couldnt load a text file, let alone any voice messages or video. Nope.When I went up to the front desk to ask if they had internet that actually worked, the young girl looked at me, wide-eyed, shrugged her shoulders exaggeratedly and said, Im not tech support.Be aware that you need to either have unlimited data on your phone, or have some items downloaded to listen/watch while you work out. The internet is nearly non-existent and the people at the front desk dont care.

They charge annual fees and did not say it just charge to the card mi daughter called to cancel and they didnt do it and I called to cancel and they say I have to pay the remaining balance or they cant cancel the membership until I pay 165.00 for annual fees mi daughter was under age and I didnt use that card and they were just adding to mi account I asked if I dont pay I can go work out for a year free and they hang out on me this is ridicules
