I had a very nice swimming experience due to the professionalism of the staff and the knowledge of the instructor. everyone is kind and courteous.I felt really comfortable with my instructor.Thank you .

Low rating because they have employees under age working 4am shifts, and working in areas they don’t legally have all their certifications and hours to work in.Clearly they don’t have any consideration, not only for those employees, keeping them safe, and potentially their clients safe.Hopefully they can figure their stuff out.

The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly; the swim lesson coach was great with the kids; the gym was full of adults enjoying the opportunity of living a healthy lifestyle.

I am doing swim lessons with my daughter who is almost 2. This is our second month and she has absolutely loved it! The instructor (Karina C) has been great and has helped teach my daughter so many new things and become comfortable in water! She is also very patient with having multiple kids under 2 and great at offering advice on what you can try to help your kid.

This swim lesson was the biggest waste of money. Every employee I encountered was rude, unmasked and unprofessional. The are overpriced and my child got very little from swim lessons.

A letter goes out to people on Active & Fit or Silver & Fit that their Membership is ending at the end of the Month??? The Owners need to realize that these People need Facilities like these not just for workouts but think about Mental Health or just getting out of the house for Socialism with others during this challenging time!!! Their saying, if you are on Social Security or Low Income for these Programs you are equal to others!!! They receive a Stimulus Package Relief from Tax Payers and dont understand more People have been affected during this Challenging Time!!! Think of Others, than just your own Pockets and realize that your more Important now than ever before...

They don’t have swim times available for members due to swim lessons. You can reserve a swim lane but swim lessons may bump you out. The rules are always changing and extremely high staff turnover due to poor management.

Unprofessional place of business. Employees are allowed to bully customers openly. All while not wearing masks.

The front desk staff were very helpful and polite. Everyone was adhering to social distancing and wearing masks. The equipment was clean and appeared well maintained.

I love kids club staff, great facility, but I wish you had a 25yd pool instead of a 15yd pool for laps.But overall we are very happy with the gym and our membership!

Close to me. Nice equipment, separate ladies workout area. Clean locker rooms. Steam and dry sauna. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs. Good price.A year later and I still love this gym. They keep the equipment looking good. They add more things occasionally which can make it a bit tight getting around but is good for secttion.

I love this gymThe pool is nice and warm, there are two hot tubs and two saunas (a dry and a wet). The layout of the gym is nice. There is a rock wall, which i want to try sometime but have been too shy to ask about...and i love the classes!

This is an awesome facility. I have been going here for 7 months. I love that they have a womens only section. I primarily use it. I also love the salt water pool and hot tubs. I recommend it to everyone!!

Beware that this gym has predatory policies. I was a member here for about 3.5 years the gym is mediocre. Over that time period some improvements were made but this gym still feels and looks old and outdated. Overcrowding is a big issue here. The classes which are only the Les Mill brand become very repetitive and boring over time. I reached a point where I have no desire to come here, I’d rather workout at home. I finally go in and sign to cancel my membership which at this point is month to month and is prepaid each month. I’m not under contract. I cancelled a week before the next prepaid billing. 3 days after I went in I get an email about the cancellation and that my membership and billing will continue for an additional 3 weeks plus. There’s a 30 day advance written notice cancellation policy. Even though you cancel on a certain date they will still bill you up to an additional 30 days for something you no longer want. It doesn’t take 30 days to change or stop a billing. If you sign a form cancelling service it should be cancel as of that date, not 30 days from then. If your looking a gym your better off going Golds Gym or Planet Fitness.

Great swimming pool area for children with a family pass. It has a large Beach entry and its only 2 ft deep and its perfect for the kids to play and get exercise.

We took our one and almost four year old kids here for their first swimming lessons, and the staff is awesome! The pool facilities are nice and the price was friendly as well. The kids are both learning lots, so the lessons have been well worth the money!

Switched here from another gym and dont regret it. It is definitely worth the $40 a month. They have everything including cardio machines, free weights, dumbbells, weight machines, squat rack, classes, rock climbing, indoor pool, sauna, steam room, outside hot tub, indoor soccer and pretty much everything a state of the art sport facility should offer.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this fitness center staff. I signed a contract for 1 year, a few months in I realized I did not want to continue my membership there, I had signed a contract so I continued to pay the agreed monthly membership fee. At the one year mark I called to cancel my membership and was told to send a written notice of cancellation. Several months later I checked my email and noticed I had an outstanding balance, when I call to figure it out, I was greeted by Susan. She was quick to tell me I had spoken with her several months back about my request of cancellation but never received my written notice so monthly charges continued. I had been contacted because charges hadnt gone through the last 3 months (I had changed my debit card). Within an hour I sent her an email as a written notice of cancellation and asked management to look over my history of use of the center, so that they could see there had been no use of their facility in over a year. I asked for mercy and leniency towards the financial balance and a payment plan. In the returned email on behalf of management from Lisa, I was sent a new total (from one hour prior) that was more than quoted and asked for payments to begin immediately or it would be sent to collections. There was no mercy nor leniency towards the financial balance I had incurred after the fact I had called to cancel membership which they never received and still incurred charges (8 months) since calling to cancel the first time. I thought the staff handled my case very rude and un professional. When I spoke over the phone with Susan, her tone was very unapologetic and sounded like she was annoyed. Im not one to write reviews after bad experiences, but I feel incredibly disrespected and not heard, felt like they did not care to hear my individual experience and categorized me with just another caller trying to get out of paying, when in fact that was not the case given I paid extra months after the first time requesting to cancel. Once I replied to Lisa saying she had emailed me with a new total with additional cost than what I had just been quoted over the phone within the last hour, I heard no reply from her. I emailed her again saying I had remitted a complete payment online and was not please with her response and the companies decision and hoped that this last and final payment would bring me to a $0 and end my patronage with Life Quest to which she replied, Thank you for your payment. Yes, your balance is at $0 and you are all good to go!! Have a great day, Lisa Member Accounts. The management of this fitness center pays little to no attention to hearing our their members as individuals...and I say members because Lisa did remind me I would have a membership open until end of last month. RUDE.

Great Place to go and workout. Has all the machine you need for your workout routine. Love the extension for the pool for people who want to swim when it is cold outside. Also if you want to rockwall climb, play basketball or soccer you can. The facilities are excellent.

Im not a member here, we go for our kids swimming lessons. The swimming program here is probably the best in the Tri-Cities. I highly recommend the baby and toddler swimming classes, and the best part is theyre indoors so year round.

Great gym! It has everything you need and best about it is the heavy bag they put up. Now I can practice on my boxing and get my cardio in at the same time!

It has the necessary equipment for a gym, but not much else. Its way too busy at certain parts of the day, and youre going to have to wait if you wanna use something. The classes are fun, and the saunas are nice. The staff is kinda snobby sometimes, but will usually try to help if they can.

We love Alex! He has always been so awesome with our son JJ! He has learned so much. After just his first swim class without his dad he has so much confidence in the water!

I dont know why this gym has gotten less than 4 stars. I never have to wait for a machine, and the staff has always been extremely helpful. Ive been a member since 2013 and would never think about going anywhere else.

Swim class is the highlight of my kids week. I love that its something we can do together and the instructors are the best!

Friendly and clean!

I went there for information and to enroll my kids. Front desk had no idea of ANYTHING! They were friendly but with No information at all. They told me to go back on 3 days so someone could explain me about the classes.

I was next door at Lords physical therapy and it was awesome. They are great there.

Ran down, old equipment, dirty, old tanning beds, broken equipment, yet is somehow the most expensive gym Ive found in tri cities.Awesome couple of front desk people. The guy and girl that I met in the evening were awesome.

Ive been going to the gym for about 4 months and its been a great experience. The cleaning staff is professional and friendly and maintain the shower areas well. Cleaning lady M. does a nice job in particular.

Its a fast growing gym and like any other gym it has its very busy hour but staff is friendly and great people at the front desk.

Staff its wonderful EXCEPT THE GM! A number of guests wanted the row machines turned so we could see our form in the mirrors. I asked 3 times over 3 weeks and each time she said that they were working on it. Finally, on the 4th week, I moved them myself. It took 30 seconds! She is very lazy and has her staff do her work. She sits in her office and rarely interacts with guests. Im a sales manager and would not hire her to manage anything to do with customer service. The gym itself is nice and well maintained.

Way too crowded. They have way too many members, and not nearly enough equipment or space, especially considering how much they charge. It regularly smells like marijuana in the workout area and they dont do anything about it. They also book and rent gym space for schools and teams during peak workout times which makes it that much more crowded in space they dont have

A fine gym for a fair price. They have plenty of cardio machines and weight stations. Too bad about the New Years rush but thats expected.

This is also the shop for ideal protein diet group. Coach sarah is very helpful.

Good kids activities (swim lessons, lil kickers, etc)

Extremely dangerous for your children; they do not have trained staff to watch over the kids, nore do they care when its pointed out to them and Amy S is extremely rude and unprofessional, you can definitely tell she doesnt have kids nore does she care. Dont involve your kids in their lil kickers activity OR their child care, they will get hurt eventually and/or witness things they shouldnt. The rest of the facility matches their cheap mentality, save your money for the far superior surrounding gyms, and more importantly, spare your children the abuse. I will be contacting Lil Kickers LLC and the better business bureau due to the severity of unprofessionalism and the trauma my son went through. The lack of compassion and wanting to make it right has me shocked to say the least.

Other than the fact they take forever to check you in, I love that gym.

I went to Golds for a year and hated the atmosphere of preening bros and #fitspos curling in front of mirrors. Lifequest is much more down-to-earth about their fitness programs. You may sacrifice some capacity in terms of equipment and classes, but you get a friendlier staff and environment in return. Classes are rarely full, never cancelled, and not intimidating. They are continually pushing the envelope with group fitness. The swimming pool is very kid-friendly, but dont tell anyone about that so we can keep it to ourselves. :)

I go to Lourdes physical theropy at this location I dont know about the gym side but as for the theropy side they are the most friendly, helpful, honest, polite medical staff I have met. Emily the insurance staff will personally phone you and return calls. The front counter staff is super, the other PT always smile and say Hi. I would say the customer service is the best in Tri-Cities for Physical Theropy.

I prefer this place then golds gym. People complaints about over crowded here. Its not that bad when their busy. Whats best about this place is that the pricing is not bad. The staff is by far the freindlyiest. If your payment goes past due, (mine on behalf new debit card went almost past 2 months) whoops. I was shocked about the very low amount I had to pay. Give a heads up, early morning or durning the hours before 5pm is best to show up on weekdays. Almost no one on the weeknds durning the hours in the days I sometimes show up.

Renting indoor soccer is not great here. Worst part is they dont even help provide you with an indoor ball to use when renting. Summer prices were upped from $25 per hour to about $50 per hour. Really wish there was another indoor soccer facility to go to...

They bringing in new equipment, but it gets crowded specially Mondays and Tuesdays. Overall its a good place to workout.
