The whole staff needs to look up the definition of customer service. I have worked in retail for over 25years, and anytime a customer says the price is posted differently, I go check. Nope, both the cashier and his superior said, Well, its ringing up this...That is so disrespectful. I would highly recommend shopping else where.

Great store. But they never give me the discount on mountain dew like the sign says . Which sucks because now they have watermelon mountain dew and its good

Messy store, trip hazards everywhere. Never can find what I am looking for. Lady that works the floor is rude. Kinda mean. They speak in spanish to each other in front of customers. Thats rude especially if you dont understand.

The store is always messy, with many empty shelves especially if there is a good sale. Dont ask the employees any question bc they are rude and never know anything about the products. So annoying. Hate this store. Go to Baytown D&G.

I’m always able to find my dog’s favorite food in stock at this location for a great price. They also stock a wide variety of greeting cards for really low prices even as low as 50 cents per card. I stocked up today. They also have good deals on everyday items. Easy to find location with ample parking in their lot.

1st of all, the reveiws listed all sound fake. The store is always cluttered with pallets, yet the shelves are always empty. The sale and clearance items are never availaible even if you arrive at the store at opening time. They did not accept a coupon that I presented, even though it was the exact item listed. They made a bunch of excuses and lied about the coupon policy and the way a coupon is tendered. The policy is listed on the DG website. The store employees make up rules as they see fit. This is unacceptable. I completed a survey and will becalling the Manager of the store and DG Customer Service on Monday.3/2/2021 Update: no call from DM as of yet. Its been 1 month.

Great place to get stuff you forgot to get or get stuff you need

I gave this store a one star because majority of the time the people that work there are not friendly. I purchased a Tylenol from here and it was expired then when I tried to exchange it the lady gave me a huge issue. Honestly it’s not my fault that you don’t keep your product up to date. That can also be very dangerous.

I love this Dollar general. If I need anything I always go to this place only, the service, customer service and anything that I need is in this place as well as the people that work here always kind and friendly.

Love this Dollar General they have the cutest farmhouse decor. And the prices are unbeatable. You just have to go right after they get there shipment in because they sell out real quick.

I can find some of my favorite foods there for the very low price of $1

The cashiers and store attendants are always pleasant and helpful here. However twice in a months time Ive came to purchase something using a digital coupon and it did not work!! It was clearly the right item and coupon as the cashier verified but it still didnt work and there is no option to override digital coupons is what the cashier said.

I always find what I am looking for here. They do not have penny items and the store is sometimes messy but the staff is helpful and polite.

For a dollar store, their selection is pretty good. I prefer it over other dollar stores in the area as they have a wider array of greeting cards, even for special occasions. Some of their cards cost as little as 50 cents. Now that’s a deal!

Small collection..but not too untidy. The clerks were very friendly and asked if i needed help everytine they seen me. Fir a Black Friday that is amazing in its self.

The first time we went there the cashier lady took forever to get to the register. She saw we were waiting (made eye contact) and continued to ignore us, even though there was a line that quickly formed behind us. Once she got up to the register she greeted us like she hated being there and for some reason kept having trouble taking our card payment. It honestly seemed like she was doing it on purpose since she kept sighing and wouldnt pay attention to what she was doing. Another cashier had to come up to help her.The new cashier was able to take our payment without any trouble and she was fast and efficent.

It got a rtty good selection.

Just went here less then 2 days ago and bought a loaf of bread and it had green fungus growing on the loaf. only was able to two sandwiches from loaf. checked expiration and it was still good dont know what went wrong

Always quiet and clean when I come here. Ladies are pretty cool as well. They greet you and don’t act like they hate their jobs like most dollar store employees in the hood.

The one on southmore is good on prices and sevice normal,but I wish they had a public restroom, and maybe 2 more people to help he people there but overall I highly recommend this place,my wish that they have more of chicken & tuna spread they are great and get foods low on sodium & carbs that help people with people with health problems especially one with nuts it important. Thank you they are s great place but remember nobody is perfect so I give them 5 stars,thank you.
