I had work done here on my hood and fender. My Toyota came back looking like it was never hit at all. I personally detail my own cars and pay very close attention to paint quality, safe to say Im very satisfied with these guys. Phenomenal work.

Our truck was in a collision. There was a lot of body damage amongst other things and Caliber Collision fixed everything and it looks amazing! Would highly recommend. The personal are nice and very professional and fast. Hopefully we dont need to use them again, but if we do, we know we will be taken care of.

They have fantastic customer service and their paint work is some of the best I’ve ever seen! Mike Kerekes helped us multiple times and answered every question we had throughout the process!

The front desk ladies were extremely rude and seemed like they hadn’t been trained in customer service. One young lady was kind and fantastic towards the end. Parts were never ordered by the vendor for our truck and it wasn’t until we called to ask for an update that we were told of this issue. This caused our vehicle to be in the shop an extra 3-4 days, which cost money out of our pocket by not having access to our truck. I will never go back here for service.

We had a great experience with Caliber Collision staff/receptionist and also David who helped us set up our appointment and always communicated with us on everything with our car repairs. The staff is very friendly and made sure we were taken care of even with my car rental. This was the second time we have taken one of our vehicles here due to the amazing work they do. These guys are true professionals of the industry. Ive had work done with other shops in the past, but Caliber is next level in terms of quality. They set a date for when my car would be ready and my car was not ready till 6 days. later I didnt get no updates until I called a day before my car was going to be ready thats when they told me it would not be ready I was very lucky was able to stay with a cousin the till it was ready. When I dropped my car they told me they would email me the paperwork I never received nothing when it came to paying my deductible I had only my cash and the receptionist told me the dont do cash that I signed that paper when I dropped my car. And she was the same one that told me we would do all the paperwork thru email luckily there was a really nice guy there that helped out. he might have been in accounting I do thank him

Highly recommend using Caliber Collision, I rolled my Jeep and after getting quoted for damages it was over the insurance policy for repair and our Caliber Collision rep Tony, worked with me on damages, repairs, aftermarket parts, to help lower the damage and repair cost allowing it not to be a total loss. The vehicle pick up date was set back a few times due to parts coming in later then expected and due to finding more damages and even then still didn’t total out the vehicle. I understood the circumstances of the date being pushed so I still give them a 5 star because of the rep we had and the repair work was phenomenal! Couldn’t even till it was wracked!

I have used Caliber 2 times now. Once for my 2017 black Honda and just recently for my granddaughters white 2010 Honda. They do a stellar job on the body work. They are easy to deal with. I’ve had Louie the estimator both times and was very helpful and thorough. They get you in and out fast and on time as promised. The front desk staff are friendly and kind. Louie stayed in touch with me and kept myself or my husband posted on progress. Louie even clear coated the fender at no extra charge so it would match the newly repaired front. Shady place that insurance insisted on. have special deals with insurance companies to undervalued your car and lie about work needed to repair it. Will cut corners and do anything they can to keep their deals with them. Would not recommend them for an estimate and definitely wouldnt have my car repaired there. They will leave things out of the estimate or ignore things that need to be fixed in order to keep the amounts low and screw you on your insurance payout. All while acting like your friend and lie about not being able to finish the estimate so you dont get your copy. This is because they dont want to see your reaction at the ridiculously low estimate they say they can fix your car for. Will do anything to keep from replacing parts with new parts that are safe. They will fix the damaged ones. Go anywhere else.

These people cant get it together. Just trying to make an appointment to get my truck checked out and repaired. They keep giving me the run around passing me from person to person. Sayin we will call you back in 30 minutes and never receive a call back. Im insured through USAA. This very unprofessional and my insurance company will be notified because you are one of their recommend service companys.

So I had an accident in my 2020 nissan sentra. They had my car from December 24th until January 25th. So I leave have to come back in February because my car was making a horrible noise when you turned. They forgot to remove a flap on the breaks. Fast forward to April. I brought my car back because my tire on the front end They fixed was bald, and the others started to bald because of that one. The car would not stop on the freeway. So I take the car back April 5th. Mike brown was in control of it. And I wish Mike would of stayed in control because he was awesome. Then all of a sudden Tony the supervisor was in control. Well he started suggesting I was turning corners too fast and thats why my tire was bald. So I asked him was I making all left turns. And wouldnt my tires on that side both be equally bald. Yeah so he kept trying to make it my fault. Car alignment was way off again. It was my fault as Tony kept trying to say I was hitting pot holes. He said the breaks and roters are bad too, now mind you my car has 2900 miles on it. Thats all. Then he sends it out to another place for the alignment. Then Tony says that there is nothing wrong with my car, it was my fault and he could send it out for a second opinion.. but dont take it to nissan because they dont know what they are doing.. so I have not had my car since April 5th. Now fast forward to today.. nissan has found out that I have a bent strut on the impact side that the tire was fixed on. So by the time caliber drove my car 5 minutes to nissan my alignment was already out, because guess what I have a bent strut that these collision ppl, specialist or whatever they call their self. So now my car has to be refixed.... again... by nissan.. all I kept getting was basically Tony was suggesting I was a 43 year old street racer Tokyo drifting around corners, when they never fixed my car properly. Would never ever recommend this place to no one ever.. not even someone I dont like. You take your car and trust people to do what they are paid for. And to do what they specialize in. Well I think they all need to find a new profession except Mike. He was the only one who actually cared. . Oh and they had my 2020 listed under a 2019. Smh oh and let me now add, I just found out they wrecked my car, and fixed it, but no one told me. A worker there told me because he thought someone had already told me. And no one did. They did that last month and I just found out today.

I used caliber because Gieco suggested them and I didnt have time to look for anything else after having my car for almost 3 weeks, my car came back with my air conditioning acting funny. It was blowing hot air and making my motor jump, I know nothing about cars so I took it back. Of course my AC worked fine once I was there, instead of checking anything they decided to explain to me that you must run a car for a while before the AC will work surprisingly this wasnt my first time driving a car let alone this car, I live 25 minutesfrom their shop. If they had taken the time to look under the hood they would have seen the ALL my fluid was low. Since my car had just had all the fluids changed 2 weeks before the accident, I can only assume that they did not refill my coolant properly. After that was fixed now my AC works fine thankfully a mechanic friend believed me that something was wrong after I showed up with a red hot 2 year old that I was rushing to get fluids into. I believe that people should be judge by how they treat the weak and when it comes to cars I am weak instead of taking my concerns seriously they brushed me off and acted like I must be so dumb that I couldnt possibly understand that a car must be driven to make the AC work properly. I will never make the mistake of using this shop again.

Took my car in after debris hit my car. Was told that the mechanical issue and body damage would be taken care of. Nope. Ended up having to have my car towed to a dealership after the body work was done because they said the noise that started immediately after this accident couldn’t possibly have come from the accident- but they don’t know what the noise is. When the dealership called to update me they informed me there’s still visible damage that I was told was repaired. I highly advise to do your research and not just go to a shop because your insurance advises it.

The workmanship on the repairs was terrible, and my car got damaged in the repair so did my keyfob. When I mentioned this was brushed off. Had to call my insurance company to deal with it... so not happy.

Caliber is a very professional shop and service, though pricey. After three times using the shop I would recommend it fully - as does my insurer.

My vehicle had a rear passenger tire shred which took out the panel the bumper with sensor, and paint. It was such a mess. Joseph and Tony took great care of my car. They helped me get all new tires and the cost was better than I could do on my own not to mention convenient. Joseph kept me informed and my car was ready when expected and it look so nice I didnt recognize it when I picked it up. They had it so clean inside and out!!!

Great, friendly and flexible service, staff and experience. They are the best of the best. From Louie Sandoval who communicated constantly, quickly and was willing to email rather than phone since phone is not good for me. It was excellent!!!! The front office gal with the dark hair and glasses was so personable and genuinely caring about my accident as well. They are a dream team! I do apologize I forgot her name. I had Louies in email. I highly recommend this site to anyone . It made a very difficult situation so much easier and I felt cared for beyond that. I hire for healthcare in Sacramento and I would hire either of these two on the spot. Thats how different this experience was. Its a shame that I hope I dont have to see them again soon. :)

My experience with Caliber Collision was a great one! From great customer service to actual work being done on my vehicle. I was always kept in the loop and knew what was going on with my vehicle. They really excelled at customer service and answered all and any question I had. I dealt with Michael the most and he always informed me on any updates . This shop will be somewhere Id recommend people to. I was Rear ended in an accident, and after i did my part with the other drivers insurance, Caliber went directly thru them, they did not ask me to reach them or ask them anything once. It was also very convenient to leave my rental there when I was done with it. The paint crew also did a great job! I almost didnt recognize my vehicle! thats how good they were! Feels and still felt like Im in a whole new vehicle!! Once again Id 10/10 recommend and would give 5+ stars if I could. Thanks once again to Caliber for their great customer service and work!

Caliber Collision is a great place to take your vehicle when its been involved in an accident. You are greeted by professional staff and made comfortable in their lobby while you wait. They also have a childrens play area, and a popcorn machine, to keep the little ones entertained and happy. Although my vehicle was totalled, they were courteous and kind and kept me informed. I really appreciate the high standard of customer service that I received. Hats off to Caliber Collision for making a bad situation a lot easier to handle. I highly recommend this business !

My experience with Caliber Collision, was great. The got my car and gave me am estimate date that it would be ready. The completed the work before the estimated date. BEWARE!!!! Caliber collision and geico is a fraud... was rear ended they insisted I took vehicle to their shop..... after more then a week... they call back saying just the tow hitch was broke... getting rear ended at 50mph... it was bull I could see my rear axle shifted plain as day..... The adjuster Leslie said hitch and light plug was broke.... which was particularly odd because the light plug works... they are just trying to protect their client and make a little money along the way... remember you have the option too go somewhere else... dont let them trick you like they did me.

I had two incidents within a short period with my new truck. I have USAA and was given a choice where to take it. I chose Caliber Collision because of I have known the local expert experience of the manager, Tony Graziano. He has assisted with work on my vehicles in the past. Joseph Perry was my estimator and set me up for my repairs promptly and professionally. My new truck looked like it was in a construction derby in my mind. After the first accident I was upset, the second I was just bewildered. I knew if I took it to CC, Tony and staff would make it right again. I was not disappointed. I do not know the staff that did the work but I can tell you that what they did made the truck as if the accidents never happened. I was often updated by Joseph on status of the truck. It needed significant repairs on each side so it took time to deconstruct, then get correct parts (known and unknown), prepare for paint, paint, reassemble. Joseph even made the effort to get me a different style grill that I asked for that was no extra charge (same price) but it took effort and time on his part. Overall, the repair process was not a mystery nor was there any guessing on my part. They delivered the vehicle on the day promised and the repairs to the damage were perfect. I am using them again on another project that is a bit more sensitive to me and I would not take it anywhere else.

Not satisfied with the work they had with my car manager anthony and front office lady was rude they made me wait 45 minutes just for the keys and they mishandled my paperwork. Didnt clean my car wasnt vacuumed and the manager was rude he was the one who lost my paperwork. Nothing is aligned. Theyre unprofessional for people want to take their car there. A1 collision is so much better for those who want their car done right and on time. They beg to take the review down Im not going to because I am speaking the truth. The paint didnt even match on the car. Please everyone think twice before coming here.

They were great and fast!! My car went in on the 18th and I told them I needed it done before the end of the month because I was moving out of state. Well after fixing damage on both sides and an issues with the insurance company(not their problem but they helped me handle it, which was awesome!) they had it all finished by the 28th! Very happy with the fix and the time frame it took. Also their employee Junior made sure to call me and keep me updated through out the process. Id say I am completely satisfied and happy! Got told to come in between 4:45 and 5pm to get my car, i get there and wait till after 5pm just to be told they forgot to put my new wheel on and it still needs an alignment. Took off work early to pick my car up just to be told its not ready and that they arent even sure the wheel is even there.Take your vehicle elsewhere.

Took a car there for minor damage took them a week to fix it. Obviously they dont pay great because there were things that came up missing.

No problem so far with this shop, had a repair done when the shop was under another name/ownership in 2012 and the paint started to chip off the front bumper, Caliber took care of it under there lifetime warranty with no charge, then had some minor damage that needed repair and they took care of it all in one day with follow up phone calls for updates.

I brought car here because of farmers insurance. 3 days before i got my car back i got a call. That the part they ordered was aftermarket and it didnt fit right so they woul need to order a another aftermarket because the my insurance didnt cover for an oem part. The people got an oem part for me and now i got a new insurance company that does cover for all oem. Parts. I was mad at when i got the call but I understand its not their fault i got it later. great.......job

I had almost the same exact experience with my Altima. Someone backed over me on August 13. I saw caliber collision as fast, easy, and reliable collision repair shop. I thought ok cool my car will be done in no time. I was told it would be finished in the end of August 27- 30 or so, ok. I called in on 25 to ask when my car would be done, only to be told, uh its still in the remove damaged parts stage, it wont be done till we are in early September. What?!! Ok I guess. Then I was told, ok ... Your car will be finished on 16 of September. That was delayed again. It was finally completed today 22.
