Went for a oil change yesterday, they checked my air filter pulled it out to show and tell me that my filter was darker than the guy that was working on my car but unfortunately they didnt have any in-stock... the person that took the air filter off didnt put everything back together as should all screws were loose and not bolted down as should....something told me when I got home pop the hood to double check it so I did and i discovered it was a mistake and it was the last time I take my vehicle there...

Very informative as well as honest.The last oil change I had in a different city was trying to sell me an air filter these guys said I was in good shape until next time.Great service. Fast.

Got to the shop right as it opened and was in and out very fast! Kenny was absolutely amazing!! They were very quick and even gave my son a juice box while we waited. Super friendly! I love how you don’t even have to get out of your car. Definitely makes it easy on a mom with kiddos!

I like pulling in and waiting in my own car, I just wish they checked the air in my tires everytime and would vacuum or offer a place to vacuum myself.

I decided to come here for an oil change because I had just moved into a new house and didnt have all my tools at hand. I usually do my own oil because it is way cheaper. I came to this location for an oil change. Come 3k miles later and I decide to change my oil, I went under the car to find that the drain plug is over tightened. It is completely stuck and wont budge. They should know that the oil plug should never be over tightened.Will never go back, inept and under knowledged.

Went by a couple months after my oil change needing oil. They topped off my oil and checked my wind shield wipers at no charge to me. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Went for an inspection and was in and out under what felt like 5 minutes. They were super friendly and professional. It was pouring that day but they went above and beyond and made sure my tires were properly inflated which were low by about 10-15psi so Im very grateful for that. Will be coming here in the future for all my vehicle inspection needs. Especially now during covid their contactless service was great.

My 1st time going to take 5 all change that drew drew respectfully and honest and as show you the oil that it has been changed and theyre not like some other places that you go they say that change your O and they put a red towel on the plug but they are very clean social distancing and very respectful I will go away always go back

Went there recently for an inspection, only cost me 20 bucks. No wait time and dude was very professional, even showed me all the little levers and switches on my car and answered any questions i had. Would highly recommend this place as they provide fast, quality service and always extremely courteous. Also provide oil changes, change wiper blades and can replace air filters as well.

Went in to do an oil change and they did it fast but made a mess with the oil. It was all thrown on the inside and when i left started burning up and i thought my truck was heating up. Will be trying another one next time instead.

Went in to get a top off just like the sticker says free top off and air check but I cant get a top off because I went over my 3k miles but yet they printed me a sticker for 6k miles so thats between my oil change right?

I love this place. So convenient and fast. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. You don’t even have to get out of your car while they’re working! The day I went in, it was obvious the manager was training some very young technicians on certain procedures. It was refreshing to see their enthusiasm as well as the manager’s experience. I’ve also gone in to when one of my tires is low on air. No purchase necessary and they take care of it right away.

The costumer service, was just unbeatable. they made sure I was aware of everything that my car needed and the best solution for it, they just want to make sure you’re AWARE of the state of your car. In the past when I used to get my oil changes at the dealership, It was breaking my pocket and always felt intimidated because they wanted to do everything in their power to force care packages on me, but thankfully this was my first time at Take 5 and it definitely will not be my last, the costumer service was just a 10/10 definitely recommend. Guys at the shop where very nice! Tried to find me a great deal and coupons. Overall saved me 50% of what I would’ve paid somewhere else! Service was FAST. Brought my car for its first oil change here. I had a coupon from their website so I figured why not.I went early morning on a Monday. 2 guys were working there and were very helpful. One guided me into the bay and the other guy started to get my info. From start to finish, I couldnt have been there longer than 20 minutes.Only complaint I have, and Im nitpicking at this point, is that the guy kind of rushed through the options for which oil I could use.Overall, I had a good experience and I plan on taking my car there again.

I love the fact that I do not have to leave the comfort of my car to get an oil change. It was fast and easy. The service team was excellent on checking my tire pressure and asking me about my wind shield wipers. And also showing me the oil stick.. This is my second time coming here..

Most amazing and painless oil change Ive ever had! I was in and out in 8 minutes, I kid you not, I set a timer when I pulled in. These guys are extremely professional and efficient. I cant give enough praise about this place! They provided very satisfactory service. After the tech input all of my information in the system and got me checked out, I was offered a cold bottle of water while I waited the remainder of my short visit.They not only changed my oil but also topped off my coolant, windshield wiper fluid, and checked my tire pressure. A+ service, Ill definitely return as a repeat customer and refer this place to others!

I’ve never been to an oil changing place where you stay in your car while they do the work, so this is a new experience for me. From the very start to finish, the service people were courteous and answered all my questions. They changed the oil, put air in my tires and topped off the engine fluids. Then they offered me a bottle of cold water and sent me on my way! I imagine I will use them again, in hot sticky Houston any kind of quick service with ice water at the end is appreciated!

Great experience for my daughter and I. The oil change only took a few minutes and our cashier Bret was very knowledgeable and caring when it came to my questions. He checked everything for me under the hood and even gave my daughter a juice when she was being fussy. The whole staff was polite and caring. Taking my husbands truck next!

I’m very pleased with Take 5 and this team at the Southmore location. I arrived to a clean, well organized shop where everyone (that I could visibly see) was working thoroughly on the car before me. When they guided me into the facility, they didn’t make me feel uncomfortable and greeted me with smiles and asked if I wanted a refreshment. While I drank my bottled water, I watched them work effectively as a team and communicate their work amongst themselves and loud enough for me to hear as well- which was very reassuring. I had some questions about my service and the manager, Trish was more than helpful and explained everything well. This location Is out of my way but worth the extra miles for outstanding service!

How is this place supposed to serve customer when you have essential workers work until 5 and some until how knows what time and try to get an oil change and they tell you they closed already. They just lost a customer and that of my companys business as well.

Being a regular customer, I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change. Once again the guys on Southmore out did themselves, this time my oil cap got stuck, they worked on it as a team, till they got it off and replaced it with a new one. Thank you Take 5!

First time here was with my 2014 Camry on 10/16/18, these guys gave me the best service ever. Pulled in got welcomed with a water got my oil change in 10 minutes, didn’t even have to get out the car. Best customer service ever, so today 10/17/18 I decided to bring my 2014 Yukon and it happened again, it was like dejavú. I strongly recommend these guys and the work communication they have between each other is beyond this world. I think I’m done doing my own oil changes and I will definitely be here every 3,000 miles since it’s literally between my business and home.

My engine light came on as I was in downtown Houston headed to San Antonio and quickly found another store. STORE 86 !!! AWESOME STAFF !!!! All 3 gentlemen jumped in looking for the problem. I wished I remembered there names but they said my air filter wasnt properly reattached and fixed the issue. I am 5 minutes from the store in Pasadena but will take the 45 minute drive into downtown for Store 86 !!! Please give Store 86 10 Stars and Ill see them on my next oil change !!!
