Ive been a customer for 4 years and never had any issues regarding theyre internet service except for one time. Its hard to get in touch with them by phone and they have long wait times but theyre service is pretty good. Internet runs smoothly almost always.

Service is a joke. Constantly down. Act like you dont know enough to unplug it and reboot the router. Cant talk to a human when you call. Still get charged full prices for literally days of service interruption. What else can be said other than highway robbery?

Very slow.can never get ahold of anybody. Somebody called me today and never submitted my note for technician. Internet issues for three months. Agent says there’s issues with internet but fails to update my account with note. Outdated equipment that won’t work. Agents read my messages and leave me on read. WHERES XFINITY, SPECTRUM, something other than these guys

Why does Atlantic Broadband do nothing but argue with me. Why does it take hours opon hours to talk to somebody. I think this is being done on purpose because it’s getting worse. I’m about to have my equipment completely shut off and I’m moving to another company and then they’ll lose my money/service the money I pay is not even worth for this company especially when I’ve had no internet for two days and they want to argue on why it’s me and not there modem

This place is a RIP off, once they have you they constantly raise their fees, I started at $ 150. Per month and now its $ 199.22 a month for nothing on TV I dont even get NFL network, They are the only one in the area so they have you over a barrel, I am currently looking for some other options

My internet service goed down on a good week 20-30 times, finally canceled my cable seeing this problem has existed for 4-5 yrs or better, called a week or 2 ago and they were going to send someone out with a new modem, havent seen a new modem as of yet. Think its time to get Pa attorney general and the FCC involved, seeing its been down over an HR tonight, Draft Day. Ive reset power turned surge protector off unplugged cable at least 3-4 times each tonight. They dont care they onlare oury option here.

Staff is caring in the office but their service tech and their internet could use a lot of work. I have complained to their corporate office about their internet but they are the only fish on the sea in this area and they forgot customer service

Bottom line up front: Not even a customer, but I can tell you this company is not worth the effort.Absolutely horrid customer service. If youre considering using this company for your service, go with somebody else.No account security, whatsoever. If I know your phone number, I can change information and service on your account and adjust your bill. They ask no personal verification questions and will actually tell you the address on the account just by providing the phone number. As I sit in the phone with them for the third day in a row, Im making changes to somebodys account on their behalf, but they dont know that apparently.Local staff is great, but the company as a whole is terrible. Their high prices, predatory tactics, and terrible service are not worth the effort. If you call in for new or upgraded service, youll notice that you will immediately speak to somebody. God forbid you have a problem or want to change your service though. Youll wait on hold for a minimum of an hour and a half, just to have them transfer you to the right department to help you.Examining the fine print in their bundles ( the things you have time to do when youre on hold forever), youll notice scheduled rate increases hidden in there. Within 24 months, your paying over $30 extra a month, and $38 in taxes and fees (b/s franchise fees, network recovery fees, local programming fees, etc). So whatever They quote you, you can add about $70 a month and know thats what youll be paying down the road when you stop paying attention to your bill.They have this Cable modem locked at 1 Mbps right now, and Im on my third day of getting through to get this resolved. Called Tech support and after 50 minutes, they told us they couldnt help us and had to transfer us to another department. When they answered another 50 minutes later, we were told that it was after normal business hours (it wasnt when we called originally) and would receive a call back the following morning.At 0900 the next morning we received a call from Atlantic Broadband for an automated survey, and nothing more. The phone line went dead and I was forced to call back. I spent an hour and a half on hold before I had to hang up. Were on day three now, and Im sitting at 51 minutes on hold now before I spoken to anybody.If youre thinking you can walk into the local office to solve any of these issues, think again. The local office will make you call the automated phone service, as theyre just there for home installations and Hardware exchanges.Im not even an Atlantic Broadband customer but dealing with these guys has been such a headache, I would rather pay anybody else than give these guys a dime.

If I could give no stars i would..They didnt install my equipment right in Feb but I been calling since February but they only go by the day I called and made a fit because it was recorded and the tech John did a awesome job reinstalling everything that the other tech screwed up.. So instead of 2 months free or even one month they only credit me 36.00 which is bs because every time I called they wanted to signal the issue from there office never offered a tech til April 21 he came and fixed it April 25. My first install was Feb 1 and kept losing my channels the phone nevered worked and Wi-Fi always kicked us off all because everything v53 no signal... Phone never had a dial tone til John came and fixed it today. He even said the first installment was horrible if I could go with a different company I would but they are the only one that service my areaThe only stars I would give the most is 5 stars to tech John.0 stars to everyone else that I talk and dealt with at Atlantic broadband

For the price I pay for high speed cable internet its worse than when I had verizon dsl and is very unstable, We are on our second modem in less than a year back with this company, The staff in Bradford is great the the service I pay for is garbage!

The company as a whole is one of the worst services...and it is the only provider in this area and i have no other option. Countless times our wifi has not worked, and they cancel our cable when we have paid already. it takes 2 hours to talk to a customer representative...and they never resolve our issue. the service always always goes out in the winter and they take hours to resolve it.

Awful customer service takes all day to get ahold of someone (unless you are going to pay a bill then they pick right up) service cuts out every week they will send technicians over to fix the problem and all they do is sit in the truck and come over and say they restarted the system and that should fix the problem, if anything else goes wrong call customer support
