I called on Wednesday afternoon to set an appointment to have my check engine light looked at and was told the earliest they’d get a chance to look at it was Monday, but I was welcome to drop it off Friday morning. I dropped it off at 8:45 am and by 10:30 am my service tech Veronica called to tell they identified the issue, called my warranty company (which is Ford not Chevy and has been an issue at other service departments), they agreed to cover it, and if I agreed to pay my deductible they could get started. I approved! I got another call at noon that there was another issue triggering the light. Veronica went ahead and called my warranty company and had that repaired too! I was able to pick my car up within hours of dropping it off!!! I will never go to another Chevy service department. Veronica and the team at this location are fantastic!

Everyone was very kind and professional. I was given a shuttle ride to work and when they were completed they realized they had enough time to come and pick me back up to get my truck before I was actually due for work that they came and picked me back up so I didnt have to pick it up at 4am in the 24hr lot. To me that showed great character and Monuments dedication to customer service. I was very pleased all around by the service provided

Update: Changed my review from 1 to 4 stars because they contacted me and resolved all issues. The issue with the broken door handle, they said was coincidental and did cost for unexpected repairs, but they fixed all issues within a day. Recommend checking out everything on the car before dropping it off and when picking it up.

I take gasoline and diesel trucks here because of the fast turnaround on repairs and the customer service. I see Julio Garcia when I need repairs he keeps me updated on my repairs and never keeps me guessing. Julio will take the time to explain everything regarding my repairs and I know I’m getting a fair deal and not being up charged.I have roughly 60 Chevy trucks gas/diesel within my company fleet and Julio handles all my service issue morning, noon, and night.

Refused to give me a free diagnostic due to a problem that they neglected to fix multiple times while the vehicle was under warranty. Now that it is not under warranty, the vehicle needs more expensive work and they will not cover any of it. Not even the diagnosis.

I truly enjoy going to Monument Chevrolet for all my vehicle maintenance. Mikal McClendon is one awesome service advisor that has a great attitude whenever in his presence, keeps you updated on the process, and always precise on his information. When I drive up to service he greets me with a smile and is very cheerful. Monument has also been my familys place to go for vehicles they are very family oriented especially the staff. Again kudos to my sales advisor.

I purchased a used vehicle from Monument Chevrolet in June. As part of the purchase, they agreed to repair the brakes to correct a vibration which occurred while applying the brakes. However, I continued to have the same issue. I brought the vehicle back to have them check it, and they not only replaced the rotors, but also the battery. They were able to correct all the issues and it was all covered under parts warranties. I appreciate their willingness to listen to the issues, inspect the vehicle, and make things right. They stood behind their sale and took care of business.

Surprisingly good actually. I went in for recall work on a GMC and they took care of it. I contacted 4 people on the visit, all were helpful and informative.I did offer some CP work to offset the warranty but they were too busy....and thats ok. Busy is good.5 stars !

Horrible service. Brought my gmc because my brakes are making a noise, and they didnt find anything wrong and yes they are still making noise. Also brought my car because when I go over a speed bump it makes a noise when it drops. Of course they didnt find anything. All they was able to do is charge me for 3 days of car rental and a oil change, plz if u care so much leave a email where I can send u videos or more info

Unprofessional to say the lease. My son had his car taken here for a fuel pump issue. At first they could not started the car due to a key issue, once they received the key it took 2 more weeks to fix what the car was bought there for. My son have an extended warranty on the car but we had to end up paying for it because the technician said my son did not tell him, he had an extended warranty. My son said he did, I was very dissatisfied with the way stuff came out😓

Sometimes it appears that everything goes wrong. It did to me when I brought my truck in to check my display. It appeared to be possessed. It would start editing itself and at one point called Onstar but would not let me answer. So I brought it in to a Chevy dealer to see what was wrong. They said it was the display screen. They ordered one and told me they would call me the next day to install it. Well I never got a call so I called them. It appears my service advisor had to go to the dentist. Well I did get a call later, after the part I needed was verified at the service department. When I got to the dealership I showed them the paperwork I got the day before. Well it turned out that it was not and I have no clue if I lost it or ...Bottom line, they are working in my truck. Maybe I should have stayed in bed. I am rating them 4 stars because they listened to me and got me in to fix my truck today. They were as patient as could be. And that folks is good customer service. The rest was just a bad Halloween trick.

Would get 5stars but First appointment I booked online somehow overbooked and they had to change my appointment. Then when I got there for my actual appt. I had to wait several minutes for someone to greet me and get my oil change started and the oil change and tire rotation seemed to take a bit longer than the first time I went there.

Nick in the service center was AWESOME. I bought a 2019 Chevrolet Impala from a used car lot and I immediately took it to Monument Chevrolet to have it checked out because the A/C didnt work, but everything else with the car was amazing. Yesterday, Im let know by Nick the car I just purchased 3 days ago, had been wrecked, submerged, the key had been cut and all kind of other issues. I am SO GRATEFUL FOR NICK HIMSELF AND MONUMENT CHEVROLET FOR DOING THE 110 POINT INSPECTION ON MY CAR AND LETTING ME KNOW BEFORE I GOT TRAPPED. I took the car back today to the lot with the paper work Nick gave me and got my money back.10 STARS NICK!!! Thank you so so much!! Quick service. Labor fees are ridiculous and the hours are determined by service rep. 15 min job will be charged for an hour of work. Unfortunately, for people that want to use a trusted Chevy dealership for service. Ill will look for a general Chevy mechanic for reasonable cost and service.
