Great service and really spot on diagnostics. I had a few issues with my Subaru. The shop ive used in the past didn’t seem as reliable as they used to be. My wife had taken her car here in the past, and I really liked how the owner didn’t talk down to her or I. so I thought I’d give them a try, and I’m really glad I did. I had a few service things done, but my biggest concern was a rattle in the front end that 2 other places couldn’t find. I very happy to report that the rattle is gone! Now, they’re not the cheapest place I’ve ever gotten my car serviced, but they are the most thorough. I’m my opinion the repairs were worth every penny. I have respect for their integrity and trust in their workmanship.
I got referred here from another mechanic. Theyve worked on both my Dart and Volvo. Both times the work was done quickly and reliably. I would trust these guys to work on anything.
To be clear. I contacted other shops for estimations to have my Honda Civic radiator replaced. Google helps. And every other shop in Pasadena I contacted gave me a dime estimation. The person if this shop unfortunately gave me a range from 500 to 1000. No one in any of the other shops I contacted gave me such a high cost. Absolutely not. Please be cautious when considering having your car checked and repaired. Check and ask more than one shop. This shop gave me the worst experience and highest cost. Good luck.
Abe is amazing. My 2003 mustang cobra has never driven so straight. I recently had a bunch of performance work done at another shop who did an awesome job but unfortunately they couldn’t get the vehicle to align properly ( they sublet that type of work out to a nearby shop) and the steering wheel was off center and pulled to the right.Abe took me in took care of the problem. I noticed the difference immediately and was taken back of how quickly he did the work and how fairly priced he was. Knowing how complex a modified independent suspension system can be. I will gladly pay double for that type of work and hope that everyone else who either reads this or has visited Pasadena automotive will recognize their hard work.I strongly recommend him to anyone who needs a professional shop and is looking for someone who can help them solve their problem. Thanks again Abe and Pasadena Automotive-Frank-
This place is amazing! when something goes wrong with my car I am always weary of where to go and whether or not the mechanic is being honest. This place came recommended by a friend and I can see why. The service was fast and accurate. Abraham was really straight forward and accommodating and the whole staff goes above and beyond to help you out. Cost is reasonable. Overall I have nothing but great things to say about this shop and it goes without say, this has become my new spot.
Abraham was recommended by a mutual friend and we were very impressed by the workmanship and, especially, the attitude that he and his wife, Mary, reflected. There were ways to charge us more than they did for group of several services and they avoided them, making us long-term customers.Eric Younger
Got myself a 5 week old kitten stuck in the dashboard, hidden behind the radio. She was stuck in there for over 12 hours, and I spent the entire night trying to get her out.I eventually gave up, and came to this place earlier than when they open to get some help. I was afraid if I didnt go early, the heat in the car would of killed the kitten. The man who helped me, I wish I remembered his name, even though he told me he had a packed schedule and usually takes appointments, got the kitten out in just 10 minutes! It was amazing, I cant thank him enough.
Appointment only. Im looking at used cars that sell fast, I dont have time to schedule appointments days from now.
Best in class service, honest shop, work always done properly and on time. I recommend to friends and family all the time.
You always get what you pay for. Pasadena auto repair might not be the cheapest, but you get the best service. Recently a lesser auto repair diagnosed my catalytic converter needed replacing, a $1,500 repair. Well, luckily I thought id get a 2nd opinion. I am so glad I did because Pasadena auto repair saved me $1,500 in unnecessary repairs. The jackass that diagnosed my catalytic converter is just that, a royal jackass. Turns out it had nothing to do with my converter. The guys at P.A.R. took the time and accurately diagnosed my truck, 2000 Toyota Tacoma with 250k miles, and made the necessary repairs. Love these guys and trust them 100%, without a doubt!
The rudest owner I’ve ever felt with and that’s saying something speaking about automotive
Great service, thank u
