If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I went for an inspection and they attempted to scam me. They took my car and told me that it would not want to turn on. They blamed it on the battery and stated that it had “corrosion”. My car had 0 problems prior to this visit; they tried to charge me $80 to fix the battery. I told them that I know that there is nothing wrong with my car and to return it to me. “Miraculously”, my car turned back on and nothing was wrong with it. Never again am I going to this place- Inspector Quick is way more reliable.

I just left this location after a long drive from Dallas. This team is professional, timely, and truly care about customers. I of course, needed a lot of work done, as I had hit past my reminder mileage sticker number. LolTires rotated.. done.Wipers replaces..done.Oil filled up and ready to go.Extreme care about customers, and very clean waiting room. Safety is their number one concern.Thank you for everything.

I was greeted nicely when I arrived. Check in was easy. There was no call to state that the oil change was completed. We waited several hour for a call and then ended up calling to see what was taking so long. Other than that, everything was good.

Went for oil change and fuel filter change on my Big Horn 3500 and their mechanic couldnt get fuel filter off.... Hmmmm

They are friendly and fast, they also do the most they can before you leave

Just watched the contents of my oil pan get dumped because they forgot the oil filter. Got that sorted and the tire pressure they said theyd checked had not changed and was still really low. They didnt fall short on the bill. All services were listed even though they obviously werent performed. My fleet will not be coming back.

Due to Covid and cancer I could not be in the waiting area for normal customers... the tech understood this and he would walk out to speak to me while wearing his mask every time he had a question or to show me which things he recommended changing and he would tell me why.

Came in for an oil change/air filter replacement and they finished in about twenty minutes, which is pretty impressive compared to the other places Ive been to. Definitely coming back here next time!

Jiffy Lube on 6919 Spencer Hwy one of the best Ive been to. You will get EXCELLENT customer service when Rodolfo R, Elias Z., Timothy M., and Michael A. are working, from them opening you car door and kindly greeting you(like chick-fil-a employees) and professionally asking what they could do for you. Was walked to the waiting room and once my truck was done they walked me to my truck and made sure I was a happy camper.

Always the best and fast service. Very knowledgeable and really good prices. Workers are always so nice too!

Fastest oil change Ive ever had!

Marcos and the team here were super professional and courteous! I came in for an oil change and state inspection and they had me in and out much faster than I expected. Several cars came in behind me but they seem to be working efficiently to take care of everyone in a timely manner.

Pulled up and asked for an oil change. They pulled my car in and I went to the waiting room and watched, they proceeded to take my intake filters out and I stopped them and told them not to replace them and to only change the oil. They never asked me if I wanted to change those filters they were just gonna charge me for them without telling me. My filters were less then a month old btw. Also told me my rear differential was leaking and I said Ill have the dealership take care of it and I took my car to the Lexus dealership I bought it from and they said that it was motor oil that the jiffy lube had put around my differential to make it look like it was leaking. Never coming here again they will SCAM YOU FOR YOUR MONEY

The service manager explained everything they did, checked the brake fluid to make sure it didnt have rust in it, showed me the air filter, explained the different types of oil and the cost.

I’ve been coming here for 2 years already and recently ever since they got a new manger “Billy” the prices are ridiculously increasing. I was told by an ex employee that he’s trying to make a better name for himself to the branch mangers.

Great customer service; their attitude was polite and genial. While getting the oil changed, they informed us of other possible problems. They then gave their advice but, most importantly, they did not push us to buy or mislead us on anything. Will definitely return in the future.

I bring my own oil and filter, and it still cost me $41..freaking outrageous. I used to bring all my cars here and never paid that much using there oil. I will NEVER come back here again. Loyal customer gone.
