I enjoyed patronizing this gem of a nail salon for the past 2 years. Unfortunately, I had called a week or so ago to schedule my usual appointment with Lisa and Tony, and was so disheartened to find out that there was a management change and Lisa and Tony are no longer with New Nails & Spa. I know that management changes happen everyday with businesses and organizations, but this one hits differently because Lisa and Tony made New Nails what it is. I cant brag enough about how clean and sanitized they kept things BEFORE COVID, the awesome pedicures and foot massages from Lisa, and Tonys consistency with your nails. I am really sorry to hear this, and hope that the same experiences I received will remain the same because its super hard to find good nail salons in Maryland with the service Lisa and Tony provided. I pray both parties continued success.

Been coming here for 2 years and I’ve always walked out with a set of beautiful nails! Service is fantastic, They make sure you’re comfortable and everything!Love this place always do a great job and know what they are doing. Awesome been to this place twice and have never been disappointed like some other places Ive gone too. My sister and I love this place for girls out time. Highly recommend!!! :) Lisa and tony!

Best experience I’ve had since I moved to Pasadena maryland !! Lisa made me laugh non stop and made me feel so welcome. She did an amazing detailed job on my pedicure. My SNS was perfect with tony !! I’m so happy I tried this place. this place went ABOVE AND BEYOND!

Tony and Lisa were great! They are very detail oriented, and all is well. My feet feel great thanks to Lisa and my hands look wonderful thanks to Lisa.Price basic pedicure 25 and sns 45 I was spent 70 and plus tip around 90 .I think the work they did was probably the best I ever had . But, they never had to raise their prices because of the pandemic, it very kind of them. Some of nails around they had been raise but NoT This Place. Lisa and tony quality of work .They are going by appointment every will .. because the pandemic, which good for us. I feeling safety’s went I coming to NEW NAIL.5/5 Stars, and I would love to come again

New Nails is the BEST! I wont go anywhere else to get my nails and toes done. tony and Lisa have created an inviting and relaxed atmosphere with the best staff! The salon is extremely clean and the service is top notch. I highly recommend it!

Best place in the Pasadena area! They have good customer service and fast service. They take their time on your nails and make sure that they are perfect. Prices are reasonable! They even offer you beverages. I recommend this place.

It was nice and clean inside. I saw the lady wipe down stations to keep everything nice and sanitary. Lady made sure I was liking the color of the nail polish that I picked out. She was very sweet.

This place is bomb! Always Great customer service ! They go beyond for customers ! They would even do investigation work for you lol (inside joke) Lisa and tony team are bomb nail techs ! I read the great reviews and came here to get a pedicure. I have now been sitting here for 30 minutes.Well. The pedicure has been absolutely worth the wait. This lady really took her time and made sure to get all the callous and ugly stuff off my heels. This is very important to me. Quality. And then the salt exfoliation, and Then the hot stone massage. Yallllll......heavenly. Absolute quality.

This place is a must for nail care. Technical is great. The staff are polite and friendly, unlike some of the other shops. And they have many years of experience. The utensils are sterilized after each use. Super pleased with their finessed results. I continue to be such a big fan of New Nail.

I came here on Friday to get a pedicure. I have to say that LISA did a phenomenal job. She was so patient, detail oriented, and she has been the best person to do my toe nails so far. I am soooo happy that I found her...I will be making appointments with her in the future!

LOVE this nail salon! Very clean and efficient! The liners in the pedicure basins are a great feature. The massage pedicure chairs are the best I have ever experienced. Tons of polish colors to choose from. Lisa is best pedicure, I would make appointment with Lisa .

I got the dip powder about not even 1 week ago and they have already started to chip off. This is first time this has happened to me when I get my nails done by The guy sit number 2 .( I didn’t know him name. When tony and Lisa do my dip lasted over 3 weeks. The best is waiting Lisa or tony ..

Love this place. Its one of the cleanest and coolest nail spas Ive been to! Relaxing music and good energy from the employees makes it a really enjoyable experience. I think Ive been three times and every time Ive left happy. 2 out of the 3 times Ive also had some kind of promotion applied to my purchase which is awesome. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nails always look great when I get them done too (gel mani). Will keep going back

Finishing up with a pedicure at this salon and let me tell you what a fantastic experience. I work retail and am on my feet 10 hrs a day so my favorite part of a pedicure is the massage and I think I had a 30 min massage . This was hands down the best pedicure Ive ever had. thanks you Lisa

Small place. You need to call ahead as there are only two people operating the business.I do both mani and pedi. They do a good job on both.New Nails is conveniently located in the battery warehouse .The atmosphere is very relaxing, clean, and friendly. Tony & Lisa are my absolute favorites. I would be very surprised if there was a design or style you were looking for that they could not accomplish.

Was sad to hear that Tom sold this business but came back today to give it a try with the new owners.. Delighted to say we had a fantastic experience. Pedicure, color options and painting were too notch. Will be back for sure!!!!

I have been going here for about a year now and I love this place! Tom is absolutely amazing, everyone is very polite! Very clean, lots to offer, always getting new polishes, and doing new things, I recently moved to ellicott city and will continue to only go to this salon.
