I had an Amazing experience with Julie. I really liked how sweet she was & this spa is so clean. They are very conscious of COVID-19 sanitary precautions which made me happy. I highly suggest anyone looking for some Self-Care or just a regular nail or brow service....to come here. They treat everyone like they’re family. 5 stars our 5 stars in my books.

I have been here a few times but this one was the last, Mr. John was so so drunk he didnt know what he was doing. He literally left my feets the same way i was, didn’t put soap in the water, didn’t cut my nails evenly, didn’t paint my nails good, he also paint my toes. What a shame, really im so disappointed $25 for a lost hour of my life!!

I hate to leave a bad review but this was the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. I will say I am really particular about my nails--so if you just need a reasonably priced mediocre manicure go for it. But the shape up was not consistent across my nails, the paint was SO uneven and lumpy, the edges were sloppy, and there were strange sharpe points (I guess popped bubbles?) on the surface of three nails. If these types of issues would bother you, skip this place. I wanted to take it off right away but figured I would wait a week and go somewhere else, but two nails started to chip anyway only two days later so I just removed it all myself. Bizarre.

I have been having a hard time finding a nail salon ever since I moved to Maryland. The first time I went I went to Pro Nail my wait was one hour and when I walked in they said to sit and they would be right with me.... So that frustrated me. I have tried many other salons and have had horrible luck and returned here because they had such good reviews I thought maybe I just had one bad experience. I have been going here for about 4 months now and I have been satisfied with their work however I cannot ever figure out the prices! Sometimes my fill is $30 sometimes $40 or $45 and a new set $50. This is so aggravating! I get the same thing every time (acrylic nail with gel polish) but different colors why does the price always change?! This has been a problem at almost every salon I go to so I have continued to go here but if price is your deciding factor, try to ask upfront-but you will need to do this EVERY visit or it will fluctuate.

I recently move to the Glen Burnie area and i was trying to find a new nail salon to go to. They are the best! ASK FOR TIM OR CHERRY... one younger guy did my nails once and he was very rough and they werent as good as the past two previous times. They are so friendly and they take their TIME. I hate when you go to salons and they rush through it. But i generally go here on a weekday or Sunday when it’s not busy and every-time the techs take their time and do a great job. They offer refreshments which is nice and rare especially with all the competition it makes them stand out. Prices are fair $25 for a full set i always get gel polish and it generally ends up being around $35- 40 but it’s worth it. My nails always look great... in the picture with the white nails was after 2 weeks... before i went back for a fill in and they still looked decent....ive been there twice and will continue to go back.

I love this place! Not only do they do a great job with acrylics but the whole atmosphere is relaxing. My grandmother and mom have really sensitive feet and he made sure to be gentle and help them as much as possible. I recommend this place to everyone !

Ive been going here for a month. I ran across this place by accident, late night ( 8pm )... I met Uncle John....what a loving spirit!!!!.. His wife is awesome too!!!.. I since then have bought 4 people and they LOVE the experience and conversations!!! Definitely my home for nails and pedicures!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst place to get your nails done. Very dirty. Horrible service. To expensive. The lady that did my nails was so rough. She cut my finger 2 times. She kept restarting as if she didn’t know what she was doing. They were very rude an lazy with there work. The fan had SO much hair on it. When I was drying my nails hairs got stuck on the polish. The lady then proceeded to tell me it was MY fault. I had to tell her that her fan was dusty and hairy. My nails are lumpy and so horribly painted. I had to go to a different nail salon to try to fix them. I went with a few friends and they also did horrible. It was as if they were rushed and they also wouldn’t pay attention. I hate this place. Never again and I will make sure no one I know goes again as well.

Very nice staff. However, I paid $70 for a gel manicure, spa pedicure w/callus removal, and tip. My gel manicure didnt last a week. 7 out of 10 of my nails chipped after a few days. Ive been getting gel manicures for 9 years. Mine never chip; they merely grow out. I dont know if he used the wrong procedure and/or base/top coat; but I couldve gotten a regular manicure for less than half the price if it was going to chip. No callus removal was done even though I paid extra for it. I didnt realize it until I got home and the bottom of my feet were no softer than when I visited. Because the people were nice, I will give them ONE more chance. But I refuse to continue to pay $70 for a service that was worth maybe $40 total. If it happens again, I will not be back (which will be unfortunate, because I live in walking distance from them and had hoped they would be my regular place).

AWESOME. Uncle John is very friendly. He made me feel at home. The place is immaculate. I had a pedicure which was very relaxing. I would highly recommend.

Came in on a Tuesday and absolutely enjoyed myself. Uncle Jon got started right away,soon as I walked in the door. The time and precision he took to work with me was amazing due to the fact that I am a nail biter. He made my experience very relaxing and very comfortable. Also had a great,engaging conversation. My nails look great and Im very proud!!! Next time you come be sure to ask for Uncle Jon.!!!!!

I go to Pro Nail & Spa with a friend. They were VERY friendly! And had strong hands which made for a great calf and foot massage. It is so amazing and neat! Thank you for inviting me back! & the salon was so good.

It had been years since my last pedicure, this was a spur of the moment decision, when I arrived I was greeted and treated to a glass of wine. When my friend arrived we went in and were ready to start when we planned to get pedicures we were going for the basic, then we upgraded to the sea salt and hot stones, what a great upgrade. We are going back for another one and that one we are going for the top of the line with the mud wrap and a manicure. What a great last minute decision to do on a Saturday afternoon. The staff were all very nice and friendly. Cant wait to go back again.

They do nice work as far as nails go but the professionalism has gone down the drain over the past year. Watch out for John who charged me $90 for services that normally cost $75. I didn’t dispute it but that was the last straw for me.

My mother-in-law gave me a gift card to get the best pedicure they have. I waited until the spring to use it. The person that was taking care of me… So annoyed that I was getting that pedicure. He was even more annoyed that I was using a gift card. I am pretty sure he didn’t pay more than five words in the whole 30 minutes but he was doing my pedicure. Very rude Service and I would never go back.

I was just there Sunday and loved it! My gel nails started chipping 2 days later. Night and day service ! I was told if they chipped I would NOT be charged. She only put 1 gel coat on. I was charged for the gel removal. I was treated so nasty by Tracey! She asked me if I was purposely picking my nails ! She sent me to TC today he was AMAZING. I feel horrible that I referred a friend who had to pay FULL PRICE for a manicure that she didnt get! When the tech told her that she couldnt do a design she than said that she didnt want it.$40 she was told she had to pay for 2 gel removals. Needless to say she left with no polish on her nails. They were EXTREMELY RUDE to her and I !

I love this salon. Ive been coming here for 3+ years and have never had bad service. They are reasonably priced. They have recently expanded to massages, hair and skin care with dermalogica products. I look forward to trying it out! Winnie the owner is absolutely awesome!! =)

Always ask for Uncle John! The exclusive pedicure included a hot stone massage and lasted for over an hour. Best service I have ever had! He fixes nail issues that I thought were hopeless!

ORGANIC NAIL SALON !!! :) I am so happy that there is now an Organic and affordable nail salon in the area -- I have extremely sensitive skin and it was always difficult for me to get my nails done before, and now I can ! Plus, it is better for everyone not to be exposed to so many chemicals. I am a perfectionist with very high standards -- I was pleased with the quality of my manicure and pedicure, and my skin looks and feels GREAT ! I am also a people person -- the staff were kind of quiet, but the owner went out of his way to talk to us, allow us to try new services, and make sure that we left happy. He cares about his customers and the success of his business. I will definitely go back !

This is the best place ever. I have been coming here for over 2 years now and I have not had a bad experience as of yet. John is great and everyone is nice and polite. They serve you water or red wine and they take care of your needs. The price is right and they give you a card to get stamped every time that you come so that you can get a little of the next visit. Came here to get a full set and pedicure for a friends bachelorette weekend. Price is very reasonable. They even offered me water which was a nice touch. Once again, I could not be happier with my nails! Hands down still the best place to get my SPA On! !

Pro Nails is a small salon but a genuinly fabulous experience. Everyone was so friendly, the conversation was easy, the wine was flowing, and my nails came out beautiful! Perfect!

I go no where else the shop is always clean I get the best service period....and John makes my nails look good every time I go....john makes you feel like family hes the best.. The quality of their work is going downhill. A few of the staff are rude and have an attitude like they are doing me a favor. They used to take their time and do a thorough job but recently its like they rush through everything. I had been going there for years, but I no longer patronize this place.

Just the kind of Pedi Ive been searching for since moving. Kind and warm staff to start you off to a nice long relaxing pedi. Not a rushed feeling at all. Massage was wonderful leaving my legs feeling like melted butter. Hot stones are a must, just go for it. Next time you feel like spoiling yourself give these guys a try. Im definitely going back!

Im not from the area and really was looking for something to do. Im not one to get my nails done to often and usually just paint them myself. My friend had mentioned something about solar nails so I thought Id give them a try. He did such a wonderful job, took his time with it and made them look as if they were my real nails! I also got a free glass of wine, cant ever go wrong with that. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing pedicure! The hot wax treatment was wonderful. Uncle John was great!

Tech acted as though I was bothering him then charged $10 extra for a design not done well. I did get a discount for the waxing but both my daughter and I broke out drastically afterwards still treating the rash (assuming either the wax was old or there was some cross contamination somewhere). Used to be my favorite salon but I will not be going back and neither will my daughters. Sad

The 2 times Ive been there have been polar opposites. This first time supper nice and the second very rude. But both times they cut up my fingers and toes and did the worst set of acrylics Ive ever had

This place is the absolute GREATEST! Uncle John gave me the Deluxe Pedicure-I cannot stress that it was soooo worth the money. My legs and feet are so frickin smooth!!! His hands are amazing massaging devices. Lol. The bad thing is I cannot imagine going back to the standard pedicure because the Deluxe was just THAT good. As a mom (of a little toddler) who never gets a chance to do any self pampering, this was a great treat. I will be back to him again and again...

Dont let Uncle John do youre nails. He was very rough, my nails were bulky and big and my finger was bleeding. I showed him a picture of how I wanted them shaped and everything, but instead he didnt listen to me and was to busy conversating and going back and forth.

Horrible experience! I enjoyed the red wine they were serving but it seemed as if the man doing my nails named Phuc had a little bit to drink as well. He knocked his monster over and several nail polishes. Needless to say, my nails were a mess. He messed them up several times and when he tried to fix them he just made the worse. But atleast he was nice :/
