I have always enjoyed getting my hair cut here. The stylists are always very helpful in obtaining the look Im looking for. Recently, I have been taking my son(3yo) to the same location. Both times I have taken him they did an amazing job. During the last visit they went above and beyond making sure he was comfortable and that the hair cut was a positive experience. They are always smiling and generally have good vibes. Not sure how that last part figures into a review, guess you will just have to go there and find out.

While the haircut is always outstanding. The check in an wait process needs to be refined. I shouldn’t have to wait over 2 hours and if I want to choose my barber that person should have their own list of clients and not take anyone who walks in after because they chose “first available” online.While I understand this is not a barbershop I take my hair very seriously and the professionalism of the establishment suffers when people are waiting for one stylist and they are taking people ahead of them when I am already in the store.

Mimi did a great job, I have very curly hair and she cut it so beautifully, really frames my face, will def be back ♥️

I usually go with a barber to get my haircut but I decided to try Sports Clips. I got my haircut from the assistant manager. She was one of the youngest team members but she seemed like she was very knowledgeable about everything. The products, the services, everything really. She made the whole experience awesome. I probably won’t go back to a barber anymore unless Sports Clips closes down or I can’t get that specific Assistant Manager. I didn’t get her name unfortunately but she was at the Sports Clips in Kyle. Definitely going back when I need another cut.

Checked in online because thats the only way.. Came in 10 mins early.. said I was on deck.. waited almost 30 mins.. guy walks in asks if he checked in, said no and was taken right back.. then another guy further down the list had his name called.. I walked out at that point and went down the street.. no wait, done in 10 mins.. and for less.. really? Now I guess I get an automated response saying they are sorry and to email them..

Their online system is a joke. I will check in and will say 30 min wait. I Show up in abt 20 minutes and it now says my wait is 50+ minutes. So it went from 30min to almost 1 hour and a half. It happens all the time.

Mimi cut my hair today. Ive never been to this store before, but I was in the area killing time and they only had a short wait time. I usually go to the store in Southpark Meadows.No problems today. I got a very good haircut and will likely become a regular with Mimi for a while and see how that goes.

I checked in online and there was a two hour wait, not a big deal. I get the text that my hairstylist is available. I come to the store and get checked in. I wait 35 minutes while there are three stylists talking at the register. The person who comes in 20 minutes after me gets taken back and 10 minutes later the other “stylist “ asks me for my name finally. Very unprofessional.

Stopped by for a quick cut. Checked in and waited maybe 10 minutes on a Friday afternoon. My stylist was very professional and detailed with my cut. I enjoyed that they had an updated and enforced mask policy and even provided a alternate while I got my cut.

One of the worst! Liars and very unprofessional! Always extend the times and let people in (even we booked before them). At first, they said 15 mins, then waited over an hour and yet, added another 20 mins. Very bad business, wouldn’t recommend at all. If there was 0 stars I would give them non.

Even though creepers come here, the girls handle themselves very well. Not a barbershop so no razor shave or bald fades and no getting lined up. For for a haircut, you cant beat the price nor the service. Haircut, wash, and two massages for 20bucks. They even do maintenance on it for free. And the wash and massage service is 7 bucks by itself. So... Good joint.

Make sure you sign on line and reserve a spot. It is not first come first serve. I cam in and one person was here. Sat there for 5 minutes then another 5 people came in and still got a hair cut before me. It is a hour wait if you do not go online first. Go somewhere else and save your self some time in life. Update 2 hours later Im done. All 6 people that walked in after me haircut and left before I was ever seated. Has to be the worst place.

Been going to Sport Clips since 1996, this location is easily my favorite.

Love it! Everyone their is amazing! I will only go to Morgan P. She knows what I like and gets it right every time! Shes always happy with a smile on her face. I take my daughter there also and they take great care of her hair as well.

This location is awesome! My boys love coming here. The entire staff is so sweet.

Went online and set up an appointment. I had been to this location 3 times before. Since my stylist was not available I chose another. I was set to show up at 1:14. I was notified early that the stylist chosen would be available in 10 minutes so I went to the location and signed in with 5 mins to spare. Somehow the stylist was gone on lunch break longer than expected and I could not wait. I came back the next day and was able to see my regular stylist Samantha. As always the haircut was spot on and to top it off I was given a free haircut for my troubles the day before. The stylist keeps notes on how you like your haircut and the customer service is fantastic. Always a cheerful staff.I went to the same barber for 53 years and he finally retired. I have found my new place to go and will continue to give them my business. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Sports clips always does right by me. Only shame is no beard trims during this time but its not the fault of sports clips.

I have not had the opportunity to get a haircut from anyone here or even meet the stylists. I checked in online and once I arrived I had another 20 min before I was on deck I remained on deck for nearly an hour, all the while others, probably regulars or friends, around me were coming on deck and getting a seat with a stylist. I waited about an hour before I finally got up and left I am usually a customer at my home sportsclips, and have been for several years, but I was coming through town and thought I would stop. Definitely not again.

These ladies are some of the nicest Ive ever met. They always greet me when i come in. They are very knowledgeable of the products they sell. I always feel welcomed when i step through those doors, best cut in the area! I go in looking like a neanderthal and come out looking like a current day man.

Christina M. is running store great. She does a great haircut and always shows me new products and can answer any questions I might have about them. Got me interested in the black cognac. Ive been looking for a product for beard. She quickly recommend it. Ill be in next week for it.

Ive been going here for years now and the staff does a good job and are friendly. Recently brought my four year old for his first big boy haircut and the stylist was great with him. Highly recommend.

Ive been here several times, and everytime is a hit. Ive been places that charge way more and the stylists arent as good. Here, they always take care of you.

Ive never in my life had to go get a haircut touched up, but due to a huge buzz above my ear I look like I just had surgery on my ear and they had to shave part of my hair. If the people reviewing would look more at their hair and less at the women doing the haircuts, they might realize their hair getting messed up too. I would recommend any other location. I would post a picture but its pretty embarrassing.

I never write reviews or respond to surveys but I feel it is my privilege to point out how amazing the Kyle, TX, location is. Christina is an amazing leader, and it shows through her enthusiasm, attention to detail, and mostly through the teamwork that she instills in her team. I dont know anything about cutting hair but as a former platoon Sergeant in the Marine Corps I can easily spot solid teamwork and strong leadership and the Kyle location should be the model of how any good business should be run. I love patronizing places with these traits and will enthusiastically continue to get my hair cut at sport clips in Kyle. I cant say enough how awesome it is to see small unit leadership, which is the backbone of the Marine Corps by the way, carried out in such an effective manner. Thanks for the great hair cuts and please keep doing what your doing in Kyle.

I just had one of the best haircuts in my two years here ok Kyle. Let me say I’m really picky, my hair is thinner up to so I like It a certain way. Elsa was my stylist, not only did she “fix” my hair cut from a previous cut, but she was really nice and did a remarkable job. I will definitely be going back to see her as my personal stylist

My husband got hair cut they are very nice but cant cut hair. He has gouged spots. It is not a smooth mans hair cut. Plus cost was 30.00 to look spotted on his head. Not worth it. Plus all they do is try to sell you all these products.

Went online and made a reservation for a haircut two hours later due to wait. Get there before my appointment time and the guy in front of me is complaining that he was a walk up and the machine did not register his check in. The employee proceeds to tell him that he and his son will be next in line ahead of the people that made appointments hours earlier. And he said this happened to him the last time he was there. Dont allow online appointments if you can just walk in and get ahead of them.

Haircuts arent too cheap. They have TVs on (ESPN) which is nice...its called sport clips after all. Aside from that theres not much to say, haircut or sportswise.They always do a decent job cutting my hair though. Take notes based on your prior visit too.

Hailey is by far one of the best hair stylist I have met. I have been coming to Sports clips now for a while and always a great experience, and always satisfied with my haircut. However with Hailey, she brought it to a whole new level. Precision, and the concept of hair being a art form is what she brought to the table and passed it with flying colors. Thank you Hailey

Up Side: Very nice staff. Down Side: Excessive waits. Been coming here a couple of years and it is pretty frequent to have 3 to 5 waiting and only have 2 stylist. Makes for a very long wait at 20 to 30 minutes a hair cut. Trying to keep cost low at the expense of the customer waiting 3 times longer.

When I moved to the San Marcos and Kyle area in 2015, I struggled to find the right place to get a haircut. It wasnt the way I wanted my hair cut, my hair is just hard to cut in general. When I first walked in to the kyle location, Christina greeted me with a smile and listened to what I wanted and cut my hair with no hesitation. I enjoyed my experience so much, here I am almost 4 years later and I am going to the same location. This time, every stylist knows how to cut my hair. I cant see myself going anywhere else. Give Christina and her team a chance and you wont either!

I like the products because they are from professional and established companies in hair care. I love the service of the MVP because I am being pampered and Sport Clips is the only place I go to get pampered; I have been going to Sport Clips for years! Been to multiple ones in San Antonio, Texas and Austin, Texas; the one in San Marcos, Texas; New Braunfels, Texas; in other states across the US and now the one in Kyle, Texas. I will only go to Sport Clips to get my hair cut.

Went to Sport Clips for the first time today and had Hailey as my hair specialist. She was a great help with all my questions and referring me to the correct items that I needed. Definitely telling my buds to head down there.
