I paid $68 for pedicure and manicure that I am not happy with it! You can see from the picture how bad she has done it (it is a picture right after I left the saloon). My hands were up in the air when she was polishing it, not stable way to do it! And look at my feet nail polish; how it easily destroyed after 30 when I got home!It wasnt professional that they talk non english together, didnt sound friendly to me! And the credit card machine wasnt working!!! I wont get back there! Not worth a money that you are paying!

It’s just ok but not perfect. I think the price is equal to the quality. The lady at the front (I guess she is the manager) doesn’t look friendly and welcoming at all. So if you have some special occasion I don’t recommend doing your nails here.

Best salon and staff. The service is always consistent. My pedicures are perfect. It’s clean and good prices. The owner is this beautiful woman and mother who works so hard and gets to know her customers by name. The salon also offers other services like waxing. Great location as you can go grab lunch or grocery shop afterward in the same plaza.

This was my first time going, and IT WAS AMAZING. Kaylee did my cute Easter nails - I highly recommend her! She added extensions to my natural nails, did a dip powder pink ombré, and painted an adorable Easter bunny on my ring fingers. She got right against my cuticle with the dip, so they look nice and fresh. ALSO, they’re being safe with COVID - masks, sanitizer, wall partitions, and separate dip powder containers. I’m so excited and relieved to have a great nail place! Thank you Kaylee!

Asked for a quick pedicure and she did it fast and also included a massage. Perfect.

It seems like if youre a regular you know what to expect, but when you are new everything seems off... One person showed me a list of prices while the other said no no no, pushed the paper under the table and started adding numbers on a piece of napkin for the final price. I had three different people working on my nails. Some equipment isnt too clean. At the end of the manicure/acrylics the woman walked away without warning.... I didnt know she had finished. I turned around, and she was scrubbing another customers feet. Very push-y on the payment. One employee kept hovering over the other as she worked on my nails. Not my cup of tea. Maybe this is what all nail salons are like.Thanks, but no thanks. $53 bucks for nails...

Absolutely ridiculous. Never seen worst customer service. I honestly cant believe they charge extra for someone to scrub your feet when youre already paying for a pedicure. Why would I pay extra for a pedicure if my feet were going to be left just as dry and calloused as when I arrived? None of their services are listed anywhere, probably because theyre so obscenely overpriced. I asked the woman, who didnt speak much English, how much my pedicure would cost and she said $40 with gel - MUCH more then most places but I figured it may be worth it, if my feet were going to be as smooth as a babys backside. Then I asked her to scrub my feet and she said that was extra. Then she said its usually extra to remove my gel polish but she was going to give that to me for free. I actually spoke to the owner on the phone since she had already left for the day and she continued to insist that all of their products were clearly listed as soon as you walk in which couldnt be further from the truth. I got up and left in the middle of my pedicure before they could tack on more hidden fees. Disappointed to say the least

Service here is always good. Equipment and salon are always clean and sanitized. Massage chairs and Whirlpool for pedicure. Staff is friendly and accomplished. Comfortable ambience. Always best to call for an appointment. Parking is available in a lot right outside the salon. This location is in the Vons complex at Colorado and Sierra Madre.Really like the people here! Very accommodating!

Let’s just say I should learn to do it myself and not go in there again bad bad bad job done.I did tip her anyway cause of the time she spent on me. Money wasted and dissatisfied.

I went to the nail lounge for the first time today I had a really good experience Lee did my hands and she did an amazing job would definitely go again.

Ask for cindy if you have ingrown toe nails. She wont hurt you or make you bleed like other people do. She also very friendly and gives great leg and foot massages.

I had a great experience at Nail Lounge. I visit here in Pasadena on occasion and needed a quick mani/pedi. Great job on my toes and fingers. Love that they carry OPI! The place was clean and nicely decorated. Prices were very reasonable. When they ask if you want this or that, you need to ask how much and not assume its free.

Salon is clean. Open late on sunday. But, when you tell them what you want and they give you a price pay before they start. Because when they done they charge you diffrent. Asked for them to take my nails off they told me $10, please tell me why i paid $26.00. Not happy
