Don’t order online pick up here!! The email and store’s directions don’t match up & there isn’t any store directions on how to pick up once you’re inside. You have to wait in line like everyone else so pick up is pointless. You will be waiting forever for curbside. Need to be more efficient.

The manager here, she wears glasses, light skin complexion, always has an attitude, hates her job, never in a good mood, takes long to serve the people, i hate dealing with her. She’s never wanting to do her job with a GOOD MOOD. If you dont want to be a open bright manager then this occupation isnt for you. So childish, GROW UP LADY!!!

The staff at this place has been super quick with my print order. I want to give a shout out to Kayla for being an absolute rockstar with my project. I wish this staff was at every Office Depot. Can’t praise them enough. Managers should be proud.
Well I read the reviews about how rude the printer girl is and then I went in to get something printed and the reviews do not lie, they need to get rid of her she’s rude as hell... for no reason.

The people at the printing side were so kind and patient. Helped me with my print job and were always friendly. I was helped by Taylor and there were more than a handful of us and she took care of each of us like a champ. Even though we could tell she had a lot to do, she kept her friendly demeanor and was fast and did her job well. She definitely deserves a raise and although there are other places I could go to get a faster print job done, Ill keep coming back bc of how friendly her and the other workers are there. My advice: Please hire more people to help out during the day because one was definitely not enough and let your hard workers know that theyre doing a great job bc they definitely are!
Went to get tickets printed for a little league and the employees printed them upside down even after running a test sheet. When I brought it up to their attention the first employee explained to the supervisor what happen and even the supervisor said just print them on the back... Who does that!? The first employee ended up grabbing a new box and handed it off to another employee telling her, he wasnt gonna do it, that she could handle that. After an hr and 4 boxes of trying. I gave up. They were still incorrect but I know they were frustrated and I was annoyed. Giving a 2 star because they at least tried.
First time buying a piece of office furniture from Office Depot. Opened the box and found a piece damaged. Walked in with the damage piece and walked out in less than five minutes with a replacement part. Probably one of the easiest merchandise exchange experiences I’ve ever had. Excellent customer service by Rico the manager.
The girl at the printing station has an ugly attitude didn’t say hello at all. I barely touched the counter and she shouted “take ur hands off the counter” stood there at least 15 minutes and still didn’t print my documents. I come here regularly but I’ll never be back.
Went in today to purchase a cross pen. When I arrived at the counter to check out I had to give my spot up in line 3 times to wait for manager to open the cabinet where they keep their nice pens. Which is fine. When manager comes up to unlock the cabinet he informs me they are out. No big deal. So I go back and find another pen to my liking. I repeat the process over again, but this time I only had to wait for two customers to take my place in line. No big deal. Where I had the issue is when the manager refused to open the cabinet due to him being busy. I was told to wait. I then asked why he couldnt give an employee the key to unlock the pens. He stated I can not do that. So youre telling me1: we dont care about this sale2:you can wait or go somewhere else (which I did by the way, another company got my 70$)3:employees are trusted with money, but not pens.4:what are your cameras for.5:why are you hiring employees you dont trust.Thank you for wasting my time. Glad I didnt give you my cash...
The Office Depot website screams that you can pick it up in one hour. I ordered a much-needed printer cartridge and paid online. After more than one hour, I sent an employee to pick it up. She said that there was a long line at the copy area and that she couldnt find another employee to help her. After wandering around, she found someone who looked at her printed receipt and took her to the front of the store where it should have been available. It wasnt there. She assumed that someone had left it in the back since it was an expensive item. She went to the back to look for it and couldnt find it. Then, she realized that the item had never been pulled and she grumbled to my employee about that. They went to the area in the store where printer cartridges are supposed to be and searched around until they found it. They get two stars because I was grateful that I could buy a printer cartridge locally instead of waiting for it to arrive in two days.
The young man behind the counter was nice, but that was the best part of the trip. No employees on the floor to answer questions so had to hunt for what I needed. Store looked disorganized and the overall feel of the place was that no one cares.Since they are the only major office supply chain left in the area, chances are that nothing will change despite the negative reviews.

Very rude girl at the printing department doesnt explained well how too use self service she needs more training or needs to get fired she lucky I aint her boss she would of been fired

Waited a long time to pick up postage stamps I ordered on line. They had me waiting for 30 min searching for my order (3 people looked), then they finally looked at my receipt and realized they thought I ordered something else. After the first 5min youd think someone would ask me, let me look at your reciept or repeat what you said your order, but there was no communication and was just standing there fuming. This transaction should have been 5 min tops
The manager Mary is rude. Came up to her to ask about something and she never looked up from her computer, when she did, she sighed and then proceeded to say in a short, annoyed tone, that the product is over there... didnt bother leading me to it or anything. I told her I had already looked over there and she just looked back down to her computer and kept typing away.... mind you this was at like opening time so I mustve been the only other client here. Lady, you work in customer service, suck it up and put on a face. Welcome to retail! Rude management for sure. Otherwise, the store itself is great, has everything you need, except they dont carry a wide variety of photo paper. Theyre always out of the semi-gloss no matter what day of the week. Most of the other staff is very nice and helpful
Don’t ever use them to ship anything. They’ll sell you all the supplies to wrap up your packages and then once you’ve finished doing that, then they hit you with the “oh I’m sorry, we can’t ship them with the packing paper on them.” Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they’re friendly for the most part. And their copy service is pretty good, if a little pricey.
Great service as always. Today roughly at 12pm, a young man that helped load my vehicle with a big boxed chair was wonderful. Its nice to see people that enjoy their job.

The only office depot i like. Fast friendly know what they are doing. Always clean. I hope they never change because i drive all the way there from gulfgate (where i live) to go to that office depot the ones near me are not good at all..

Some staff was very kind and helpful, while others were just more interested in getting the sale and their commission instead of helping the customer.
I was very displeased when visiting this location due to none of the employees. They were all standing around the middle island section chit chatting, I walked past three employees with a confused look just to see if any would offer help but no one did until Marco came all the way from the back of the store to help me out. He may not have known all my questions about the laptop computer that I was purchasing but he was more than willing to print up information and specs on the product. He is the only sales adviser Ill use from Office Depot after that.

It is Office Depot. Not to bad. The staff is not the friendliest but they do know their products and where to find what you need if they have it.
This was a weird Office Depot, with employees either running around trying to avoid eye contact with customers or standing slack-jawed at the cash register doing nothing. only one employee seem to actually be working, and that was the guy on the register. Went in there to buy Avery labels and several packages were torn open. I brought them to the front to show the employees so they could check them to make sure nothing was missing and tape them back up. I was met with puzzlement and disinterest.

Make this the LAST place if you need to print their machines will stay broken for weeks you will spend a minimum of 10 minutes per sheet because that’s how slow and horribly maintenanced their equipment is

Unexperienced, rude, and far too few staff. Came in to have some pages printed and ringbound; waited in line for 30 minutes, before finally getting the print order in. Told the employee that i needed two pdf files printed, two sided, and ring bound. Prints were made, waited for about 15 minutes at the desk while the prints were sitting on the desk before I was acknowledged again. Was told the only person that knew how to bind, was not there, was late. Wouldve like to have known when we started printing. Waited a bit longer, adressed employee again, to be told the ring-bind-expert wasnt coming. Left the sets of prints as a work order to be picked up the next day. Clear instructions: bind on left side. Come back the next day, to find they have been bound at the top, and half the pages are upside down. One set was printed twice, and bound as one huge package (how??). Finally, after waiting for over an hour on day one, coming back the next day and having to have everything reprinted and rebound, pay over 80 dollars for two sets of prints.... do yourself a favor and dont go here for printing services. The guy who wanted to fax a single page had to wait for 45 minutes. The lady who specifically instructed a larger paper size ended up turning their computer around and setting up the prints herself. Theyre clueless.
If I could give no stars I would. I was literally treated as though I was not speaking or purchasing items. I simply wanted a coupon applied to things that were purchased the same day. The young lady was completely annoyed by even having to help me. I asked to speak to the store manager Mary. Shocker Mary never showed up and I was told that she left after the rep had just spoken with her directly over her ear piece. Robert the acting manager is completely rude as well. Their dimeaning attitude and HUGE lack of customer service is what has lost them business over the years. Customer service is the field your in people!?!?

They are under staffed and do not make their dead line when you order any work at their printing department, some employees know what they are doing, but because it is too much work, they make mistakes. Management/cutomer service is very poor

My Husband and I went to purchase several items that were advertised in their sales flyer. Most of it was out of stock or just plain overpriced. My guess is the quality of goods sold, the prices, and lack of inventory are the main reasons this chain is sinking. I will be looking to Amazon from now on for my business needs.

I came in today to get 2 documents printed. I stood in line patiently for about 10 minutes, after which a few more customers arrived. My turn came and the cashier told me to email them the documents. So I quiclky sent the email which took less than 1 minute. I was still in line and another man was standing behind me. She let the other man go ahed of me after calling his name out, she had recieved his email. I didnt say a word. I just waited knowing she let him go ahead of me. He was done and again she let another person go, this time I asked if her manager was working and she said she didnt know where she was (at this time another worker was standing, working along side of her and said nothing. I let her know that I was in line first and the other customer who went ahead of me agreed. She said I needed to resend the email and continued to help him. I showed her proof that my email went through and then I re-sent the email using another address. A few minutes later she said that it was in the junk mail and thats the reason she didnt see it (most likely a very common problem). I ended up beind seen and asked for the manager again, who turned out to be the lady standing next to her the whole time. I asked the manager why she thought it was polite to let 3 customer in front of me when I had been there first. She said it was because they recieved the other customers emails first. Thus was untrue, the reason was not that she had recieved their emails first, it was because the cashier didnt check the junk mail.

I needed to exchange some boxes and the manager Mary Ann did not ever bother to acknowledge me and left the cashier to deal with it. He wasnt able to do so and again the manager didnt even bother to come and talked to me even though she came to the register and talked to the cashier ignoring me the customer . Terrible customer service.

I never review but this has happened more than once. I truly believe some of the staff are racist and they are a sad excuse for customer service. Never again will I go and spend my money there. Stood in line for literally 15 minutes with no customers in front of me, one manager in front of me and another on the phone. No one ever acknowledge that I was there or Ill be with you in a few moments. I literally just put my stuff down and walked out. I wish I can complain to the manager but unfortunately one of the guys was one of the managers. Zero starts for me.
