Worst place to go get a haircut. Every stylist I’ve been with never can blend hair well. I always had to go and trim it at home myself after a cut. I’ve given them multiple chances. The straw that broke the camels back was when I waited an extra 5 minutes while I watch one of the stylist show pictures of a vacation to a client at the checkout counter. Enough is enough. I’m going to go look for a more professional run barber that has better customer service.

This is my favorite Sports Clips in the Springs. It’s very clean and nice. Erica is an absolute professional and a great hair stylist.

I have taken my son here the last 3 haircuts and havent received one bad haircut from 3 different stylists.

Very friendly staff but way overcharged. I didnt realize that I was overcharged until I was already outside. Charged for an mvp or triple play, I dont recall the name, but when asked if thats what I wanted I replied not this time. I didnt get the wash or hot towel, only the bill

I have always enjoyed using sport clips up untill recently. I have doctor mandated instructions to not wear a mask and was turned away this morning because there wasnt anyone working who was comfortable with giving me a haircut. So now because I have medical conditions I am discriminated against. It clearly states on the Colorado mask mandate that if you have valid medical reasons, with documentation, then you are not required to wear a mask...I will no longer use sports clips for the foreseeable future. I will also be voicing my negative experience and frustrations with those I associate myself with. Thank you.

I absolutely love the cleanliness of this location. Been going here since the time it opened a few years back and the staff is friendly. Definitely my experiences so far have been 5 star.

Kind, quick, and professional. I have short hair and needed a fade. They did a good job. But they are pricey... $23 + tip.

Im always down for a cheap haircut, so after getting a free coupon for Sport Clips I checked it out. I absolutely will be going back, its worth the $12 more for the MVP cut over a Great Clips hair cut. Heather took the time to ask me what I liked with my hair and how I usually styled it and gave me feedback with her thoughts and did a great cut. The massaging shampoo and hot steamed towel were super nice and quite relaxing.

Love the service but the stylist turnover is rough. I find a stylist that does a consistent job then come to find they have left the shop.

Good place to get a haircut but either check in online or be prepared to wait. The people are friendly and they do good work but Ive had instances of being the only person in the wait area and having an estimated wait time of over forty minutes. I dont usually mind having a wait time, knowing thats a sign that the place is staying busy, but with the online check-ins and seemingly continuous lack of on hand staff, a walk-in is not possible. I switched to another recommended place and found that I was able to get a stylish haircut without the wait and it was actually cheaper every with tip. I would go back to Sport Clips in a pinch but only if I do the online check-in and am not in any type of hurry.

We love Heather. She knows exactly how to cut my sons hair. She is also kind enough to let my daughter sneak in for a time during crazy weeks, where making multiple stops at different salons is impossible. Both kids adore her and always want the works.No complaints ever!!I highly recommend Heather.

My kid lost a bet and had to shave his head. Mother didnt approve mind you I learned later. But the point here is such friendly amd patient staff working with an autistic child to cut his hair.....off. It was truly a great experience.

I went to this store Monday morning and asked how much for a simple haircut, was told one guard all over was $14. I agreed, then saw a $4 off sign for military on Tuesday. So, I said I would be back on Tuesday. I returned this morning expecting a $10 haircut. I told the stylist I like a 1/2 guard but wife likes a 1, she recommends she can use 1/2 on sides and 1 on top, I agree. We finish the haircut and its $15. I asked why $15? Because she used two guards, a 1/2 and a 1 its extra. Technically, she did say Monday that one guard all over is $14, but as a customer, I feel like getting $5 to switch a guard is a bit steep. Seemed like a bit of trickery as well. I wont be back to ANY Sportsclips, no matter how bad I need a haircut. For the record: Stylist was courteous...

I was treated with the most care and concern Ive experience, the stylist,Emily, went aboveAnd beyond what is considered good service these days, its a fun and energetic atmosphere,with the feel of confidence and pride radiating from the stylists . I had the displeasure of being serviced by Emily. I get that this place is sports themed, but I didnt expect that the barber herself would smell like dirty a locker room. The combination of body odor and cigarette smoke was overwhelming. Not only that, she took what seemed like an unreasonable amount of time on my simple haircut so I was forced to withstand her horrible smell and boisterous attitude far longer than anyone should have to. I feel sorry for the long line of people that were waiting to be her next victims. Just plain gross all around. I wont be back. I cant put on that happy, passive face again.

Went here to get a quick haircut and thats what I got. Lines werent straight, but I guess thats what you get when you have a stylist trying to rush through as many customers as possible.

Hit or Miss - Ive been here 3 times, first time was OK, so I went back. Second time was very good - excellent cut and good service. I was pleased that I found a good place near to where I live. But the third cut, Wow what a disaster. I even asked her to please finish the haircut. She did a bit more and but wow, it looked like a chop job. My kids actually laughed when I came home. The first two times they made a big deal about fill out our survey. Give us a 9 or 10 or well get in trouble. The third visit, she didnt give me survey info. I went to my old haircutter downtown to get it fixed the next day. So hered my warning to you, dont go there if you dont feel lucky.

Service was ok but the ladies that cut my husband and kids hair did not try to do a good job at all. We went in with the free hair cut coupons for new customers and you would think they would try to give a good first impression but NO. They were the worst hair cuts my husband and kids ever gotten. Definitely wont be going back and paying the full price. Wouldnt recommend going there!

I want to brag about my hair stylist Kasha, she is one of the shop managers and one of the best stylists there at the Briargate and Powers shop. I would recommend Kasha to anyone that need a quick haircut with great quality. She also is a very nice person and is willing to listen to your stories while giving you your haircut. So go see my good friend and hair stylist Kasha you wont regretted.
