I got 2 truck here on 4/24/2021 and both have transmission issues. Neither vehicle had anything about transmission problems on them or the auctioneer never said anything about transmission issues... I would never in life buy anything online again from these people plus thy have real nasty attitude.... I advise anyone to take a mechanic to check out the car before buying them, these people not honest at all

Bought a vehicle here today. Great people,staff and selection. Will return here for sure. Also the food Shack is delicious.

I contacted them to try and get some stuff auctioned off.Terrible communication, want to charge 25%.After trying to communicate with Michael on several occasions I just asked him to return the keys.I didnt want anything else to do with them.Havent received the keys yet.

Some cars extremely overpriced, slow transition from car to car took s long time to get to the good cars they start out with the vehicles no one wants first. Not impressed.

Makes bidding on vehicles easy for the general public. Nice friendly staff and a great atmosphere

Please be careful buying a car . I was told nothing was wrong with the car and 14 minutes down the road ran hot evenwithin their policy time frame. I want stop until this is addressed.

Best auction house ever

Very unorganized. It won’t let me add photos. They almost sold me the wrong car, and they were Extremely rude about it. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! Highly NOT recommended.It also won’t let me respond to the “owner” of the post, but I have photos of how bad and backed up last Saturday’s auction was. There were people confused questioning what line they’re supposed to be in. They don’t require mask obviously so you’re gambling two things buying a car and catching Covid-19. I’d also like to add that the bid continued and I only got a brief glance at the vehicle. I tried to locate it as soon as the auctioneer said “sold”. By this time you all had moved the car. By this being a business and you all having having a whole data system to supposably keep up with what goes where, I assumed that I could ask one of the ladies in the office. She provided me with false information. I even came to her with the key in good spirit and asked her “Is this the right key” (they know what key goes to what car by the letter and lot number on the key) She did some looking on the computer and confirmed that it was indeed the correct car. As I was about to purchase the vehicle (card in my hand) she had no choice but to admit she was wrong. I’m a college student in need of a vehicle, if you could finance or buy a car somewhere else. I’d suggest you do that.I’d also like to add that they really did sell a car at the wrong price apparently. They literally had to bring the car back in and re-auction it off lol. I cannot make this up. You should’ve been there . It was baffling.

They said it was a great running vehicle with cold air. Bet they said it 20 times. I understand no guarantees. I also understand flat out lies. Car over heated 5 min. Down the road. Needs new engine.

Great place! Super cheap vehicles and great staff. My cousin bought two cars here and both were great deals.

Rude lady over the titles. No matter the issue the customer is trying to solve you should remain calm. It was very unprofessional of you Tiffany to have gotten at attitude with me over the phone. Be happy I was the better person to tell you about yourself in a polite manner and hang up. You reap what you sew whether it comes back on you or your someone else you love.

Went there my first time around tax time to get a vehicle seems like a good place to find a vehicle you just have to watch The Crooked buyers they like to try and disabled the vehicle to make it look like they are no good so they can get them at a cheap price because nobody else will bid on them I noticed a couple people pulling fuses and other things to try to keep the vehicle from cranking or running I really didnt appreciate that but the business itself is it good business they cant help what people do outside of their site
