Wow - what a wonderful experience. This is our first time buying a truck and we didn’t learn until a couple days before closing that we needed to have insurance coverage proof brought to closing. Very poor service even tho I had been a customer for about three years I had always had problems with them getting my policy cancel but since my issue was resolved because I had to go to their office. But now I want to renew my policy and I call for quotes no answer from them call back again and I get ask for the same information all over gain. VERY DISAPPOINTED OF THE SERVICE IM GETTING. Yesterday leave a comment. And the owner of the place kindly replied. This is my last comment and I will explain that we have already taken out insurance elsewhere. And we realized that you wrote down the vin number of one of my trucks carrying the papers of the truck. We did not have an accident while we were with you, but if there had been a problem, they wrote down the number vin parese that the last numbers of another of my cars were rummaged. My policy was canceled and I didnt know it. Yesterday I spoke in the morning and asked for a new policy. I explained that I did not want to be without assurance that they could send the new policy before the end of the day. I called again at 4:30 in the afternoon and I told them again that I wanted to know if they were going to be able to send me the email policy. They told me that they did not know that the person in charge was still at lunch.

I was only 3 months here. When I called for questions they dont know answers and when they made changes they just wanted it progressive. One day was not enough to send my policy by email. I felt that they are not interested in their clients. I do not recommend this place. They are unprofessional.
