My parents and I have been with the Phelps Office for a few years now and we have always received excellent, friendly, and fast service. A few months ago I decided to start working on building my credit and was referred to State Farm Bank for a credit card, who knew State Farm also offered financial services! I immediately called the Phelps office and spoke to Juanita(who is usually who my parents speak with when they call, and always explains everything in a way they understand, you dont get that kind of customer service anywhere else), and she submitted my application.
