If guys close early not at 5pm show up at 4:35pm door closed I can see the lights on the office people walking bad customer service

Called office to ask about repairs on a AFO my mother uses to WALK daily (stroke-left side foot drop) that was purchased thru them. A piece broke off that is keeps it in place, gal that answers phone states technician is out of town and wont return until 12/11, asked if they had a secondary technician on hand or any other place we could take it since she needs it to walk, without the apparatus she cannot walk. After putting me on hold for a few minutes she gets back on the line telling me to drop it off overnight and theyll try to see what they can do but theyre not open on weekends it would have to be dropped off on Monday. I tell the girl you know she needs this to walk. No sense of urgency to help a customer out, especially on a product that was purchased thru them and needed!! very disappointed!!

I came in asking about a compression garment prescription. The doctors office that sent me there said my insurance could cover it, so I asked. The lady at the front desk asked me the name of my insurance and told me that it is accepted there. She then told me she was too busy to call and verify the coverage so I would need to call them myself and then call her to let her know what they said. I did call my insurance and they couldnt believe that I had to call them. Worst of all my insurance couldnt help me either because I being the patient didnt have the 5-digit medical billing code. Absolutely ridiculous! Its clear that she didnt even want to help me. If she did she could have asked me to sit and wait until she was free.

I have a pin in my hand from a metacarpal break. The man who put on my splint forced my hand into the small opening. my pen is now close to penetrating the skin and causing me pain. Will be contacting you soon.

Worst customer service ever! I had my Dr send the prescription for a knee brace to Geiger and they called before I even got the letter of approval from my insurance and I am being seen right away. With Hanger I got the letter of approval from my insurance and I had to call Hanger to schedule and appt. When i called they were extremely rude. I called my Dr and he gladly send my prescription to Geiger and I did tell my Dr how they treated me he was not happy about that.

Overall bad experience. Bad receptionist with horrible communication, waited about an hour for nothing

Taking months to get a simple brace....frustrating.

Wow. Had a scheduled appoinment, waited an hour, so it seems walk-ins are the priority. The provider said dont know what happened. Could be just a fluke...dont know.
