It wasnt until we had a claim for our camper that I realized how far above and beyond Mr. Acosta and his staff were willing to go to meet our needs. From following up with adjusters to directly speaking with the repair facilities the service was tremendous. I just wanted to take the time to give a big thanks to Marcus Acosta and staff for assisting me with my State Farm Claim. It is never fun when youre involved in an accident but it was comforting to have the help and guidance of Marcus and his staff from beginning to end. I was without a vehicle and in a rental for a 2 1/2 months! Thats how major this was yall! State Farm was there every step of they way. Thank you for all you do!!

I love this company! As much as USUALLY dislike dealing with insurance companies, every time I have had to deal with something on my automobile it has NEVER been as bad as I thought. I was with Geico for at least 12 years and had one bad wreck and they increased my insurance by 50%. I shopped around and got this insurance at less than what I was paying pre accident with Geico and better coverage.I was sideswiped by a guy with no insurance and my uninsured motorist coverage covered it with no increase to my insurance. Then my truck was broken into and both rear passenger windows were broken out. Rather than paying my deductible of $1000, State Farm has a relationship with Safeflite and they replaced both tinted windows for around $400. A LOT less expensive than I thought. Thanks to Marcus Acosta and his great staff who are always a pleasure to work with.

Marcus and his team responded quickly when I had any questions, and went above and beyond and researched information for me. They called around to get me useful information to help me make a decision; certainly went above and beyond.

Be very careful with this agency, they will give you a quote (Angela) then the following month or months will add additional fees without letting you know, when you call for an explanation all they will tell you is that they need to call the billing department and that they will get back with you. after seven calls ( talked to Brianna and Jessica)within the last two weeks and I still have not heard back from them with answer, they will lie and lie that they will call you back with the explanation but they will never will and the owner does not care.
