I just wanted to leave a positive review here on google about the park at ferry hill apartments, unfortunately you often hear the negative and people don’t always take the time to leave a good review about a good experience, but I’ve been here for two years now and I’ve really had no issues and anything I had an issue was addressed and in a timely manner, since Anna has taken the role as manager of the complex it’s really been a smooth transition, she has always been very polite and taken the time to listen to our needs and always handled everything in a professional manner which is very refreshing in a world where we’re all on the go, anyway just wanted to leave a review and I do recommend this place to live.

Ive lived at these apartments for many years and love them....its peaceful and quite...the neighbors are very friendly ....the staff here at the park of ferryhill are on time and very professionally. Ana is very nice and helpful with any issue you may have she will get the job done. The maintenance man Marcus is very responsible and fast at what he does to get the job done....they were able to put the flooring in our apartment and we love it....they did an awesome job...we are very satisfied will recommend these apartments to family and friends

I just applied to be a resident on The Park at Ferryhill and the property manager Ana Landin is very knowledgeable and comprehensive about the issues and information that the client needs. It did leave me a good impression and remarkable attention and attitude.

Anna is intelligent and have a professional personality. Marcus maintenance technician excellent once I put in a maintenance request my issue is taken care of right away.

Lived here 1 year management has changed but a lot more friendly Ana is a peach and can’t complain for the time spent here.

Been here coming up about a year. Our old neighbor keyed our car not once, but twice. Management is also really quick to call cops on us, for no reason. If you have kids do not move here. You pay for pest control but not once have I ever seen a pest guy. If I could give it 0 starts I would.

I love Crossings at Allen Square, which is quiet and nice!!Most importantly, managements are Friendly.As a foreigner who is new in the U.S., renting a new apartment could be a disaster. Yet, the managements here helped me a lot, making everything goes smoothly.I would definitely recommend here.

Its an okay place to live in. Not GREAT but not BAD either. Management is very good, (Anabel) she is very friendly and acts quickly on any concern you have. She gets back to you immediately, as long as you go talk to her immediately regarding any concerns, she will help.No bad review for her. Maintenance is good as well. If they cant get to you that day, Anabel lets you they are busy at the moment but will sure get to you as soon as they can, and they do. If its not that day, its the next day early in the morning. Parking is good as well, every once in a while someone that cant read parks in my reserved spot. If you have a reserved spot, you pay $10 a month for it. The only concern I have here is that everything is kind of outdated. Ac units, refrigerators. Have had a few problems with those two things, but they arent new so kind of have to understand on that. A major problem that I do have here are roaches. I being dealing with them since I moved in, the exterminator has visit my apartment twice but still doesnt seem to get rid of them, so I will need to be doing some extermination on my own. I currently reside in a calm location of the complex, no loud neighbors or anything like that. Except for the people behind me, they are kind of loud I can hear them when they close the doors, they close the doors kind of loud and their dogs bark a lot so thats that. But rather than that its peaceful and clean to live here.

I love living here from the first day i walk on the property i fell i love the apartments is quite n clean and everyone get alone very well.And the manager i couldnt ask for a better manager Anabel she is very understand and helpful and always looking out for the residents and the maintenance man Rene he is a great man and a good maintenance man fixing things as soon as it report to the office even when he see you need help he help you out that s why i like living at The Crossing Of Allen Square.

Been living here for almost a year & everything was managed great until Anabelle left. New management is not all that great. They never pick up calls and the office is never opened.

Been here for a few months and so far everything is great. Its so peaceful living here. Haven’t had any problems! Really enjoy living here.

Update April 21, 2020: switched owners and even their name without prior notice and now were being charged more. New management looks for ANY reason to charge new fees. $1,100 a month for a two bedroom two bath apartment. Community used to be a safe place to live and thats why we stayed here but it is no longer the case. Will not even be able to have our own grill outside anymore or staff will remove it and charge you a removal fee. See photograph I added New tenants please AVOID THIS PLACE!Did not flood during Harvey and it is a quiet place to live. Make sure every power outlet has a cover (especially the one by the fridge) because you can get roaches from other apartments. It happened to us and it was a pain to get rid of them.

I visited my mother first month and my boyfriends truck was broken into several belongings were stolen.. Police reported stated that a lease could be broken if this would happen again because we were not safe. Management stated that their would not be cameras installed. I think anyone paying rent should have two parking available per apartment paying for a parking space is basically paid with your rental apartment!)Maintenance takes days sometimes even a week to even reach out to give proper maintaince! There has been multiple thefts and vehicle robberies in the last 6 months and yes they do come from the grey apartments beside Allen square and still they refuse to install cameras that is why no one wants to live behind apartments.. Im also not being racists but I myself have stopped by and seen a black male walk the apartment complex every week.. It is summer kids are axiously home and they havent even gotten a city permit to open pool! If they only lowered rental prices or made it all bills paid maybe it would be better or have better maintenance. However I had never stepped into an apartment where only one side of a two bedroom stays cool and the other is awfully hot same thing with water and not to mention same problem in winter😱. Other than that I have seen site keep up with clean environment just too many issues that really shouldnt be issues. Theft here is a big issue and you cant even take family across the park because illegal activity basically surrounds the property with no fencings and No cameras above all! The owner clearly doesnt care because this happened the first month during daylight at 3:30pm in visitors parking! When a police report was mentioned management restated no cameras would be installed.) Make your own judgment its best to rent a house with prices so high and so many issues..

Love these apartments, nicest ones in the area. Very nice and quiet. Maintenance respons to issues very quickly.

Goodluck.... first 3 years was cool the last year omg!! front desk will never answer or return any of your calls. They provided wrong facts information multiple times. And you’ll probably only hear a response when it’s close to lease renewal time. Other than that the roaches make good company whenever your watching Netflix. The one thing I must say Other than the whole place just falling apart is the maintenance crew is the nicest most hard working group of themAll, and so is the corporate office away from the actual onsite office, Annabelle was Amazing as well when she worked in the front but after that, idk what happened. God bless you all, and Goodluck. My floor even flooded one day coming from another tenant place through the bathroom floor but I was so fed up I just cleaned it myself and didn’t bother to call. I can’t wait to leave!!! Oh and they haven’t responded to my end of lease terms either postponing my move. It’s an Attorneys field day! I pray none of you have this much stress... “infested and congested”... also over the past 4 years 2 Car break ins, my car got towed, my friends car 2times another friend 1 time.... it’s so much stuff lol and honestly I would have minded my business if the front desk just did their job 🤦🏾‍♂️. I never do reviews i don’t even have to for this but I had too it’s the only Way someone will respond.

She is NEVERRRR THERE every time like literally i go to see where shes at shes never there i went from 10-11 pm every day the last week and shes never there. I go back from 2-4 at least 3 times in a row and shes never there dont come here maintaince is trash. And they over price you on everything. Not worth it moving out soon.

No free parking you got to pay only 5% free and 1% visitor and they are taken by some residents. This place is to high on price too.

Full of roaches and spiders. Nosy neighbors and the front office never answers call.

When I first moved in, they tried to move me into a roach infested apartment. Dead & live roaches on the floor, roaches crawling on the bath tub, walls, pregnant roaches. It was disgusting!!! They say pest control comes every Monday but when I tried to have them come back a second time because I still had roaches, they acted like they didnt want to send them & I had to wait 2 weeks to get sprayed so ended having to go buy my own stuff for their nasty problem.Office staff does not answer the phone unless you call back to back & Melissa in the office has been rude every time Ive talked to her. Im giving it 2 stars because the apartments are actually decent once you finally get rid of the roaches. Ive been here almost 2 months now. Living here is decent but dealing with roaches & rude stuff has made me regret signing the lease.

The worst thing you can rent I am living a nightmare they took my car because according to what I am in a reserved place, when all the parking lots say reserved and lived more than two months and I have always parked in the same place apart from the neighbor upstairs. owner of all the parking lot around her because if you park there she calls her wing to take it omg the worst thing that and rented do not spend your money

Ana is an exceptional worker, well, I can tell you that they are very kind to everyone and Marcos is a good worker, both of them are very good at their work and how they treat clients are excellent

I do not recommend anyone to move to these apartments .. The staff they have as employees does not work .. the maintenance seems like old gossip .. And the woman who is supposedly in charge is a bad mannered and a liar .. Ase A few days he insults me and it turns out that now he says that it was me ... I dont know why they have that kind of workers that they dont even have education ... And I would like to tell his manager what kind of manager they have in the office .. If you can Communicating with me will be a pleasure to tell you what you have about employees. The only thing they do is earn money without doing anything ... Because thats what they do NOTHING. Moreover, I do not give them a 1/4 grade. My rating is 000000. (zero) and I have not left to not break my contract. And I really would have liked to take her to court and call the police but the truth is pointless wasting time with poorly educated people. If they had video cameras, I would have liked them to look at this woman, who was rude.
